They only have a few handicap parking spaces in the front and the parking lot was fairly full during our stay. Too many diamond elite and electric charger spots right up front. The rooms are set up very nice.

Loved that they provided a full breakfast and 3 nights of a snack/dinner. Free use of washer and dryer’s 24hrs a day. Great pool and hot tub. The room was full equipped with everything that was needed for cooking. Availability to a grill and loved that I had an ice machine in my room. Definitely would stay at this hotel again

I stayed over the course of two weeks, and the front desk was so helpful each time I had to re-book to extend. The front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Nice room, quiet and clean. Comfy bed, nice sheets and 4 hove pillows on each bed with varying softnesses. Great water pressure in the shower. Used the laundry (free) which was so convenient. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Fresh fruit, and 3 different types of hot coffees! It truly felt like a home away from home.

Great casual area in the back. Perfect for playing ball with my lab. Also outdoor seating with pergola, fireplace, grills, and fountain with a pond. Staff was super friendly and very attentive. Room with 2 bedrooms was perfect for my daughter and her boyfriend to travel with us!

The manager that was on staff was very dismissive . I had made request prior to booking and they were not honored . The manager stated that this was because I booked through a 3 rd party . There was a lot going on in the halls, the pool was closed,the elevator barely worked . This stay was a disgrace to the Hilton name . I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. There was one staff that went above and beyond to rectify the situation even when the manager wouldn’t.

Older establishment with some recent updates. When we arrived the first thing we noticed was some kind of construction outside although not noisy. There was a small area in back closed off due to construction as well. The room offered 2 full size beds with pullout couch- when my son asked for additional comforter for couch they said they could not provide or offer alternative. I did ask for a blanket and they at least provided that. Breakfast provided and snacks in evening. Small buffet area for the size of the hotel. Mostly same items every morning, fruit was mostly canned and not fresh which was a bummer. The room we stayed in had a mini fridge with an ice maker and a small kitchenette- which was a plus for our long stay. It also had a gym which I used daily but was small and in the same room as the laundry room- which was a bit messy sometimes.

The hotel is getting a touch dated but overall was a good choice. The pool hours end at 10 PM (too early). The beds are listed as “double” but seem small even for a double. The suites are nice and very well equipped. The staff was alright but not very communicative.

Only reason to choose this hotel was for the Tesla destination charger, and without any signage it charged me over $20 for less than 100 miles of range. Used to be free, now there’s zero reason to use this hotel compared to the ones next to it.

I normally stay there when I visit Bloomington. There are cheaper places but I like this one. This time, the room smelled of stale smoke and both windows in the room were covered in plastic. We were not able to see outside. The ice machine was not working.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with our 2 kids. I loved that it had 2 full bathrooms and our kids had their own bedroom and own tv. The little kitchen was also very nice to have and that it had dishes and sliver-ware we could use. Overall the room itself was very clean and enjoyable. Almost like a little apartment The pool area was modest but nice and appeared to be very clean. My only negative there is i feel the hottub could have been a little hotter, keep in mind I'm someone who js always cold though. The staff i interacted with were all very nice and friendly. The layout of the hotel sucks. Its very much like a maze trying to get to our room or down to the pool. Taking up luggage to our room was also on the more difficult side. Breakfast was not what i was expecting. There was soooo many fruit flies around the food and in the dining area. Also the fire alarm went off, i guess for no reason. No one ever said why. It was really upsetting to my kids who are special needs and hate loud noises. Also after that the elevators were not in use, needed to be reset after the fire alarm. So we had to take the stairs up to our room and back down with our luggage. All in all i enjoyed the room and the pool area.

We've stayed at other Staybridge Suites and that's why we picked this one for our MN trip. We were slightly disappointed that the entire 2nd floor reeked of cigarette smoke and even our room considering it was supposed to be a smoke free hotel. But other then that, it's a great place to stay. When I informed the staff, they did try to air it out and spray it down to eliminate that odor.

I normally LOVE staybridge, especially this location i love to stay at. Sadly I was very disappointed with this stay. I'm not sure i would stay at this location again being how un clean and un helpful the stay and staff was. There was hair in our bathroom all along the outside of the tub, as well as in both beds. When I called politely asking for more sheets, we were told to come down to the front desk and get them. Then given just new sets of sheets, I had to go back and ask for the pillow cases. She gave me five folded ones and three unfolded ones. She said she was checking the size, and firmness is why she unfolded them. They were all king size, and 1 out of the 8 were firm, not soft. The unfolded ones appeared just as dirty and smelled as the ones on the bed originally. We also made our beds ourselves. Which I have absolutely no problem doing! As I was a housekeep myself and enjoy making my bed at home. But for the desk lady not even to offer, I found very unhelpful, and the condition of the old and new sheets to be very poor. This stay was a very disappointing birthday get away. Honestly if the desk lady would have been more helpful and kind about everything, i would have felt better about returning. Id also like to note, there are tacky signs, paper signs tapped on all the walls saying what guests should and should not do. Its common sence to someone paying good money to take care of and respect the hotel. Just felt like being in a dirty jail this stay.

Room was extremely dirty. Hair on all towels. Hair in showers. Tried to switch my room to 3 other rooms all were dirty with hair in shower or mold in shower. Rooms tried to switch me too stunk really bad. The morning receptionist was very rude and did not care about my night experience. I had to go to Walmart and buy my own towels. They said because housekeeping left I would have to clean my own shower if I didn’t like the rooms they offered which was worst. If only I could upload videos of how nasty those rooms were

Pleased with the suite, king room, sofa bed, kitchen nice with full size refrigerator and ice maker, dishwasher, 2 burner cooktop, counter for eating, dishes and cutlery. (Much better than some other “suites”we have stayed in), though to access to the bathroom you had to go through the bedroom. (That is my only complaint - we had 3 adults staying in suite), pool, jacuzzi nice for grandkids visiting. Breakfast better than most.

We ordered a room with 2 queen size beds. Upon arrival we found the beds to be just slightly bigger than twin beds. There was no possible way to sleep 2 adults comfortably. Other than the bed situation, everything about the hotel was great!

The main door to the room had a massive gap on the bottom and lower side. You could literally see the carpet outside. Aside from being a bit scary, it also let in a lot of hallway noise. We were next to the elevator, so we kept getting woken up. The breakfast was nice with plenty of hot options and waffle maker. Would stay again of given a room at the end of a hall. The kitchenette is nice and the bathrooms are modern.

We love Staybridge. The rooms and comfort are great - new, modern, pleasant decor, comfortable bed. TV great but doesn't have Netflix option. Shower great but I miss the days when hotels had tubs (not accessible type). We usually stay for nearly a week so having the separate bedroom option is appreciated. Love having the kitchen peninsula. Dining area is a little garishly bright. But overall, well done!

The room was a decent size with a large sofa. The problem was the thermostat in the room was purely decorative as it didn’t matter how low I set it the room stayed a constant warm temperature. The hot tub was great but the pool was cold. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. There is also a lot of road construction in the area and Waze sent me into a few road closures.

Nice rooms. Biggest drawback is no place to put luggage but the floor. If bedroom TV was wall-mounted, then the top of dresser would be more usable or they could offer luggage racks.

First this hotel need to be up front. They state that your card is "authorized" for your stay. An authorization is a dollar to make sure funds are in the account. This place CHARGES your card the entire amount of your stay. So if you decide to pay for your stay with cash or another card, the card that was "authorized" won't clear up to ten business days. I get that there are dishonest people out there but being charged in full on day 1 is not ok. I was also PREcharged over $300 of the quoted price but the desk clerk doesn't know how that happened. The room and amenities are nice. I like how there are dishes provided in the room. I really wanted to bbq, i just ran out of time. Breakfast in the morning was nice however the breakfast attendees need to learn how to talk to guest. My son was snapped at because he used a waffle maker that was out of service and now she has to clean it. My son was devastated

Initial check was fine. My room was “ready” at check in. We switched rooms to be on the same floor as the rest of my family. The room we got was full of ants. We complained and they stated they would send a maintenance man to our room after an hour he never came. We went back to the front desk and they gave us a new room about an hour and a half later.

When we stay here we have always had good luck. When we checked in our first room had a really bad odor of pot and we were moved immediately to another room with no issues. We greatly appreciated it.

Absolutely love this hotel. We get the two bedroom suite when traveling with grandparents and the configuration is perfect. Spacious rooms, living area, kitchen, and bathrooms. Excellent hot breakfast. Free parking. Kid friendly! It’s easy to find, conveniently located just off interstate and close to bigger attractions. Staff is very friendly!

We stayed a week and enjoyed our stay. The room was good and had no issues The pool, hot tub andc ree laundry were nice. The breakfast was very good and had a nice selection. The only exception to our stay were some staff at breakfast and social hour. They were not friendlly and seemed not engaged. It really shows that they don't enjoy their job which unfortunately reflects poorly on the hotel.
