We enjoy staying here as it’s an easy Uber ride to many of our favorite places in the city! However, the hotel seems in a bit of disrepair with chipping paint, missing tiles, and just overall wear and tear of the rooms and common areas. They closed the pool in the middle of our stay and didn’t tell us!!! That’s half the reason we decided to stay at this hotel as we have two kids with LOTS of energy. We appreciate their included breakfast with hot and continental items. Not sure we will stay here again unless they refresh some items and open the pool!!!

Remote did not work in the bedroom. Sofa bed was dirty and stained. Dishes left in the dishwasher. And the worst part was the pool. Its onlt 3.5 ft deep and when we went to go swimming in the morning at 9am the door wouldnt open. The sign on the wall says 9am until 10pm. Front desk says we havent been opening until 10am. Wow. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

This hotel is 10min near sfo airport. Hotel haa good breakfast options ans also paid laundry facilities. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had taken room with kitchen and I liked the room layout. Living space, office space and kitchen was separated from the bedroom. Living has sofa sleeper which was sturdy. I recommend this property to anyone who is traveling with kids.Kitchen was fully equipped.Staff was nice.

In general, everything is very good, except for some details such as when we arrived no one told us that the pool was out of service and it was the number one condition that the hotel would have to have, an indoor pool, which made us quite uncomfortable and the children were very disappointed, after that everything was very good

10 minute drive from SFO. Great hotel for families. There is a heated pool. Unfortunately our kitchenette did not seem clean and the sheets for the pull out couch did not look replaced. Decent breakfast, they have hot items.

This is a newer hotel with close proximity to SF airport and UCSF Medical Center. The staff was very friendly, especially Fred in the breakfast area. Always greeted us with a warm welcome and smile. The beds were a little hard for me and the pillow to soft, but everyone has different preferences. The swimming pool is tiny and only 3 1/2" deep which is great for kids not adults. No hot tub. There is an outside patio area with tables and a bbq. Kitchen supplies are very limited. The only down side is the suite rooms are right in front of a commuter train that runs every 15 minutes. It's quick but you can hear it! I asked and they said that was the only side of the building that suites were located on sadly. Otherwise everything else was good.

It was okay. Check in was smooth and parking is only $15/night. The room itself and the common areas need a revamp. The shower tile was stained, walls scuffed, only 3 dull pillows were provided, and the a/c was only able to get to 67°F. Free breakfast was a plus. The walking areas near the water and easy access to SF are why I stayed here.

The floors were dirty, the dishwasher leaked water, and the sinks and toilet backed up! Not a good experience. I asked for a different room and said I would get a call from management, but no one ever called. The breakfast was not edible. I have stayed here in the past, and the hotel was nice, but it has since declined significantly.

Vomit with hairs on the wall, pubic or facial hairs in the shower, dried food on stove, dirty fridge, it was just horrible, and I love staying at all Hilton hotels but this one was so unpleasant and uncomfortable, I showed front front the pictures and they switched me rooms but al though the new room seems a bit more clean I felt like I couldn’t trust anything and made the rest of the stay so unpleasant for me and my family

I like the convenience of having a kitchen. However, you can only open the dishwasher halfway since the refrigerator is in the way. All the dishes and utensils are in the dishwasher and you have to reach inside to get what you need. One glass is cracked and the kitchen utensils are damaged/melted. When we got there, our door wouldn't lock but someone came and fixed it right away. The room was clean except for some dust bunnies on the bathroom floor but its not a big deal. Breakfast was great. The guy in charge of breakfast was great. Staff are friendly. Great experience.

We normally like this hotel because of the pool and the kitchenette. The pool was closed this trip but the lady at the front desk got us a swim time at the hotel next door. Intially the front desk couldn't find my fully paid for reservation, which was nerve-wracking since the hotel was sold out that night. The hotel is under construction which takes up quite a few parking spaces on backside of the property. This particular time the room didn't seem as clean. The floor was sticky and my son found a several days old coffee drink on the floor next to the bed. We had to ask for a sheet for the couch bed, dish soap, a sponge, and more forks as our room only had 1. I didn't cook anything but there were no utensils in the room anyway to cook. Overall, the quality and attention to details in our room was lacking.

We always stay at Homewood Suites when we are in San Francisco and New Orleans. This time we were gone all day due to a family funeral. This time it was hot and we had no air conditioning. It was so late and no maintenance available to fix the air. The front desk clerk was courteous and gave us a fan, which only covered one room.

The hot water malfunctioned our first morning there, so we had two days of very cold showers. They did repair the issue, but no compensation was offered to the guests. It was also quite loud in our room where we could hear every word of our neighbors' conversations. The sleeper sofa in our room had a very uncomfortable mattress, my son ended up just sleeping on the couch. The staff was very friendly, especially the kind folks working the breakfast.

Overall decent rooms and what I would expect from a Homewood Suites. Felt like a safe area rather than staying in SF (Brisbane has about half the crime rate and no homeless sleeping in the parking lot like some places in SF). The biggest con is the walls were thin or poorly soundproofed: I could hear the people in the room next to me talking (not understandable) , watching TV, having sex, and snoring. I am a light sleeper so I did find it distracting. Most hotels I stay at I don't hear the neighbors as much. There was plenty of parking, but the parking spots are a little narrow.

We stopped multiple times at this place over the last 10 years as it’s a convenient location for our family . We recently don’t like to stay in hotels in SFO and found out a convenience to stay somewhat away from the city . The restaurants are kind of far from this hotel , but we became familiar with this area and found 15-20 min drive wonderful restaurants to eat . Check Burlingame down town for it . About hotel . Lack of extra pillows in a room for 3 people to sleep . Will be nice to have also extra blankets . Breakfast: around 9:00 almost all food was gone . No big garbage can to throw the garbage away . The men who was in charge of breakfast was very nice and before closing the breakfast itself was making sure everybody got enough food . Overall a pleasant stay , BUT I think this hotel becoming a little outdated .

This was our last hotel on the trip. The area is an industrial area with only office buildings. No shop's just one bakery. Arriving we received the message that Expedia cancelled our reservation. I was shocked. I did not receive any information about a cancellation from Expedia. After a little research and a lot of talk, the front desk finally found my reservation with my name written wrongly. I agree that my name was wrong but still identifiable. Also, when you have a hotel like this you have a list of guests who arrive on the day, no? Nevertheless, we checked in and received a king size studio with sofa bed and little kitchen on the ground floor. It was very dark; the furniture’s were old and had several damages, the bed was good. The toilet was so low I nearly sat on the floor. But the worst was the breakfast. No choice, no fruit fortunately there was a waffle iron. The eggs looked old and warmed up etc. On our checkout I wanted to have a last time waffle but to my astonishment there was no waffle iron. Why? No idea. Instead, there were pre baked waffles which were of course mushy. Of course, a lot of plastic cutlery and paper plate but why does the plastic knife or fork be each separately sealed in plastic bags? Never saw this before.

Bring your own soap, bring garbage bags. Check in was very easy and pleasant. After a long trip we wanted to shower and clean up. No body soap, dispenser was empty. Maid service was in the hall, asked for body soap, they did not speak or understand English. Went to a second group of maid service (they travel in pairs, 1 cleaner and 1 security guard I think), asked for body wash, they handed me a pack of coffee. Went to front desk, asked for body soap, they said it would be delivered to room. Three days later, still no body soap. Asked to have room cleaned (you need to ask) they said OK, room never got cleaned the whole stay. Maybe this is a Back Packer's hotel?

Our truck was broken into in the front lot and they were no help. Notified them of late check-in and possibly early the next morning but had paid in advance and yet they canceled our reservation and refused refund. Unfriendly staff and manager unwilling to discuss. Will never return.

The room was way better than expected. Very clean and updated. I had a class in downtown SF and didn't want to deal with staying directly in the City. I'm so glad i chose this hotel. It was easy to get to, easy to park and has a nice, clean and safe bay trail right across the street too.
