Check in was a breeze. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I could see That needed some cleaning up was the pool area. Used two days and had trash, dirty socks and wasp nest in multiple locations. Water was nice and clean. Safety doors that require key for entry don’t work.

It was comfortable and clean. The pool was a little run down and the outside door to the pool didnt lock, even though it was supposed to be badge access only. Breakfast was fine; Nothing fancy, but we had enough to choose from that everyone in our family found something to eat. Was great for the price we paid.

This particular day was a CAR SHOW so it was exceptionally more filled . They needed more breakfast food and that was very fast . Good food choices. Nice rooms , pool and towels . Safe parking .

It was clean, comfortable, very conveniently located, and the breakfast was decent. The WiFi worked well, we didn’t try the tv. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The only thing we knocked off a star for was that it smelled very damp in our room, like there was moisture that wasn’t properly dried. We didn’t feel or see any moisture, but we could smell it. It seemed to be more so in the rooms to the end of the hallway. We didn’t smell anything like that closer to the center.

was given room keys and there were people in the room and they room was filled with trash , food in the carpet , garbage everywhere. Toilet didn’t flush. Told us they had no rooms left the. moved us to a new room and there were roaches everywhere horrible. Toilet still didn’t flush room reeked of cigarettes. Never again

This hotel was old and dated. We reserved a Jacuzzi room. The first thing we noticed upon entering the room was the enormous flies flying around everywhere. There was trash on top of the dresser near the TV. Food crumbs on the couch and under the desk which was an indication they had not vacuumed the room nor inspected it. The jacuzzi tub was dirty and had flies and human hair in it. The toilet was filthy. The shower was filthy and had hair all in it. The bathroom floor was sticky and also had hair on it. The room smelled of cheap bleach and cigarettes. My guest that was with me literally had to clean this room from top to bottom as it was too late in the evening to go anywhere else. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them. We literally slept with regular clothes on. When I went to the front desk to complain, all she said was we could email the general manager and he'll email us back. It's been 2 days and no response. This by far is the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. I will never and I mean never stay at a best western again. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I weekend to Hershey Park was ruined because of this nasty room. Please take this hotel off of your locations to rent until they renovate this location and get better management. This place is the worst. You've been warned!

Vert old building. Very old bathroom. Noisy AC so hard to sleep, and the room was very hot when we got in. Personal was very kind, beds where confortable. Room was very clean. Just one bar of soap for the shower. Price was good to help pass the bad sides.

Checked in on 5/23 at 11pm and the man that checked me in was the absolute rudest. Told me to confirm the booking (which was inaccurate. Was for 2 rooms, but it stated 1) and when I asked he said “you just need to confirm.” Despite it being inaccurate. I tried to explain what I booked and that it was different. He then took a very heavy sigh, rolled his eyes, shook his head back and forth very angrily like he was ready for a fight and repeated “you just need to confirm it!.” It being 11pm, family in the car, and having drove 8 hours to get there I held back the words I desperately wanted to say in return. Adrenaline inducing situation by a very unpleasant host who seemed bothered that I was inquiring about the booking that I paid for. Other than that, the rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was great. The morning staff on 5/24 were very pleasant accommodating, and smiled at every interaction in passing by.

I prepaid for my King room. When I checked in the clerk gave me the keys and it was a double Queen room. The room did not smell good, although it was clean. When I went back to the front desk to be switched to what I paid for, he said his reservation said double Queen. I showed him my reservation on my phone where it clearly said King, and he said well sorry we don’t have any King rooms available. Then what did I pay for? I prepaid so that my room would be secure. We have stayed here multiple times and never had a problem. I did arrive late, and parking was almost non-existent. I’m tired and I wanted what I reserved. Not happy.

I arrived at this property late while traveling. The staff were not at the front desk but there were several people milling about the lounge. The hotel smelled VERY strongly of bad food and was generally NOT a nice place. I waited 30 mins, tried calling the front desk, etc. Finally I spoke with the main hotel chain customer service and they couldn't reach anybody. I would NOT recommend this place at all.

Very close to shopping and dining of any kind. Close to the turn pike and interstate so it’s easy to find. Gas stations a plenty. Even though it’s close to the interstate it’s not noisy. Unfortunately, the room that I paid extra because of its bed size and whirlpool tub in the room, shares plumbing with the next room. So when they take a shower, bath or dip in their whirlpool at 3am…it sounds like they were in our room. Plumbing was extremely loud and the faucet leaked and the hot and cold knob’s needed some WD-40 and the over flow drain only allowed you to fill the tub about 6”. The security entrance by our room didn’t work so the door was always open. They have a good variety of snack items in their convenient shop and the breakfast was as good as you could make it. Plenty of breakfast items. Coffee and tea was supposed to be 24/7 and it wasn’t. The staff was very helpful and friendly except for the portly gentleman who would rather be leaning back in his lounge chair at home than working.

The front desk was wonderful when we checked in and it was the same girl when we checked out. Our complaint was the breakfast. We had to tell the lady everything was empty at 745am. She then came out and starting filling stuff. She cleaned with her hand instead of a wet dish rag. Never wiped the tables down either.
