This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in the pictures on your website aren’t accurate from the parking lot to the swimming pool. Everything was dirty. There was mold around the bathtub. Nothing had been dusted, the hairdryer in the room didn’t work. They only clean the room every three days by request and when I requested it to be clean, they didn’t even make the bed. It’s a terrible hotel and the pool does not work. I don’t know why it’s on their website or your website, but they don’t have a pool that works. I would never ever stay at a quality Inn again.

It was nicely remodeled. But the water took a long time to get hot. The sheets looked kind of questionable. They had some nice spots to sit outside. The pool was closed but they had notice of that on the website.

Nothing wrong with the property; it’s just an older hotel and showing it’s age. It was clean, safe, and comfortable, just nothing fancy. One interesting comment: the pool is listed in the advertisement and property description and I let the pool affect my decision and selection in choosing to stay there. However, the pool was closed, covered, and NOT available for use.

Overall the property was very clean and also very affordable. Even though I wasn't planning on swimming, the pool was not in good condition at all. Also, I had a really difficult time getting my door to actually shut as well. I likely wouldn't stay in this hotel again, given the other choices around it.

I would have given this a 5-star rating but for the fact that ,t had no elevator. Also, you have to let the water run for a long time to get hot water. I would definitely stay there again but would request a ground level room if there is a lot of luggage.

Check in staff was wonderful. She was very friendly and that’s a plus in customer service. However, the room I stayed in wasn’t all the best. The shower curtain had mold growing on the bottom of it, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the hot water didn’t seem to work. There were some stains on the floor in the room and the sheets and cover had some sort of burnt orange/ rust stain on them.

The bed looked clean. The floors did not feel dirty. Is the bathroom was awful. We paid for a Jacuzzi tub and did not get to use it. We stayed 2 nights and checked in about 1 am the first night. Woke up saturday morning and going to get in the tub, turned the water on and the jets and black crud started floating in the water and made a ring in the tub. There was uses paper towel/ toilet paper at the corner of the tub. Inside rim of the toilet was filthy. The bucket that sat on top of the safe in the bathroom had a hair in it. Microwave was dirty and the freezer was frozen with ice. Talked to the front desk lady the first morning and she was super nice. Told us that there was nothing that she could do but the manager would be in monday and they could take care of it. She gives me a sticky note with email and direct phone number so i could send the pictures i showed her. I didnt hear anything monday so i call and talk to jay and he says the manager isnt in right now. I call back the next evening and jay answered the phone again and says the manager is on vacation. Jays says since i stayed both nights nothing is going to be done about it. That i should have went somewhere else or demanded another room

The first room we had was so filthy and hadn’t been really cleaned for some time. Pat at the front desk was so nice and moved us to another. It was some better it not by much. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! I hope we didn’t get bedbugs!

The room was very moist when you walked in. The comforters felt damp, it smelled like mildew, and the bathroom was dark and damp. I asked for another room and was told none were available due to having pets. We slept on top of the comforters and checked out as early as possible. A few days later I received a charge on my card for an undisclosed pet deposit. In the amount of $65. I called and explained I had paid their pet deposit. I was told I’d need to email the manager and they would respond via email within 30 days. The clerk also told me good luck with it, they had never seen the manager give a refund. So I didn’t even bother. I had just moved into town and could not take on one more thing to try and keep up with. I’ve just made sure everyone that has come to visit does not stay there. I’ll never be back.

First off, the floors were filthy. Took my shoes off and my socks to be comfortable, after about 5 minutes, the bottom of my feet were black. My feet actually stuck to the bathroom floor. The shower leaked and dripped all night and day long. The bathroom floor was wet next to the shower and under the sink. There were gnats flying around everywhere. The comforter on the beds were damp where they were not left in the dryer long enough to dry completely. All of the bedding were stained with coffee, blood, and who knows what else. There are no drawers to put clothes in, only a couple of shelves. Worst 2 night stay I ever had at a Quqlity Inn Hotel.

Cleanliness lacked. The floors had lots of dirt in the corners, the sheets hard stains on them, there was food left in the fridge in both of the rooms we had. The first room, the door would not lock so we were moved to a second room. The showers in both units dripped water continously.breakfast was literal had 4 mini muffins, 2 pieces of raisin and 2 plain bagel, and make your own waffle machine. I wish i could share pitures that i took. It was not up to the ratings by any means.

Exterior door into room had a 1 inch gap at the bottom. Once we turned the heater on, an awful rodent smell filled the room. The bed covering had big stains on it. We tried switching rooms. Second room had a gap under exterior door snd very foul smell as well. We did not stay in this hotel, but still payed for a night’s stay. We went across town to a different hotel for the night. If I could give negative stars I would. Very disgusting place. Utterly awful.

They are renovating their hotel and this was not told to us. We were given a room that had no weather stripping on the door, bugs came in the entire time. The bathroom door mirror was cracked, and the bathroom door didn’t shut. The hot water took about two minutes to get hot for a shower. The faucet handle was loose and water shot out. The satellite for the tv never gave a continuous signal.

Took 15 min of running the shower to get hot water. No shampoo in the room. The toilet paper wasnt on the roller it was on the back of the toilet. The staff was pleasent the room was clean.

Room was clean. The bed was very comfortable especially for a budget hotel. The parking and area are safe. The only concern we had was relatively minor - the TV had very limited channels, and several of them were scratchy while we were trying to relax before bed. Otherwise everything else great

I don't have much to say about this place, the room has nothing that makes it stand out from any other place. The staff do their job but you don't make a connection with them. Entertainment is limited to a TV with no internet connection inside the room. The bed is quite decent.

The room was clean, bed was comfy and it had a coffee pot, microwave and fridge. WiFi was good also. They are remodeling the hotel so there was trash and bed frames, and furniture all over the place. Parking was difficult and inconvenient because of rugs and trash bins in the way. I couldn't watch TV because I couldn't figure out the remote. The volume was stuck on 72 and it either went to mute or back to 72. It wouldn't let me turn it down. And finding a channel to watch was another ball game. So I finally gave up. Plus there was one stairwell that one of the steps had a large hole in the middle of it. It wasn't the best stay.

We stayed there paid extra for a jetted bathtub that didn’t work. Tried to call the front desk and let them know and they never answered. When I went to check out they tried telling me that it worked. I’m not stupid. I know how to work a jetted tub. He never even offered to show me that it worked. I tried to get the difference I paid and they told me no. The bed is hard as a rock and the sink in the bathroom only had ice cold water. They don’t sweep the floors either. Hair all over and dirt.
We stayed there paid extra for a jetted bathtub that didn’t work. Tried to call the front desk and let them know and they never answered. When I went to check out they tried telling me that it worked. I’m not stupid. I know how to work a jetted tub. He never even offered to show me that it worked. Check in staff was wonderful. She was very friendly and that’s a plus in customer service. However, the room I stayed in wasn’t all the best. The shower curtain had mold growing on the bottom of it, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the hot water didn’t seem to work. There were some stains on the floor in the room and the sheets and cover had some sort of burnt orange/ rust stain on them.

I would not recommend staying at this property. Upon checking out, I received a second charge on my credit card. I called the property to see what the issue was, and I was accused of stealing two towels and two rags for a total of $70. The lady that answered the phone was very rude about this and did not give me any options to dispute the charge. This is very shady business practices and a dirty way to run a business.

The room was very moist when you walked in. The comforters felt damp, it smelled like mildew, and the bathroom was dark and damp. I asked for another room and was told none were available due to having pets. We slept on top of the comforters and checked out as early as possible. A few days later I received a charge on my card for an undisclosed pet deposit. In the amount of $65. I called and explained I had paid their pet deposit. I was told I’d need to email the manager and they would respond via email within 30 days. The clerk also told me good luck with it, they had never seen the manager give a refund. So I didn’t even bother. I had just moved into town and could not take on one more thing to try and keep up with. I’ve just made sure everyone that has come to visit does not stay there. I’ll never be back.

The front desk was polite and friendly. The room we got was renovated and clean, the parking next to our room entrance which is good. Good location, close to Crystal Onyx Cave, Onyx Cave and Dinosaur World. We enjoyed our stay there.

They charged me more than what I was i quoted to have my dog there, plus put me in a room that I had to lyft the door before it would lock and the room was straight across from a pool that was half empty and the water was so green and nasty, not very impressed with this property.

Room was clean and ground floor accessible, so no elevators or luggage hauling. However, the pool was not operational, and there was nobody to turn the keys into and check out with the next morning, and much of the breakfast stuff was gone although we were there more than an hour before they closed.
