Well, especially convenient for me, this hotel is a few miles from both parent's homes on the Holly Pike and walkable to my favorite breakfast & other restaurants. The pool open to 11pm, good breakfast, and excellent staff were a bonus. Doubled the length of my stay.

I would have loved everything about this place BUT 3 things bother me as an inconvenience during my stay . Hotel was super cleaned but the hallway on 1st fl smelled a little odd . The rooms are specious very cleaned but unfortunately my lil refrigerator made a humming sound that didn’t let me sleep since I’m use to extremely quite sleeping grounds & the gym was being remodeled so I wasn’t able to work out . Their included breakfast was AMAZING lots of selections. Hotel is surrounded by many restaurants within 10-15 walking 2-4 minutes driving distance there’s also a Walmart and small shopping plaza which was a plus in my book . SO I give them a A- for the 3 small inconvenience

Motel was all that was expected however I was accessed an extra fee of 5.99 for resort fees which wasn't much but struck me as odd as it was a first time. The elevator wasn't working so I had a first floor room. It was comfortable and the bath was clean.

Very clean, modern, and newly renovated. Exceeded my expectations. I was impressed they had a pool. Probably could use a hottub. A mother did voice concern over her child's reaction to pool chemicals. Front desk guy really didn't know how to respond. Could have made some suggestions about antihistamines, urgent care, or hotline. He just said that pool is cleaned weekly.

Room was very damp. So much that the carpet felt kind of wet. Not sure why. Was too late and did not want to deal with getting into a different room. Breakfast next morning was good. Could use some updating and staff could do a little better job of cleaning.

The first room they gave us had a strong mildew smell, so we walked right back out and requested another room. The service desk was very apologetic and accommodated us with a new room. This room was on the second floor. This room had a musty odor, there was something splattered on the walls, the carpet was stained and looked like it could have been vacuumed better and the skirt of the bed looked like someone’s dog chewed it. So we were given a third room on the third floor. This one was cleaner and with no smell, but had a good size hole in the shower and the air conditioner didn’t work on low. It would stop and start every couple minutes and had a squealing noise. On a good note, the staff we encountered were very pleasant and did their best to help. The dining area was very clean and well stocked with standard complimentary food. Coffee was good. Management needs to push for new renovations to keep their customers comfortable

I am a fan of Sleep Hotels up until now.. i will not go back to this particular Sleep Hotel. From the beginning to the end i was disappointed. We had just driven 8 hours to the hotel and when we checked in last night we asked for a few extra pillows. We were told that there were non.. From there it was down hill. The bed was very old and extremely uncomfortable..The room was small and dirty and just old looking. The sink was out side the bathroom almost next to the bed.The shower was amd old. It was a shower enclosure and the gasket was coming away from the door so we had water all over the floor not good in a small area.. The drain in shower was rusty and shower head wS spraying all over.. There was rust on different parts of bathroom pipes..The sink outside of bathroom had a replacement faucet on it that did not fit so water was almost pouring on to counter top. Could not even wash your hands. The AC was very loud and door was broken on controls.TV was out dated and not many channels..There is an old saying .. you just can't slap lipstick on a pig... We will not be back...i have inserted pictures..

The best part about staying here is the location. Not the cleanest for sure. When you are walking to your room you will notice how dirty and dinghy the carpet -floor is in the hallway. The room was okay but the carpet - flooring could use a clean or just replaced. As a guy I can live with it, but my wife no way she would stay here especially after she would have seen what I seen. We going somewhere else. Hope this helps.

The room was clean, but the carpets were stained and shredded by the bathroom door. There were pieces of scotch tape on the walls that the cleaning staff did not remove. The bathroom door looked like it needed a good scrubbing. Most important, the morning coffee and eggs were horrible!

Staff was friendly, but when we walked into room 1 is had puke all down the side of the bed and smell was horrible and it wasnt rhe room i had paid for ( 2 doubles and a couch) second room had the couch i paid for but son couldnt sleep on it because it smelt like something rotten and one double bed had no sheets on it....and when i went downstairs lady at desk just handed me a pile of sheets to cover couch and double bed!! Very disappointed with our overall experience 😕

Check in was easy & the staff member was friendly & provided hotel information such as breakfast hours, pool & gym hours. The hotel seemed a little outdated & could use new carpeting but overall it was clean. Our room was ok. The desk chair was a little worn. The weather was warm but the ac wasn't that cold. The beds were very comfortable.

I would score this stay a 4.5/5. Staff at check in & check out very friendly, rooms very clean. Breakfast was great selection and the staff member dealing with breakfast even bussed out plates from out seat, I'm sure thats not her responsibility and we where to do this ourself. The only reason for 1/2 point deduction was the room TV. The TV only had one station! The only buttons that worked on the remote was on/off and volume. Attempted to change the channel on the side of the TV also didn't work. This was minimal impact to our stay as we had been traveling all day so quickly went to sleep.

The room was rather dated. Bed and pillows were comfortable. But…. The nightstands had no lamps on either side. Only light in room was overhead on opposite side of room with the wall switch at door only. If you needed to get up at night in the dark you had no light by bed!!! Very dangerous in my opinion!

Internet was extremely spotty, both on hand held and laptop devices. Our room had no soap or shampoo, but was given on request. There was no regular breakfast tea- only lemon, and except for yogurt, breakfast was all carb- cereal, waffle, muffin. Location was convenient, and price was reasonable.

It wasn’t real good we stayed there 4 nights the second night we stayed I ask for our room to be cleaned.when we returned that evening absolutely nothing was done.we had to go to the front desk and ask for towels for the fallowing day.i mean absolutely nothing even the trash wasn’t emptied.

It took 20 minutes to check in. Although I had paid in advance, the clerk was insistent on taking my credit card "for incidentals." Once the clerk had my credit card the system went down" and after a 15 minute wait, the clerk was still unwilling to give my credit card back to me. This was at 9:30 p.m. and I was quite tired and ready for rest. But there I stood for an additional 5 minutes, total of 20, watching the clerk who watched there computer screen where nothing was happening. Once in my room I turned back the sheet to find a crusty hair wad which has somehow become baked onto the sheet. I used a bath towel to cover the hair wad. One look in the shower and I want going there anyway, as the bottom seemed to have broken through and a new sheet of fiberglass, smaller than the original, had been laminated over the top. It took 20 minutes to check in. Although I had paid in advance, the clerk was insistent on taking my credit card "for incidentals." Once the clerk had my credit card the system went down" and after a 15 minute wait, the clerk was still unwilling to give my credit card back to me. This was at 9:30 p.m. and I was quite tired and ready for rest. But there I stood for an additional 5 minutes, total of 20, watching the clerk who watched there computer screen where nothing was happening. Once in my room I turned back the sheet to find a crusty hair wad which has somehow become baked onto the sheet. I used a bath towel to cover the hair wad. One look in the shower and I want going there anyway, as the bottom seemed to have broken through and a new sheet of fiberglass, smaller than the original, had been laminated over the top. Check in was extremely slow, especially considering that I’d already made and confirmed my reservation. Our room telephone kept ringing throughout the night. I finally disconnected it. Staff were very nice and friendly.

Just exactly what we were looking for, a very clean room with a comfortable bed and pillows. Location next to a Cracker Barrel was another plus. We would definitely stay there again.

Had a great nights rest. Room 208 could have had Kleenex in the room somewhere. Bathroom is very small but manageable. Thought the breakfast was above par--very good breakfast bar. Front desk personnel was very helpful and listened.

I would score this stay a 4.5/5. Staff at check in & check out very friendly, rooms very clean. Breakfast was great selection and the staff member dealing with breakfast even bussed out plates from out seat, I'm sure thats not her responsibility and we where to do this ourself. The only reason for 1/2 point deduction was the room TV. The TV only had one station! The only buttons that worked on the remote was on/off and volume. Attempted to change the channel on the side of the TV also didn't work. This was minimal impact to our stay as we had been traveling all day so quickly went to sleep.

I was thrilled they had an indoor pool & it was open, we weren't there long enough for my daughter to enjoy it. The free continental breakfast was a sad display of food. The only thing my 15yr old would eat was an orange. Thankfully you can walk to the Cracker Barrel next door. Although most people would probably be thrilled they have a shower stall, I would have prefered a tub/shower

We received complaints and daily comments from desk staff about our barking dog. We were at pool when the desk clerk came and said our dog was barking. We returned to the room immediately, only to find our dog sleeping! Other rooms had pets, and barking was heard from.those rooms, i wonder if they got daily comments about it. Sat morning breakfast didnt happen for us because there was no food left. We were at dining center by 9 am. We did not feel very welcome.

Showers take awhile to heat up (about 10-15min) and breakfast should start earlier for those of us that basically rent out whole floors for business purposes for weeks to months at a time but very convenient to any and everything you NEED.

Great accommodations the the price. The room temp was a bit hot but we just switched it to air. Bed was fine. Everything was clean. It was perfect for an overnight and a very reasonable price. Breakfast was included. Fixings to make a breakfast sandwich with a fried formed egg and sausage patty. The waffles you could make fresh. Some cereal and yogurt. Hot drinks available both in the room and in the lobby. For the price it was great.

The room was clean, but the carpets were stained and shredded by the bathroom door. There were pieces of scotch tape on the walls that the cleaning staff did not remove. The bathroom door looked like it needed a good scrubbing. Most important, the morning coffee and eggs were horrible!

Room was clean, bathroom was clean. I especially liked the walk-in shower. I didn't have a handicapped room so toilet was not high enough and no handholds/bars to assist getting up and down. Parking was adequate.They hosted a hot and cold breakfast which I did not use. Cracker Barrel next door and very convenient which I did use when I arrived end of drive day. I do intend to come back but will request handicap room next time.
