The room was quite large. The shower head and water pressure in the shower were fantastic. Overall the room and hotel were tired, but served our purpose. It was great to have laundry facilities on site for a reasonable cost. The location was perfect - right near the waterfront and close to great restaurants and the casino. Parking on site was good - lots of spots and easy access to the back entrance of the hotel lobby. We brought our dog and the staff and facilities were very welcoming to her.

The room was not cleaned very well, although it did have clean sheets on the bed. Bathroom tub was so gross and stained. It looked like it had never been cleaned. TV did not work in the room. I would not recommend staying here. The restaurant staff were absolutely incredible and the food in the restaurant was amazing

Well, the room was a shambles and the whole place smelled poorly, but then the whole town smells poorly. Too many street urchins smoking cigarettes all about. Flimsy bef, broken furnishings, garbage in the hall. Breakfast included was decent good bacon - service was good in the restaurant. I don’t know if there is a solution for Thunder Bay. Should’ve been no more expensive than $50.
