We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and most things were as expected. However, I have to mention a few issues that affected our stay. The carpet in our room was filthy; my daughter's and my son's socks turned dark just from walking around inside, which was disappointing. There was also a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the room despite it being non-smoking. Everything was fine during the week, but once the weekend arrived, things changed. On Friday night and all day Saturday, the pool was extremely crowded; definitely far more than the 20 people the posted pool rules allow. The water became very cloudy, which made it feel unclean and unsafe. Additionally, there was a strong smell of alcohol in both the elevator and the hotel hallways that was almost unbearable during that time. Overall, it was okay for a short stay, but I don't think I would return unless some of these issues are addressed; definitely not a family-friendly hotel on weekends.

I liked the cleanliness and the nice staff. The free breakfast is always a great perk. I like the hotel because it is small and cozy with only 3 floors. The pool area is pretty and has free cabanas for 2 which are very nice. It is more for adults because the pool is deep in the area at the end of the entrance stairs. Also, on the particular afternoon we were there, there was a group of men drinking, smoking, and playing music and we did not like that. Probably, that was a one-time situation and it’s not usually the case. I have two suggestions: have someone supervise the pool area routinely and in summer, have cold water maybe with lemon slices available for guests in the area where coffee is kept. That would be a nice touch. I went looking for cold water and there wasn’t anything but hot liquids available. Overall, for the price, it is a nice and clean place to stay with comfortable rooms and kitchens.

Sketchy neighborhood. The hot tub was empty, gym equipment old and gym small, the front desk person was HORRIBLE and would just hang out at the hotel when hes clearly not working and fraternizing with the kitchen staff and eating breakfast for free!

Main entrance pavers are very dirty,most likely haven't got a pressure wash a long time ago. Cigarettes butts on the ground near main entrance. Inside rug on the way to rooms needs a shampoo clean. No ice machine available. Rooms with outdated furniture, but great room service. Front counter personnel was great.

The property is in need of gardening and minor repairs. Appears to be a very old hotel. They are doing a wonderful job at keeping the inside clean. Probably need to do some small handyman 'detail repairs'. Elevator skipped a cog once when we were in it. Overall experience was very good. Staff was wonderful.

Check in was welcoming, easy and was allowed in early. The major inconvenience was when I returned the only elevator in the building was not working and there was no one at the front desk. I was in a wheelchair and had to have my companions lift the chair up two flights of stairs along with my baggage. I struggled to walk up the two flights of stairs as well. It would be nice to have a refund of some sort for the major inconvenience. Thank you.

I visit Naples often for business. This is my first time in this hotel and I will be back every future trip. It’s located 2’ to I-75, which is a big plus since I commute a lot to Fort Myers and Sarasota. They have two car electric chargers for free, which is great for me since I have a Tesla. The room is very comfortable and spacious, I used the fridge to keep my dinner leftover and the microwave to warm it up the following night. Breakfast is fair, not super luxurious but enough for me to start my business day. The gym has one Peloton bike, which I love. And the best: all this for a super reasonable price ( even in December when Naples is very expensive).

We stayed only one night, but the service was excellent. The hotel was clean, offered a good breakfast, and the common areas were spotless. We were welcomed at front desk by Justin, who was very friendly. i 100% recommend it and we'll definitely be back soon.

We liked that our room had a good size refrigerator, dishwasher and small stove top to cook basic meals. The room itself needed quite a bit of renovation: peeling paint on the walls, old ripped carpeting. Water pressure in the shower was bad. A lot of hair on the bathroom floor.

While the property appears very nice there is no privacy in adjoining rooms. We could hear everything that was going on in the room next to and above us. The air conditioning sounds like a jet engine that never stops and blows directly on your head all night long. Terrible nights stay and we checked out 2 nights early due to the lack of sleep. Front desk seemed well aware of the noise, and our concerns were also echoed by another disgruntled guest we spoke with in the hallway. Very disappointed.

They need to update their beds & furniture. Bed was terrible the pillows even worse. The sofa was so soft you sunk into it . Otherwise the place was clean, staff very friendly & area felt safe & convenient

I booked this hotel because of it's high ratings. The carpeting in the hallways was stained, rooms had holes in drywall that were patched and painted, but not very well. Fridge was dented in several spots. Bathroom could have been cleaner. The A/C buzzed loudly and was a nuisance and there was a loud argument in the parking lot that was ready to break out in a brawl. I had to call the front desk and report it. Not the equal to the high ratings. It's an old property. On a positive note, the staff was very polite and professional, as was the repair man who came to fix the buzzing in the A/C. Unfortunately, it started after midnight so we didn't get much sleep the first night. It was repaired the next day.

Unfortunately charged my credit card full amount for room despite notifying them I already paid through Expedia. Still working on getting corrected- which is a big waste of time. Carpet dirty and stained- room needs an overhaul. I stayed at same location 4 years ago and it was fantastic. Sadly I will not plan to stay again unless they make some drastic changes.

Everything was fine and perfect till the sales lady name crystal ruined my day and trip this lady direspected me in horrible ways she screamed at me all because my card was locked and the transaction of payment didn’t go thru till I called the bank and I unlocked my card I don’t understand how this lady works there !

Floor had an awful strong smell of food on second floor from rooms 213 to 200. Checking in was great, the 2 ladies there were great. When checking out, there was a sign that said attendant will be back in five. Well 5 mi s became way more and couldn't wait, had to leave for work. Saw her outside smoking and on cell. Not here to fire anyone, maybe it was her break but people were waiting.

Sadly the front desk enployee used my card to bill me for 2 additional nights, despite having a prepaid reservation. I was told it was for incidentals, only to see 3 holds the next day. One went through and I had to call to get the charge reversed. They admitted it was a mistake, so I suggest you make sure this does not happen to you.

Great clean property. Need a room to visit family a few miles away, this was a good location. High end restaurants and strip mall shopping / retails shops within a short drive distance. Nice breakfast with coffee and juices. The kids loved the waffle machine!

The pool and hot tub are very nice. The breakfast is not like it use to be---very little to choose from. No fresh fruit except banana and orange. Staff is very nice! No Happy Hour drinks and snacks on Mon, Tue and Wed 5-7:00 pm as advertised Cost of room was twice the amount I was promised.
