The pillows were wonderful. The matress was a little too firm for me (might not be to evesryone) we had time to enjoy the indoor pool (no chlorine, yeah!) Nice towels, wonderful hot breakfast. Thank you Holiday Inn and Suites!

The staff and management were extremely nice. I asked for a few extra towels, my family visited for the afternoon, and I received them without any questions. My son's family is young, and we took advantage of the indoor pool. They had a marvelous experience, and we were the only ones in the pool. No inconvenience for the other guests. Thanks for an really nice weekend.

Very nice hotel. Beds were very comfortable and all the staff were very friendly. The hotel was under construction which I would have been informed before I made the reservation. Construction workers very noisy, yelling and radio blaring until 7pm.

Always love to stay at HolidayInn Express. The rooms are always updated and clean, and the free breakfast is one of the best available from any hotel. There was a little extra noise from being so close to the Interstate and then a small flashing led on the smoke detector freaked me out at first, but both things were very minor.

The staff were very curtious and helpful. The hotel as a whole was very clean, as was our room. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. The beds were not very comfortable, or the pillows. But that last one is my fault for forgetting mine at home. The breakfast set up was great, eggs were a little watery, but everything else was really good. Overall it was a good stay and I would stay there again. But bring your own pillow.

The overall stay was pretty Good. They Guy that checked me had excellent Customer Service. I forgot his name but he was super friendly and very pleasant. He was there Saturday at about 3:30 pm. Now on the other hand I was eating breakfast and I don’t know if she was the hotel manager or what. But she went too everybody asking them how was they stay. She got too me and asked me am I working today? Working? I was very offended being the only African American woman in that area at the time. I paid money too stay here too so why wasn’t I asked the same question all the other Guest was asked? I could’ve made a big deal but I didn’t. But I probably won’t be staying there again because of her.

Overall the property was clean and we felt safe on our way back to Texas we decided to book last minute as we were concerned about being in a small town. Our issue was with the lady that was filling up the breakfast in the morning today Monday 9-4. We showed up alittle after 6am first she was so rude and did not acknowledge us when we arrived at least a hi or good morning but we witnessed her acknowledge everyone else who came in not sure if she was being selective or racially bias except we felt scolded when opening cinnamon rolls that was still covered. When she said I just opend that. Then it seemed like everything we touched she made it a point to go behind us and either push the serving utensils it just felt like a bother not the kind of experience I would expect from a small town definitely not that small town attitude that we are used to seeing.
