It appeared to me that this motel was very old. Door on side of building was supposed to be locked at all times. Access for the door was with a key lock. The door was never locked. Inside that same door was an entry way that had three buckets to catch water. They remained there for all four days that I was there and it never rained. Lastly, housekeeping came in the room on only the last day of our stay and for some reason only freshened up one of the two beds. They left the door ajar with all of our belongings in the room. Ugh. Nothing was taken but I was definitely not happy about it

Easy from the airport, with plenty of parking. 5min walk to a lovely marina with some bars and restaurants. Felt safe walking in the evening. The room was clean and cool, with microwave, fridge and coffee. Reception staff helpful and the breakfast had lots of options.

This Super 8 entrance doors had a sign that stated DOOR LOCKED 24 HOURS - PLEASE USE YOUR ROOM KEY TO ENTER. These doors were not locked. They were always unlocked. As a woman traveling alone this made me feel uncomfortable.

For an inexpensive motel, it's great. The staff was fantastic, all of them. The room was big and clean and had a fridge and microwave. I spent three nights there and it was just right. The only major downside is that there is no pool or yard so if you want to lounge outside, you have to go somewhere else. I love to walk so that was fine by me but those who don't or can't might be a little bummed. The property is the motel and the parking lot and that's it. Aside from that, it was a nice stay. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

Three words… clean, clean, clean! Staff working all the time. In the parking lot picking up garbage, vacuuming hallways, etc. Room was immaculate. Very happy with my stay. Only issue I had was check-in time. Took 40 minutes to check-in 3 guests. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Back of bathroom door was covered in hair. Room had an enormous dehumidifier in it - I didn't ask if there was a mold problem or if that was just a Florida problem. There were people hanging out in the tiny parking lot at all hours of the day and night. Staff is nice, the place is in a great location, and there was a surprising amount of breakfast options considering the tiny space they have to set it up. tl;dr You get what you paid for.

The room.appesred clean but it smelled like bad BO. The smell never went away. We had to buy candles, fabreeze, and small spacees air freshner to tolerate the smell. The tv had static vertical lines running through it. Even with the volume turned up to the max on tv with AC on you could barley hear it.

Kim, assistant manager, was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lovely big room and clean. Only issue was no fan in bathroom and the hallway smelled very damp and like urine. Dehumidifiers were in the hallway and seemed to be making some difference. Good breakfast and good location to a nice part of town.

A fine place to stay. The price was much more affordable than surrounding motels. Very clean and well kept property. We never stay at places where pets are permitted, as we've experienced too many beds (and pillows!) that stunk like wet dogs at other locations. Super 8, not permitting pets, is a great choice for us. Only one slight issue was the a/c system plus the de-humidifier running was quite loud in the room. My wife and I will definitely be staying there again.

Great value…even had a peek a boo view of the intracoastal from our window. Bed was super comfy…room recently updated…walking distance to downtown Melbourne with a less than 5 minute drive to the beach. Morning coffee at the grab and go breakfast along with bagels and breakfast sandwiches we’re good too.

The facility was clean, the rooms quiet and very clean. Expedia messed up my reservations and Jenny at the front desk helped us get it worked out. There was no stay , they place a $250 hold on your card . I could not do that and they wouldn’t refund me . They told me that hotels.com had to refund me and hotels.com told me that the property would not approve my refund. The staff were rude and you could tell that they did not like their jobs .

Older hotel but clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed a week as wife was in hospital close by. Manager inquired about my wife’s condition and offered any help I needed with my stay. Will use again if I’m ever down here for tourist attractions

Room was terrible. Lady at the front desk was beyond rude and unhelpful. I was there on business I rented 3 rooms, it was spring break I understand it was expensive $180 per night. So I asked the lady to give me a break on the $150 per room deposit. She was so rude about it I was shocked. Reguardless it cost me $1000 for one night 3 rooms for a roach motel.

We were there to memorialize my late husband's passing. We went back to our room after dinner, sat in the chairs and were talking about him and the good times. No TV on. No radio. Just a conversation. It was about midnight. The hotel staff knocked on the door and told us we were loud and a neighbor complained. We said we'd try to speak lower. Then the police knocked on the door and told us we had to leave due to a noise disturbance. For talking in our room? This place is ridiculous. Our of line. Uncalled for. They kicked us out, 2 women, at 12 at night and charged us an extra $250...all for speaking in our room.

Jenny at front desk was wonderful. It was my daughter’s graduation n she greeted us like family. This hotel experience has been the best. I like nothing about this property , the manager at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional and he needs to be removed ASAP from dealing with the public , the rules were atrocious and impossible, like I’ve never heard of before. Frozen breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee and juice. Train is fairly close and is loud going by every couple hours. Very close to the beach and downtown restaurants. Overall a good economical stay and would stay again.

Stopped off here on our way to Kennedy. Great little place, staff were so friendly and helpful, the lady on reception was super kind.room was clean, spacious and had all we needed. Really enjoyed breakfast. Thank you.
