the room smelt like the motorlodge inn after a pack of cigarettes were boxed in it. there was no vent in the bathroom which is illegal in a hotel especially because it causes black mold

The facility overall was a good place to stay. I did notify the hotel staff that the back door from the stairwell was not shutting all the way leaving it an easy way to get into the hotel without a keyboard. I was there for 5 nights and this was never fixed. The property is shared with a Days Inn. This was not mentioned on the website and they shared the pool. The Days Inn was definitely not the same quality stay, price, or clientelle as the Comfort Inn. This was a little unsettling and unexpected when I arrived with just my kids on a Friday night. Overall the staff was very helpful and kind. My room was very clean and comfortable.
