The lobby is clean, as soon as you pass the lobby you can see that the carpet is in bad condition and the carpet in the hallways to the rooms is very bad, the elevator is also in bad condition.

A very old hotel with a huge parking lot. You can tell it used to be a great hotel, but it really needs an upgrade now! There was hair on the bed, and the room had an unpleasant odor. Breakfast was very basic, and there was virtually no service; the restaurant staff just sat in the corner and asked me to hand over my breakfast voucher—that was the extent of the interaction.

We ran out of toilet paper! Only 1/2 roll in the room. We asked for the shuttle to be there at 7am to take us to Duke University Hospital. Driver was late! Due to this we were late for my wife’s check in and her procedure was moved until later in the day!!😡😡 When I asked at the front desk about the shuttle not being there the staff was rude and said he’s on his way. When I told them we had to get to the hospital, they gave me attitude!!
