Stayed one night, enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was friendly, and added extra touches. We lost a cell phone in the shuttle and the front desk and driver coordinated and we got our phone back in time!! Thanks so much

Stayed in the accessible king room. Aside from space to navigate around, this room was not designed with a wheelchair user in mind at all. Could not reach the hand soap, nor see in the bathroom mirror, and the towels were high up above the toilet. There was what looked to be a drying line in the W shower, but again you could not reach it as a wheelchair user. The tub clogged and would not drain as you used the shower. There was black mold lining the bottom of the curtains. The bed was clean and linens were as well. For a one night stay if you’re an able bodied person or have one accompanying you, or if you’re an ambulatory wheelchair user, it’s fine. Otherwise, I would not recommend staying here.

Arrived to find out Hot tub not working - one of main reasons for choosing this hotel; staff did comp my parking for the 5 day stay as compensation. 1 of 2 elevators not working (one day both down, had to use freight elevator) Bathroom sink water pressure was barely more than a dribble, seriously! Black bits coming out of bathtub faucet every time; looked like course ground pepper. Hotel looks like it may be updating (hopefully), but not currently worth the $500 CAD/night average cost. Location worked for this stay, but will likely choose differently next time.
