hotel is very old and there was mold on the ceiling ties. shower needs to be renovated. bedding was clean though. breakfast in the morning was limited compared to other Comfort Inns we have stayed in. Given the price, this was not worth the stay because of cleanliness issues

Easy access to restaurants and interstates. Look mug Very unsanitary and musty. Can see the outside through a broken air conditioner grate. Smelled cigarette smoke even though it’s a nonsmoking room. Stained sink. Dirty, used towel on the back of the bathroom door from a previous customer. Very sketchy. Would not recommend!

Parking was easy and getting to my room was easy enough. The elevator and hallway smelled pretty funny. But, my room was clean enough and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and I got a good night's rest. I'd stay again!

It look like vomit was in the bathroom sink. It smells like Marijuana in the building. The hotel is old with no upgrades. I never stay there again.

Filthy. We had three rooms for a college event. All of the rooms were smelly: fish/ dog / cigarette smell all rolled into one. I went out and bought air freshener. The bathroom had splashes of brown on the walls. Feces? Food?? Rusty sink and bathtub. The light switches had visible dirt on them. Toilet ran all night. Broken stand up lamp. There was no blanket on one bed in my room. The tables in the buffet area were dirty. There was staff lounging around on their phones in the lobby. The elevator had a dirty floor with food crumbs as well. Sketchy people smoking pot at the front door. Sketchy cars in the parking lot. Seems to be a flop house for otherwise homeless people who are living there. I just pray I did not bring bed begs home. I complained to the front desk and they offered me air freshener and gave me a blanket for my bed. You do not want to stay here!

The service was ok. The room was not. There’s mold growing on one of the photos in the bathroom. The keurig is set up IN THE BATHROOM. The sheets smelled weird.

On the outside, the hotel looks nice, but the first room that we looked out on the first floor that we were put in was absolutely terrible. It stunk and was extremely out of date. We asked to move to a different room and got placed on the second floor, which was decent at first until we got home from our event and found ants all over the Nightstands and TV stands and desk. We had to switch rooms again for a second time and we met with no compassion when we told them that there were ants everywhere. We also asked for extra towels and we were told we had to turn in our dirty towels to get new towels because they didn’t have enough. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I will never stay at one of these hotels again.

The room we were given, door did not close correctly. The front desk gave another couple that checked in right before us, the same room so they were able to just walk in using the same room key. We all went to the front desk to straighten things out but they didn’t apologize about it. They said they were going to call maintenance about the door and that they knew about it already. We got a different room witch the bath tube did not work. Very, very, very bad experience!!!! Never again.

It was good overall; attendants were courteous and friendly. Free breakfast was good. However two things were not as pleasant: the AC was noisy and the fan was on all night. The bathroom was clean except for the toilet bowl; there was a pink ring around the water that I was able to remove with toilet tissue which means it wasn't cleaned often enough. Unsightly.

Room needed attention. One decorative curtain was lying on the floor and a lamp didn’t work. I told the front desk about the lamp but nothing was done about it. Also there were no washcloths. When I asked we were given some. Then later while we were out someone came in and removed both the hand towels and didn’t replace them The bed was pretty comfortable but the bed cover was stained.

Reserved 2 rooms many months in advance. When room prices sky rocketed in the area for a concert on the weekend we had reservations the Comfort Inn canceled our rooms (likely to make more money on other reservations). This left us to search for rooms in a sold out area.
