Nice rooms and really enjoyed the breakfast. Shuttle service was very useful. Not a lot of amenities. Pool wasn’t overly inviting and gym was cramped. Very pleasant stay but expecting more as highly publicized as one of the top hotels in Florida and #1 in Naples.

Property was nice and offers shuttle to Vanderbilt Beach. Staff was very courteous. Pool was closed during my stay, not sure why. Naples is a favorite vacation spot for me and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent complimentary breakfast. Nice hot tub, pool and fire pit. Great location, walkable to shopping and restaurants. Quick and convenient beach shuttle every hour with beach chairs and umbrella upon request. The only thing that I would’ve liked was on property food and beverage options during the day. Even just a snack shop with a few options including alcoholic beverages for by the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Spent a wonderful week at this property. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Pool and grounds are very nice. No restaurant but had a fantastic breakfast buffet included. One mile to Vanderbilt beach, with free shuttle service. Great location! Lots of dining and shopping nearby. Staff were exceptional!

Great little hotel near the beach, shopping and restaurants. Free shuttle service with chairs and umbrellas for the beach which is 1 mile away. Also bikes are available for use. Plenty of walking and bike paths nearby. Breakfast was good and the staff was great. Especially Michael and Keran(sp?) the valet guys were so nice and helpful! Would definitely stay here again

Excellent location for a easy getaway close to the beach, but not on the beach. Hotel, Room and community areas are very, very CLEAN. The Pool is litter small. Hitel offer Breakfast included,very good, but is no good for a Person with Diabetic, everything was Sweet.

Rooms need updating. Our bathroom door was so warped, it would not shut properly. The tile in bathroom is unpleasant to look at, with its stains, dirty grout etc. Breakfast remains good, the lobby is very welcoming. The pool needs umbrella’s around chaise lounges, not just tables.

Amazing service, the lady that helped with the breakfast is so kind, and lovely, definitely at asset to this place. The front desk staff and most of the staff was very nice and pleasant. The rooms and hotel looked very clean and comfortable. There was a little bit of noise but manageable. We loved it and would def stay again.

Excellent hotel but No city view and balcony Our flight was canceled and we were delayed by over 15 hours. We arrived to the hotel at about midnight. At that time, we did not let the concierge know that there was no balcony or city view as we were very late.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean. I felt like during check in the front desk staff was not friendly. All over employees were super nice. The bus driver to the beach was AMAZING! The pool was nice, room was HUGE! View from room was great! Breakfast was super nice and yummy. Everything was super nice. I just didn’t feel very welcomed when I arrived by the 2 ladies at the front desk. They seemed very cold and not welcoming. I don’t know if it’s cause me and my boyfriend were younger and the normal crowd there is like 60s+. But it just felt like the two of them were very judgy. Then when we returned the towels after our beach day they barely spoke to us. The two of them are just not what I would want at the front desk while checking in. Other than that everyone else was super friendly.

This hotel is reasonably nice with very kind and helpful staff. The beds (doubles) are small and somewhat uncomfortable and some things seem dated. For the price/star rating, I expected a higher quality continental breakfast. The fruit on the buffet is not super fresh and the donuts were bad, too. A lot of things felt prepped ahead and stored rather than fresh daily. An onsite bar with consistent hours and better food options for breakfast would be improvements. I’m not terribly picky so overall I had a good stay, but it was clear the hotel caters to older people and doesn’t really understand what it would take to make the guest experience truly 4 stars.

Service at the Inn at Pelican Bay was incredible. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing - omelettes, yogurt, berries, oatmeal, OJ, coffee, donuts and muffins! 10/10. Will certainly head back for the service, value, and location!

The Inn at Pelican Bay is our favorite hotel in the Naples area! All of the staff are so professional, extremely nice, and very accommodating! The hotel and grounds are immaculate and gorgeous! This hotel is a hidden gem. Beautifully done, great breakfast included. Good location as it is walking distance (although having to cross US 41) from the Mercato. Shuttle can also be utilized. I would highly n recommend staying here. You will love it!

I enjoyed my stay here. It's an older property in the Naples area but an overall great experience. From the staff, to the breakfast to the rooms, not much I can say negative about this hotel. It's an older crowd for the most part, whether that's good or bad is up to you. Being just down the road from the beach (with a nice shuttle) is a plus. I'd definitely stay here again.

Boutique hotel with wonderful staff. This was our third visit. Usually love the breakfast that is part of the rate. Disappointed that the omelet bar wasn’t available this visit😞. For those of us challenged with getting protein for breakfast this was a challenge. But we still loved our stay!
