Pool was broken which was the only reason we booked this hotel and they didn’t even inform us upon check in. The TV was broken and we called to get it fixed they didn’t come up for almost 2hrs and then still didn’t fix it AND DIDNT COME BACK. The fridge was broken. The AC didn’t work almost at all. The breakfast if you want to call it that was extremely disappointing and almost no options. They didn’t start cleaning the rooms on our floor until the middle of the night so there was trash EVERY WHERE in the hallways the door to the back was broken so anyone could walk in at anytime. The whole experience was awful and I’ve stayed in a lot of crappy hotels this was by far the worst.

Fair hotel. Pool area was very nice. Night clerk very pleasant. Outside doors to back parking lot where we parked had no locks, no room key was needed. Not safe at all. Would not recommend this place.

we had stayed here before but it has gone downhill. carpets are filthy in the halls and garbage on floor. pool had dead flies floating in it, room set-up was terrible. purposefully got a room with a couch but it was hard and set back so far from the tv in an alcove it just wasnt usable. o ly positives…desk clerk was helpful and the place was quiet.

No handicap parking or handicap ramps to the rear door in the rear of the building. I have a wheel-bound wife. I reserved a "Handicap Room" on line 8 days before our trip and when we checked in was told no handicap rooms were available. Then I was told all rooms are handicap assessable, except for a walk-in shower. WRONG, I could not get the wheelchair in more that 8' due to the TV/Refrigerator in the way, The toilet was not ADA and no grab bars in the bathroom. The room also only had 3 working lights out of 6 available. I had a very difficult time with my wife and her being comfortable in this room. I will not be staying at Quality Inn ever again.

The place is using equipment that's falling apart while the pool area was nice it was the only thing really worth writing about. Reserved a handicap room that was given away despite calling to verify Elizabeth available 3 days before booking. Mix reviews on the staff one lady was incredibly helpful while the other went out of her way to knit pick at my children. Not a hotel I would stay at again price was right but hotel was not.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The physical property needed a ton of work. The pool surface was peeling off, walls were banged up, carpets were filthy, and there were plumbing issues our entire stay. The beds were worn out and uncomfortable. Cheap and convenient, but you get what you pay for.

The room we were given was 205 and it was so outdated. The AC didn’t work at all. After the room being 80 degrees with the sun down we asked the desk if there was anything they could do. They moved us across the hall to 206 which thankfully the AC blew like Antarctic winds. The sink didn’t drain. Breakfast is advertised as hot. The only thing hot was waffles. Pool bottom was full of debris and matter from the pool itself being in need of repair. Our beds in both rooms harbored trash from previous tenants on the floor surrounding. Truly didn’t feel like it was worth the money.

This hotel lacks in it's name for quality. I strongly believe this hotel needs to be removed as an option from booking. The property itself is old, dirty, and musty. It does not appear to be taken well care of, if taken care of at all. The room that was sold to us was severely in a state of squalor. There was a large amount of blood on the box spring, a blood stain on the carpeted floor and something gross high up on the wall, the mattress itself had large stains, bed bugs, and some type of bug eggs in every groove of the mattress. The couch and chair were heavily stained and dirty. The carpet looked as though it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks with hair, dirt, and stains throughout. The ironing board had burn marks on it, and a chunk of the wall was missing. Two of the three light fixtures didn't work, one didn't have a bulb, the other was broken and flashed when I attempted to turn it on. Then they charged me double, even though I decided to leave immediately after seeing the condition of the room. I wouldn't stay here, even if it was the last hotel available.

Room smelled like asian food so strong when we got there the window was even open. Then there was rice in the bed sheets. We called front desk the guy came to our room brought us febreeze type spray which didn’t help. Wasnt any other rooms open for us so we stayed in the room. The guy took pictures of the rice in our bed and said someone would call us which hasnt ever happened. I called to talk to manager and he was busy and was supposed to call me back and still hasnt. Please credit me for this stay.

Mostly, we needed a bed for the night, 1/2 way through our trip to Ohio. Bed was very comfortable, room was warm and plenty of room. Good WiFi. Disappointing breakfast (only waffles) but the price was so affordable that I'm surprised there was any breakfast at all. Thank you so much for a good night's stay!

Overall a nice facility. Had a problem at checkin when we were unable to open the door to our room. Staff could not fix this so moved us to a different room. Room was nice, spacious, clean, but hair dryer did not work.

This was not a good stay at all! We were on the ground level with a window that would not lock. There was no hot water. The room was in complete disrepair. We felt very unsafe. No vending machines and no ice. Would not stay there again.

The room was clean and well laid out. It was a handicap room. When I noticed the toilet seat was very loose, I saw the maintenance man in the hallway, and told him what I found. He immediately came and fixed the issue without hesitation. Great service…nice to see.

This hotel charged $64.00 security deposit at check in. Room was not smoked in it was left in good shape. The only reason they have for not returning deposit is that they are committing fraud and using Expedia to do it. Other than that the stay was fine

Based on all the negative reviews online, I was compelled to write a review. I admit, we were hesitant to stay here, but were glad we did. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little older, but everything we saw appeared clean and in good repair. I'm sure if you looked hard enough, you could find fault, but our room was very pleasant and clean. Our bed was comfortable and had a nice bedding with a lightweight quilt and covering, not the half scarf many hotels call bedding today. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to watch the Thursday night football game on Amazon Prime on our room tv. Our dog was very comfortable in her bed under the desk. There were many dogs staying that night for a dog show, but only heard one dog barking, while it's dog parents must have left the room for breakfast. If possible, I would suggest requesting a room off the road, which was fairly noisy. We ran the fan from the heating & air conditioning unit for white noise. While not elaborate, there were plenty of options for a warm breakfast. They had a waffle iron and plenty of batter to make your own waffles, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, instant oatmeal, cold cereal, packaged danish and muffins, yogurt and of course water, milk, juice and coffee. The dining area was quiet, spacious and clean. We would stay here again if driving through the area.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast options were limited. My room was clean, but the A/C smelled musty. (I do have allergy problems.) Also the water pressure was so low it was hard to shower. Took a long time to get hot water. Don’t know if that was just a temporary problem or ongoing. I did not ask. Wouldn’t recommend.

Pool was broken which was the only reason we booked this hotel and they didn’t even inform us upon check in. The TV was broken and we called to get it fixed they didn’t come up for almost 2hrs and then still didn’t fix it AND DIDNT COME BACK. The fridge was broken. The AC didn’t work almost at all. The breakfast if you want to call it that was extremely disappointing and almost no options. They didn’t start cleaning the rooms on our floor until the middle of the night so there was trash EVERY WHERE in the hallways the door to the back was broken so anyone could walk in at anytime. The whole experience was awful and I’ve stayed in a lot of crappy hotels this was by far the worst.

They were full, and the guy that checked us in was also cleaning rooms at 8:00 at night.The pool restroom had paper all over the floor, but the pool was nice. The room seemed clean, but there was a sequin beside the chair and the credenza which showed me that the vacuuming was not that thorough. The breakfast was very average.No jam,no yogurt.

Mostly, we needed a bed for the night, 1/2 way through our trip to Ohio. Bed was very comfortable, room was warm and plenty of room. Good WiFi. Disappointing breakfast (only waffles) but the price was so affordable that I'm surprised there was any breakfast at all. Thank you so much for a good night's stay!

This hotel was fine. The hallways and common areas are a little on the dirty side, but the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast was not as great as I was hoping it would be all the people who work there absolutely fantastic and so nice.

Gym was closed, the pool was open not heated, water was cold. Shower pressure was week, we had to slam the door for our room to shut it, we Rented 4 rooms one of the air-conditioning didn't work, the breakfast was a joke, they ran out of food and didn't replace. They also required $100 deposit for the room which was not addressed before renting the rooms, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. Plus employees stayed there on the second floor and they were also smoking on the balcony to the pool. Upon checking out it took them 25 minutes to get my deposit returned. Staff was friendly.

The hallway smelled like marijuana when I first got there. Obviously someone was breaking the rules. My room smelled very musty. And in the morning, there were a lot of dead bugs in my bathroom. The staff were wonderful.
