Need more/better security. There was a shady character loitering around the premises for 6 hours. None of the exterior doors that you are supposed to access with a room key were locked so anyone could come in. The man was lurking and watching us from the fence around the pool and walking around hotel

Another great Hampton Inn! I stay at these often because they have decent breakfasts. We use the pool and it was in good condition. The room was clean and also in good condition. The carpets in the hallway appeared a little dated and worn and the door to the pool was brokenbut otherwise overall we enjoyed our stay

Stayed here when temperatures were over 100 degrees. Appreciated the air conditioning which was not silent but far less noisy than other places I’ve stayed recently. Breakfast good, hot options changed over the three days we were there which was nice. Thankfully no polystyrene at breakfast, they are trying hard to use recyclable items. Breakfast staff very efficient, refilling, cleaning constantly. No towels by the pool but used room ones. Happily come back again.

. Room was clean with Hampton feel. Public areas, hallway carpeting and cleanliness of elevator was marginal. Hall way carpet was loose. Needed to be cleaned and stretched. Not typical condition for a Hampton Inn. Breakfast very good. Staff very friendly..

We had a wonderful stay! The friendliest staff imaginable. The hotel and our room were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the food/serving area was very clean. The lovely woman I. The food service was so helpful and p,easing. She kept the entire area clean!

Not much within walking distance. The traffic, congestion and road repairs make the highway challenging to guests not familiar with the area. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. I paid for a king non-smoking room however I received a room with 2 queen size beds and was told they don’t know why but it was given to away before I arrived. They were able to give me additional Hilton points for the inconvenience. I would have preferred the room I contracted for!

Hampton inn Melbourne didn't seem quite up to par with the Hampton name. No microwave in the room, no drawers to put away your clothes, just not as fancy looking as other Hampton's I've stayed at. But the staff was great. Gollin in the breakfast room was helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for better staff!

The room was clean, but the beds were not very comfortable. We also has an air conditioning unit that made a loud, screeching noise when it was turning off. It worked for a one night stay, but would not recommend for a long stay.

We arrived at 5:45am; 14 hrs late due to a flight delay. We had a horrific experience at the Orlando Airport's rental counters due to these flight delays. Checking in to a sympathetic clerk was the shining star of our trip. Turned out our stay, overall, was fantastic. We ended up eating breakfast and going to bed when we got there since breakfast was served at 6am. All hotel staff were very nice and very friendly. Good job and thank you!

Night shift front desk personnel, Noe, was phenomenal, professional and extremely helpful. Room was clean, convenient and comfortable, except for 2 of 3 soap dispensers in tub/shower being empty. The breakfast selection and quality was NOT up to par vs. what I've come to expect from Hampton Inn.

1st stay this hotel. Checked in OK, found 3 pillows on each bed (usually other Hampton\'s have 4). After checking out found an extra charge. Called, said I took two pillows. Told them I did NOT take pillows. Said they would refund, been 5 days, not seeing refund even though the charge was applied in 1 day. Wonder if this is a local scam - or should I have complained about "only" 3 pillows per bed?

Staying just for 1night after flight from the UK, 10 mins drive and a lovely hotel to relax. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room is so clean everything feels great. Free coffee and cookies and breakfast included, will definitely do this again next year. 5 minutes drive from Publix and other stores so very convenient, also near the 192 for our journey onward to Kissimmee

We were only there for one night to be near Port Canaveral before our cruise. The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. Overall, I have no complaints. The hotel just seemed a little dated, but not bad. My kids enjoyed the breakfast and we would stay here again if we are in the area.
