There’s a super store and Tim Hortons across the road. A restaurant in the same parking lot. Beds are comfortable, pillows are amazing. Rooms are a good size. The bathroom is big. Pool amenities are good

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a very nice selection of everything you could want in a hotel breakfast. Unfortunately, the eggs were over cooked to the point that they were inedible. The wallpaper is out room was stained or dirty but otherwise the room was comfortable and nice & clean.

Very beautiful decorations. Overall it's a very old building, the wallpaper inside the room is a little bit scratched and a little bit dirty. Otherwise, the front desk is friendly, the environment is cozy.

Perfect stopping place to refresh on our long trek across the country. Easy to find and lots of great eating spots close by. Staff were awesome - even packed us to go breakfast bags! Highly recommend.

It is amazing how friendly and accommodating each employee is. A welcoming check in, clean comfortable room with great beds and pillows. There must be excellent training as most anything you ask for is a simple call to the front desk. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to be in the Thunder Bay area.

The rooms didn't have any weird smells aka weed , cigarettes , my daughter had a great night with the bedding (she Actually slept) yaay Staff was very nice and friendly To us . Omg The breakfast buffet Was very very good , it had everything a breakfast should have . Eggs sausages breads , cereal , hone style hash browns Ect . A lot of food. Great breakfast and the lady who looks after the breakfast room is so nice and full of energy. An asset to your hotel !! The front desk staff were awesome. Our room was very clean and spacious. The only downside was our window overlooked a very messy construction company site next door and the hotel is in a commercial area.

I have been used to Holiday Inn Express being an updated Hotel Chain...this Hotel was very tired... Iwould compare it to a more budget friendly hotel, not the crazy money it cost me to stay there....In the past I would just click on Holiday Inn Express knowing th e hotel would be top notch for its catagory....This stay will make me be more careful on each location.
