This hotel was very clean. The staff very welcoming. Housekeeping very welcoming. The lobby bathroom included toiletries. It was set up like a powder room. very comfortable beds. The area is very nice. stores and gas stations walking distance. Although off season the pool area was very clean. The price was right for the stay. the next time i visit Eden, this will be my choice for accomodations.

I decided to stay here while in Danville, Va, after a not so great experience there last month, and was very happy with that decision. It’s about 18 miles from Danville, which was fine since I went in during the morning, and returned to Eden in the evening. It was about half the cost of staying in Danville and much, much nicer than anything comparable there. The hotel, its surroundings, and my room were very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I could only fault it in two areas, and that’s being picky: there are no coin operated laundry facilities (although there is a laundromat within close walking distance), and the breakfast could be improved (with better quality hot food). I still give this little hotel an excellent rating though, and I’ll continue to stay here whenever I’m in the area.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels over the years being employed in the aviation industry…. and I’ve seen a LOT of questionable places and conditions. However, this property was by FAR one of the best I have stayed at in a long time!! Rooms were absolutely immaculate and an awesome “clean smell” to everything… Everything is within decent distance and I will not hesitate to stay here again the next time I am in town….EXCELLENT!

Someone is obviously trying to make the most of this hotel, and I respect them for it. Everything appeared clean, and the staff was courteous. Breakfast was what you would expect from a budget hotel. Our room, especially the bathroom, reeked of cat pee, so I suspect it had been a pet-friendly room in the past. That is hard to ignore and put a damper on the whole experience. The toilet seat was very loose, but that happens, I get it. On checkout, I told the person at the front desk about the seat, and they seemed eager to make sure it got fixed. The vibe of the place was reminiscent of an old motel, something you'd expect from a Motel 6 or such.

My husband and I had a pleasant stay. The rooms are a little small but clean. We had a king room. Staff was very accommodating when we couldn't figure out how to work the TV. Lobby decor and dining area all looked new. Breakfast was good and plenty of it.

Fair prices for the stay, clean rooms and staff was pleasant to deal with. The only complaint I have is the mattresses, we had double beds and didn't sleep well. I know every "body" is different but in my opinion they should invest in new beds.

Beds small and uncomfortable. Beds weren’t queen sized. They were full size. Was awakened early in the morning by them having their roof repaired with no pre-warning. Then they told everyone they had to get up to move their car so they wouldn’t get nails in their tires. Someone from the staff opened the door without first knocking. Luckily the top lock was on

Front desk would not transfer my wife’s call to my room because she did not know the room number! This day in age, cell phone is the most used method of communication however my phone did not have service. The front desk should have transferred my wife’s call to my room as I was a registered guest that was logged in their system. I could have made the choice to answer to call or not. They should not have made the decision for me it was not their place. The front desk clerk hung up on my wife. This is just not acceptable customer service. They should have done better! My wife called at 6 o’clock in the morning. Nobody calls early morning hours unless it is necessary. They suck for this and will never spend my money at this hotel again!

I advise Anthony from front desk the toilet overflow i couldn't take shower he advise he wasn't plunging nobody's toilet or coming around to assist ..very rude he wanted to argue back a forth with me! You are not getting your money back do we have a problem or tension I cried all night couldn't use the bathroom was there on business an to assist a family member with terminal cancer the next morning JJ the manager is there some tension she asked me ? I thought am I at a boxing match? No etiquette at all very unprofessional! I had to post this so hurtful. Please don't stay here!!She said it's private owned like they don't care how they treat you an they won't print you a receipt. It's 3rd party JJ said it's a shame customer service needs to visit their establishment asap!! Please help!

Front desk employee, very professional, and helpful when I arrived. Easy, easy registration. Provided all the details. Had some difficulties connecting to Wi-Fi but that was not an issue as I was not staying for a long period of time. Would have looked into that further if I was. Hot food for breakfast was not very hot. Microwave took care of that. Overall very nice. Coffey was hot by the way. Thank you.
