No airport shuttle, called for over an hour, airport police also called repeatedly for me. I finally used a ride share and the front desk informed me that they were too busy to answer the phone. 2 attempts at a working key card. The experience was much more complicated than warranted. Never again.

For hotel, the pool was not up to same caliber. Did not approve of parking charges. Way too expensive when it is a wide-open lot. Could understand if parking garage or valet was needed, but not in this case. Also, I would think maid could have checked lights to make sure all were in working order. Had to call maintenance for remote problems, but did not find light problems until it was too late to place another call.

Overall the hotel was very nice, but the single issue of note was that the refrigerator in the room was broken, and it took three complaints to finally get a new refrigerator installed. The one in the room was broken and leaking refrigerant. Otherwise the room was very clean and comfortable and the pool and hot tub were wonderful.

Horrible! I am a Hilton Honors member and have stayed at many Hilton’s around the country. I have stayed at this Hilton several times as family lives in Melbourne. The bathroom tub and door jam were disintegrating and rusting. There was a red stain on the carpet right under the stained night stand. There was hair in the bathroom that did not come from us. The tub crunched under our feet, meaning the tub is totally rusted out. I could go on, but you get the picture. And I have pictures!

The elevators weren't clean, also once I get off the elevator I'm met with a very unpleasant scent. I also noticed, when I got to my room there was a black substance on one of the towels, the shower was dirty, and the bedding. They replaced it right away, but I don't understand why they would say that the room was ready and it wasn't.

Our regular room wasn’t ready so we were upgraded to a king suite however the upgrade didn’t seem like an upgrade as it had a king bed and sofa bed rather than the two queens we booked. Bathroom is very dated however the room worked and it was an enjoyable stay

All the employees were very kind and friendly. The hotel seemed really run down. The mattresses were too soft, tile flooring was cracked, toilet was very loud making a farting sound every time it flushed. The shower pressure was great! It was a shower with a tub. The provided shampoos, condition, body wash smelled manly and the lotion smelled expired. The ac was ok, it kept part of the room freezing. Tv only had basic channels and nick but not Disney. Loved that it had a microwave and fridge. The pillows were super soft which was awesome! The breakfast was interesting. I paid additionally for the buffet style and as expected to tip. The employee did grab us drinks and worked hard. Overall, I probably wouldn’t return because it was a little too rundown for the price, and you need to pay for parking.

One of the most expensive options in Melbourne. The room condition is terrible. The bathroom sinks were plugged and the accesories inside the bathroom were falling apart. The room carpet was old and had an unpleasant smell.

i'm not sure if this property had full capacity last week, but I found it to be very noisy and I had neighbors right on top of me and wound up disturbed by noise until 3 o'clock in the morning and found that to be a bit inconvenient as it sure didn't seem like it was fully booked, and I don't understand why people are placed right on top of each other when there's an opportunity to displace people so that there's an opportunity for a room in between and you're not hearing every single thing the other person is doing I would not personally given that a ridiculously inappropriate staff interaction. If you don't like your job, go find one that suits your personality! The reviews definitely reflect the truth in what people have already provided on various platforms. Very strange! I dare say, as a Hilton honors member I've never had to argue for Water. I was told the water was free in the room, but yet there's a two dollar price tag on it. if it's free, why would you put that on there? Do you not understand the message or is that not the message! Ridiculous! Definitely very strange the inappropriate, unfriendly and standoffish behavior of the staff interactions this past week. A bit offputting I would definitely not repeat

The rooms of the hotel are very comfortable and spacy. The parking area is great. The view of rockets being launched from Nasa is a great plus. What I found really disappoint was the bathroom and toilet of the room. First of all, taking a shower in a tub is uncomfortable. But the system to control water flow and temperature of the water for the shower is simply dysfunctional. The toilet also doesn´t work properly requring many flushes to clean up.

Room was not even close to a 350 room A night, poor finish work, cracks all over , grout missing from tiles and tables weren’t clean, nasty balcony with view of nasty roof , room 247 , not well maintained as far as the paint calk and furniture is run down, this is the worst looking room I stayed in for this kind of money. Last time I stayed here the room they gave us was much better, nicer and finished.

Normally, I don’t post reviews if I can’t give the highest score possible. Check in was great. Employee was helpful, informative, and professional. Room was close to the elevator and a strange banging noise would wake me up in the middle of the night from time to time. That wasn’t even the worst part! I check my cc charges and noticed that I had a $25 charge that I didn’t recognize. When I went to the front desk to check out the next morning, I informed the employee about the charge. She looked in the computer, told me that it appeared that someone had charged their breakfast to my room (mind you, I was alone and had already ordered and paid for breakfast with the physical cc the same day), asked me if I’m sure I didn’t make the charge myself with the tone of accusation, and then told me that she would reverse the charge! She was a tad offensive but I told her thank you and have a great day; which she did not respond to. On my way to my car, I was thinking to myself…does this woman really think that I made that charge? In closing, I think that they should come up with a better system for room charging, such as showing some form of identification or a key card. Anyone could very well charge an expensive meal to your room. The check out lady was a little off putting, but that charge was more troubling!

The staff at this hotel are very attentive and offer great hospitality. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and our food arrived exactly as we ordered it and prepared perfectly. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. During breakfast the Executive Chef came out to make sure our food was prepared to our taste. Can’t say enough good things about the staff at this property.

Air conditioning did not work properly through the night so we did not get to sleep. It said it was 68 but it was not blowing cold. Told the front desk the morning of checkout, and they giggled and said oh that’s funny the last guest checking out said their room was too cold. Respectfully, we don’t really care. We were uncomfortable. We weren’t cold. You shouldn’t say that to a guest but instead say you’ll take care of it so the next guest doesn’t have to be hot all night. Other than that, Tony and Rachel are fantastic. Thank you.

We checked in and dropped things off in our room. We then went back to the car and across the street to the store. In the 20 minutes we were gone. A housekeeper came into our room and stripped our beds. The housekeeper also took my wife’s purse from our room. I went into the hallway to locate the housekeeper and when I found their cart, my wife’s purse was in the cart covered by linens. This is extremely unprofessional and downright unacceptable. You should immediately contact the front desk when you enter a room and there are belongings there. Why would you take the purse? I assume this person was going to steal. When my wife called down to the front desk no one had been contacted saying a purse was left in the room. What a good way to scare off customers. Management was apologetic and offered free breakfast vouchers. Free breakfast vouchers are the price of a heart attack? No thank you. Will not be giving Hilton any further business.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, property is beautiful, housekeeping is on demand which was nice to not get woken up each morning. When we did ask on our way out for the day we came back to a clean room. We pulled a motorcycle trailer down and was able to park it there the whole week without any issues. Bar and restaurant was convenient and a lot to do in the area. Highly recommend.

Hotel is in a convenient location for me with spacious rooms and large lobby with bar & restaurant. Staff was wonderful, and honored my Hilton membership, including looking up my preferences and getting just the type of room I like, even though I booked through Expedia. Other hotel chains I stay at don’t always. Everything was very clean. That said, being one of the older brand hotels in the area, it is showing it’s age here and there, but not enough to put me off. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice, modern looking. Needs non skid surface in bathtub/ shower, and exit handrail. Would be nice if breakfast was included in the price. Ice cream bar was $7.00. Very convenient location and shuttle.

Very nice stay, breakfast was amazing definitely worth waking up in time to grab, staff was very nice and affable, there are some chips and paint that need to be fixed on room furniture and on balcony walls, parking is also at a high price per day and the area is not walkable so expect to spend $50+ dollars on parking if you’re staying four days or more but besides that great

Everything is very old. Toilet sink was cracked. They charge you $18 for a nasty cold breakfast. My room came with breakfast and they still charge me for that although they returned that when I called them but it was still inconvenient.

The facility is showing signs of age an other corporate short coming - examples of facility issues include no exhaust vent in rooms bathroom- dirty grout, older interior- worn rugs etc short staffed at bar (one person) short staffed at restaurant- one person with occasional help from kitchen staff

Bath tub walls needed some more cleaning. Starbucks staff was grumpy and quite rude, clearly didn't want to be there. Lizzie I think... not a great start to my busy work day. Bar staff was awesome though, would still stay again

The bar inside the hotel was stocked with limited beer. The manager had to be onsite to get the beer for the bartender and so at one point they ran out of the brand of beer that i was drinking. Not the best way to run the business
