PROS: Convenient location. VERY friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Free parking. Decent shower. Big TV. CONS: A bit pricey! Should clean rooms without asking at least every other day. Lav faucet would only drip the water out. TV did not have PBS, so LOTS of commercials.

The only problem during our stay was the breakfast area was being renovated. Sadly it was finished the same day we were leaving but it looked great. Maybe we'll be able to enjoy it during our next visit.

We stayed here for a weekend trip to visit family. The checkin process normal to be expected. The room was average and dated with mold in the shower ceiling. On the second day, we left only to return to an untouched room with the same dirty towels in the bathroom. I went to ask for more clean towels and washclothes. The attendant told me he didnt have any to give me due to the washers were down and they couldn't do laundry. We were given 2 towels with the word "pool" written on them only. We had no washclothes to use since ours was left dirty on the floor for housekeeping to get but never came.

We did not get a double bed as we had reserved. Clerk tried to blame Expedia even when I showed her the email. The mattress was not fit for any animal and certainly not human. The room was smelly, dirty rug and floor. The tiles in the bathroom and caulking needed work. The walls are paper thin and heard everything in the connected room. The draining in the shower was horrible leaving the bathroom floor wet and treacherous. The only positive is the water pressure was phenomenal as was the hot water. Was NOT worth the money we were charged.

Decent place. Probably the best place in the area. But the pool was closed 3 of the days I was there and the temps were in the upper 90s. My room (114) had a walk in shower that created a mess on the floor every time I took a shower. The toilet leaked around it's base causing a constant puddle around the toilet. The staff was friendly and everything else was find. Breakfast was okay... not bad and nothing to write home to either.

Room and breakfast area were very clean. Staff very nice. Hot breakfast was as promised. However, our room was not ready when we arrived at 4pm. The tiles were broken in the shower, resulting in water running out into the floor. Housekeeping brought pool towels to put against the shower edge. Said repair could not be done easily, and is scheduled for next month.

Room was comfortable and nice. Room had good air conditioning and all the amenities of room comfort. The only negative was that the bathroom vent exhaust did not work. Also a part was broken on the shower door but it still worked ok.

Due to my own oversight, I left two rings in my hotel room. I left them in a coffee cup supplied by the hotel. Approximate value was $4500.00. I did not realize my mistake until I arrived home. Ryan was personable, professional and kind. He actually went through trash, attempting to find my rings. Even though my rings were not found, kudos to Ryan. He went above and beyond his duty.

The room was very clean. Quiet area. Walking distance restaurants. Didn’t like the extra $50 charge, without notice until arrived. Did use the charge for $12 incidentals. Still waiting on my refund balance.

Great service and clean rooms breakfast was terrible and we paid extra for it. All food was cold microwave didn’t work had to take my food to my room and use that microwave. I assumed there would be more to it since it was extra. Bottom line waste of money for it.
