Everything was perfect. The room was so beautiful. The pool was nice and hot tub. Loved the cookies they give at front desk. Beds were very comfortable. The tvs each had games option, which was cool when we were just hanging out in room. Staff was 100% amazing. Will be back.

We had a clean comfortable room. That's mostly what I'm looking for. The pool area is nice, and the water was warm! I didn't eat at the hotel, but the restaurant/bar area looked nice. There were always a few people in there in the evening it seemed. Maid service was first rate. A few days earlier I was at The Paris in Las Vegas where it was spotty, so that was refreshing. It's also a good location, and only 30 minutes from RSW.

We chose this hotel as our ‘half-way’ stop off point down to the Florida Keys; hoping it would serve as a great location to relax for a couple of days. We are so glad we did as our stay was perfect! It’s the first Hilton we have stayed at that has ever acknowledged/ recognised our silver status the year we have had it. Not that you get any benefit from it but that acknowledgement and thank you can go along way. Great check-in with the usual warm offering of the doubletree cookies and lots of helpful info given about the local area and best beaches to watch sunset from. On that the location was great within 20min drive from all the local things to see and do and even closer to the 41 for when we needed to get back on the road. The suite rooms were lovely. They had a high-end carribean resort feel to them with all the amenities you could need. It’s not a massive hotel with only 2 floors and so it adds to the very welcoming and friendly vibe but the rooms felt very spacious and we appreciated the separate living area with sofa bed for our daughter. The rooms were very well furnished and equipped. The pool area was also nice. Wasn’t big but wasn’t too small either, especially at the times we visited when we were the only ones using it. Fantastic hot spa pool too with good jets. Parking was included here which is becoming rare at hotels it seems these days but definitely another positive consideration for staying here. Highly recommend this hotel.

We reserved this property because if its location to the beach, restaurants and highway, and was not disappointed. But one of the main reasons was that it had a jacuzzi on the pool deck. I love the jacuzzi to relax and soak after a day at the beach, but was extremely disappointed in the temperature of the water the first day....it was luke warm. The second day, we got back from the beach, and more disappointment 😞...there was an "out of order" sign in front of it. I was extremely disappointed, as what would\'ve been a great stay, became an okay stay. Wanted to return, but wouldn\'t want this again.

Over several nights, I experienced multiple bites while sleeping — and on the last night, my son also woke up with bites. He later told me he saw dead bugs in the bed before sleeping. I also discovered a pest monitoring device under the bed, which suggests this was a known issue. When I raised my concerns to hotel staff, I was dismissed and blamed, and despite speaking with the manager, I was told I would not receive a refund because I didn’t have “evidence.” I have photos and documented the entire interaction, and I’m extremely disappointed in how this was handled. Rooms on the first floor, near the staff rooms are very noisy (door slamming and staff conversations in front of your door are common)...prepare to be awake around 6:30am everyday. Management did tried to resolve this issue, but the staff did not complied.

The room is nicely renovated. I had a king bed suite and the room was very nice. There is a separate bed room, a living room, a small kitchen area with a small refrigerator, coffee maker and sink. There is also a desk. There is a fitness center and a restaurant. The hotel is located near plenty of restaurants and stores.

We REALLY enjoyed our time this weekend in Naples. The hotel was PERFECT. The location, the room, the pool. Carson at the front desk was INCREDIBLE. Please see to it that she gets our high praise. She gave us spectacular recommendations for places to eat, shop, and play. If we come back to Naples, we would stay here again.

First time staying at this location and I can definitely say that I will return. Top notch service, always greeted with a smile anytime we crossed paths with a doubletree associate. They went above and beyond with our last minute requests of early check in and late check out. We accidentally left some things behind when checking out and they were on the phone with us within 15 mins from the time we left to let us know. Prior to staying I did read some bad reviews but I can honestly say that we did not see any of those issues. Great job doubletree and kudos to your entire team. See you all again soon!!

- super hotel for drive though - you need a car for the beach - rooms are really big and nice and clean - pool is nice but it has 39C - good parking - breakfest is so so but expensive (70$ / four people)

Loved the staff and hotel. The rooms were clean and well laid out. Thr staff was courteous and friendly. Upon arrival we were given two warm chocolate chip cookies. The food at the hotel was expensive though. I would definitely stay there again.
