The maintenance guy is extremely rude. This is white trash land. A pickup truck under repairs right by the pool. Continental Breakfast equals: cardboard waffles with high fructose syrup and water coffee.rooms aren't clean. The toilet seats was detached. Got injured in the broken ladder because it didn't have a sign.

Horrible place looks nothing like the pictures either rooms or the pool pictures must be from when they first opened years ago, they guy next to us in the room literally played loud banging music and runs a tattoo shop out the room 228 smh! the rooms are old ,peeling paint, and smell horrible like old basement smell , breakfast was included and may e was the only half decent thing about this place!!

Was worth every dollar! Amazingly they had smoking rooms as well! Which is rare! 😋 Tons of awesome restaurants surround this place and you can back your car right up to the room door😎

Best motel in Carlisle for the money. The front desk staff is VERY helpful and professional. They take pride in the property and it shows. Safe, convenient and very reasonable prices make this the best choice in the area. Rooms are cozy and comfortable and there is a guest laundry area which is very clean and inexpensive and there is always a hot cup of coffee available in the lobby. No need to look any further.... This hotel has everything you need!!!!

The 1st room I checked in to had vomit on the walk, a black ring around the toilet, it smelt like urine. There was blood and feces on the bedding. The door wouldn’t stay closed and the deadbolt would not engage due to the misaligned door frame. They offered me a 2nd room and promised that it would be much better. The 2nd room also was dirty but not as dirty as the 1st room and the bedding looked cleaner until I pulled back up he coverlet and top sheet. On the bottom sheet there was dried mucus and drool. At that point I went back. They tried to offer me a 3rd room. There was no way I was trying a 3rd room. This place was beyond horrible. I don’t know how they stay in business

There were 2 dead mosquitos on the bathroom sink fixture that I could tell had been there a long time, along with lime and calcium deposits. The shower has no shelves to put soap or shampoo or to set your washcloth down. The door had a chain lock as week as a bolt lock but you could tell the chain lock had been busted down multiple times bc it was bent and rescrewed in new places. The screws on the chain lock were loose; I hand tightened two of them and one screw was missing. I will say the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was nothing but carbs. Waffle and syrup. Two choices for cereal. Bread. Packaged muffin. Thats it. No protein. No eggs. No bacon or sausage. No yogurt. No fresh fruit. No juice. Very lame and limited. Bottled water from a vending machine was $5. Ridiculous. So I didn’t buy it. The bed was very very firm, which is great if you like that. Sheets had some stains and lots of black fuzz balls on them. They must have been washed and dried with some black towel or something.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures online. Messy, stinky, cobwebs on the walls, looks like nobody cleaned or dusted in there ever. I had to go out and buy my own cleaning products just to feel somewhat okay with staying there. The door wouldn’t shut unless you used all your body weight to slam it shut. The door also wouldn’t lock cause the lock was broke and you’d have to smash your hand into the side of the lock just for the door to shut/lock. The door also was held together by tape. The shower was yellow and black from stains and mold. We reserved a room specifically for pets and they didn’t have one ready for us. My room key would just randomly stop working and i’d have to take it back to the front desk multiple times just to get it to work again. I recommend not staying here.

The man at the front desk was pleasant and he did try. But the overall environment was horrible. You could easily tell the house keeping staff never change more than sheets and pillow cases. And two of them were stained. The door when shut you could easily see outside thru the crack. The second room they moved us to the TV did not work which I fixed myself. The mini fridge was frozen over. And the last straw was the toilet would not flush. The man at the desk had no more rooms so he did get us one at the nearby Quality inn. No complaints about that one. Now hopefully they did actually not charge me for the two nights for the three horrible hours we were there.

The room was obviously a smokers unit, very musty smelling, fruit flys all around the bathroom area. Looked like they rarely wet mopped the floors. Let alone cleaned the mirrors, dusty cobwebs on the nitestand lamp shades. Sink was cracked across the basin, sealed with silicone. Towel hanger was broken, scuffs and cracking paint all around the room, smoke detector was missing. Only good thing was the breakfast bar. It was a last minute reservation for Carlisle.

The two female staff members I saw were friendly, the 2 males were mute. The room had an undesirable odor, not just musty. The toilet as well as the bathroom floor felt as though it was going to cave in. The A/C unit was very loud. This was an inexpensive motel which needs some basic improvements.

I wasted money period. The room was horrible. It looked like a set room from Bates Motel. Light switch didnt work so had to find my way to the lamp anditt was a horrible yellowish hue. The floor creaked and was warped. You could feel it beneath you. The bedspread looked like it was from.the 70s. Smelled atrocious too. Old funk, cigarettes, armpits and an abandoned house closet all rolled together. The "guests" were very suspect like i wouldn't want to park my car within a camera. Very munsters vibe. I immediately walked out.

Definitely a no frills hotel. Bed was hard as a rock. Blankets were super stiff and had stains on the sheets. Breakfast was surprisingly good. I will probably stay again because of the price.

There is a few squatter families who seem to be living at the motel and hanging out in the parking lot making an uncomfortable environment. For the most part they minded their own business though. The location of the motel on busy Route 11 is where truckers tend to revv the engines loud or where theyre using the J brakes since it's close to a traffic light. Although I did thoroughly enjoy the accommodations and helpfulness of the head desk staff to make sure my dad felt safe and put him close to the front desk. Thank you for doing that

Room was nice and spacious. If there were guests on either side you couldn't hear them. Has Xfinity with great channel selection and breakfast as well. Would def book again as was good quality for not an outlandish price.

The first key they gave someone else was already there. Second room reeked of cigarette smoke. Third room after a couple of in and it’s the key didn’t work. That happened three times by morning. And the breakfast wasn’t what they showed in pictures. Also, they were rooming out like apartments, and the tenants had all kind of junk outside their rooms which made it look slummy.

When I arrived the desk person said that someone had called and canceled my reservation. I had not had any communication with anyone about my reservation. They were pretty full but he was able to find me a room and my stay was good. There was a nice breakfast.

Best motel in Carlisle for the money. The front desk staff is VERY helpful and professional. They take pride in the property and it shows. The free breakfast was pitiful. They only offer waffles, bread and coffee. No juice, fruit or yogurt. Cleaning service was the worst. Stayed for a week and was told cleaning service wasn’t everyday unless you requested it. I did only service one day the week. Had to buy wash cloths and towels for the week. They didn’t refresh them on a daily basis. Never again at this location.
