This location is undergoing a complete remodel. Don’t stay here. They have just started on the 3rd floor. The first room I was given had a very bad smell. The next room on 3rd floor was lovely. The staff was very nice to change rooms. The breakfast is OK. The highway noise is quite noticeable in the rooms. I paid WAY too much through Expedia.

Given room furthest away from front desk even though there were few staying at the hotel that night. Pool and Sauna not available for use. Bathroom sink drain clogged up. Disappointing in light of the rate we were charged for the stay. Hampton used to be better in the past.

Property is clean and in a very convenient location for traveling east to west, and also felt safe for our family of 4 with small children. Bathrooms were spotless and the breakfast was hit and delicious. The property could use a little updating, and as others mentioned, it’s noisy being right next to the expressway but you can see that when you check in so what do you expect. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall I would rate it a 4/5 and would stay here again if passing through the area.

The bed was awful, but I like a softer mattress. Our room was closest to the interstate. Very, very noisy. Shower stall needed a good deep cleaning around the edges of the glass door. Pillows were small and flat.

There was no soap at the bathroom sink, only lotion. I had to go inside the shower to get soap. The TV pedestal was dusty enough to write my name which makes me wonder if anything else in the room was cleaned.

My room faced the Interstate so it was loud. They did have a pair of earplugs on the nighstand. Also, my curtains/drapes would not close (permanently open) and the spotlights from outside went right into my room. I had to rig some curtains with towels and hairclips to provide darkness.

Gentleman at the counter very nice. Room clean, bed very comfortable. Just needs a little tlc. Wallpaper coming apart in areas. Simply little things. Over all 9.5. Oh one last thing, if your on the southside of hotel, the highway is right there. You can hear the highway traffic. If your a light sleeper good luck. The actually had ear plugs next to the bed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel is very close to the interstate and the room we stayed in was noisy. The curtains wouldn't close all the way and there was a light right outside our window that was shining in bright all night.

We enjoyed our stay at this facility while on our way to Arkansas. We had a problem with the TV and the staff quickly responded with a switch in rooms. Very pleasant staff at check-in and check-out as well. We would definitely stay again.

Iwas very upset with them i booked a 1st floor room because my wife is handicaped and recived a third floor room witch was the top floor i booked this room months in advance and even recived a conformation letter from them stating that i would recive a ground floor room i was also promised a walk in shower wich i did not recive my wife could not even take a shower because of this i will NOT be recommending this hotel nor will i be using them agin

Hotel building was fine, the location of the building was a disaster . Building a hotel directly next to a highway is unacceptable to me. They tried to accommodate by giving me the quietest location , but it was far from quiet. Will not stay there again.
