Parking was easy and secure. Breakfast was very limited, even for continental. Waffle cups missing so unable to measure correct amount. Two different cereals in one tube. Three adults provided only two bath towels, one washcloth and one hand towel. Hotel is out dated. No towels at the pool. Only one washer and dryer in laundry area with no where to sit and wait. Shower bar falling out of ceiling. Entire bathroom gets wet when taking a shower. Difficult to interact with staff due to language differences.

Had to wait 5 minutes for front desk attendant to come to the desk. Elevator put of service for the room on the 3rd floor. Toilet won't stop running so water was turned off. Area not very nice.

you are not on top of this property. Period.. 25 years of hotel experience. Observations. Sink stop does not work. Chair in room seat worn out with a tear, Ceiling Fan in Bathroom mold and dry wall exposed Bath Tub brown rust stain. Omelet severing pan had broken handle and of course your elevator was not working which of course can happen if you were on top of the property Rather disappointed and notup to La Quinta brand standards. I bet the property is for sale

The elevator was out when i arrived. had been for a week. No one called to mention it at all. They eventually gave me a room on a lower floor and a little discount.

Location was good. Lobby check in good. I stayed 3 nights total and not one day was the room cleaned. The toilet was loose so was the shower handle. The hot water was great but practically no cold water. Breakfast offered but so many people that you could eat there because no food allowed to be removed from the area. 3 stars for location 1 stars for cleaning services and 3 stars for lobby staff.

I booked this hotel after reviewing several hotels and this hotel was the closest to our event. I was set back when I walked in the room with a overwhelming musty odor. As i was inspecting mattress between the wall and the mattress there was a large amount of dust and long black hair. The front dest offered to give us a different room. Unfortunately, the room was in identical condition as the first one. My husband went down and talked to the manager and canceled the reservation. Hopefully Expedia will make this right and refund my 2 night reservation on this disgusting hotel.

The property manager was very rude, the front desk person was getting an attitude and didn’t want to help got to the hotel 5 minutes before checkin and my room wasn’t ready had to wait for 30+ minutes for a room the place had roaches no towels, ruin my vacation with my children just the worse experience I’ve ever had at a hotel I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place is not somewhere I’d return to. If I had a a “unfavorite list” it would make its way there. The room when we entered felt humid, the carpet felt damp, and it looked run down. You could see cracks in the corner of walls and the ceiling. For some reason, the water turned to the hot side would come out BOILING hot. The breakfast? Limited and bland. They didn’t even bother making the scrambled eggs look scrambled. They most likely plopped it straight from the bag onto the heating thing😂. Won’t be booking here again.

Room felt damp and had a musky/mildew or mold smell to it. Neither the TV, nor fridge, were working. I was celebrating a birthday until 2am. So, I wasn’t going to bother anyone about it. If I had a significant other or kids with me, it would have been a bigger issue. Bed looked fresh and clean. I only needed a few hours of sleep…

What I didn't like was the staff lack of organization. I travel alone most of the time and being a woman it's important to me to feel and be safe. The staff at La Quinta Inn double booked my room and at 12:00 a.m. i had a stranger (a man) enter my room not once but twice. Needless to say i didn't sleep the rest of the night. The manager did agree to refund my stay. Waiting to see that come through. In addition the noise level was over whelming. Control of the building and it's tenants are a must. Other than that the building was clean and the room was clean.

The hotel is located 4.5 hours distance from Orlando. "unexpected". It is not easy to locate the building on arrival, especially at night due to lack of signs. The hotel is unwilling to accomodate me with a late check out, after arriving late at night. The night manager was quite rude and unaccommodating. The clerk seemed nice but had to do the bidding of the night manager. Guest were arguing in the halls. The sheets were and towels were not clean as expected. The towels had a bad odor and the sheets looked dingy with visible stains. I did not eat the breakfast because I was exhausted from the drive and slept close to normal check out time.

The property was close to the expressway, which made it easily accessible. It was very quiet, the pool was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and polite. The free breakfast was a definite plus!! I would definitely stay there in the future.

It is a good value for the price of the room, specially during spring break when everything was so expensive in Naples. It is far away from the beach but I stayed for work so it did not bother me. The room is outdated but clean, the staff is polite. The breakfast was mediocre though, I had stayed in this hotel earlier and it was a little bit better. Anyways, I will be back every time Naples hotels are too expensive
