AC Hotel by Marriott St Julian's

Nice hotel, great rooftop. Clean rooms, decent sized. Free parking was helpful. Easy Bolt/uber pick ups too.

Staff couldn't do enough for you throughout the stay - they were utterly fantastic. The rooms were gorgeous, very modern and tastefully decorated. The beds were SO comfy - we slept amazingly well. The pool is a lovely bonus and so too was having towels provided for us. The bar does an amazing happy hour offer on cocktails from 5-8pm so we took advantage of this and sat out on the rooftop every evening - absolutely bliss. Location is central, everything is within walking distance, taxi's easily found the hotel for day trips. Literally couldn't pick a single fault with this hotel at all.

We stayed here for 4 nights, our first visit to Malta. We found the hotel great value for money, very clean and high quality. Staff very friendly and helpful, starting with a message before we started our trip. The breakfast was a great way to start the day and the heated rooftop a real treat when the sun was out. The cocktails at happy hour each day were amazing. Location good for nearby restaurants and trips. We got a water taxi from Sliema to Valletta which was lovely. Not too far from the airport and Ubers good value in the area. Would highly recommend!

Ottimo scelta, la camera è ampia con letto confortevole, c’è una piscina non troppo grande con vista panoramica all’ultimo piano aperta anche in Febbraio durante la mia visita, ovviamente era un po’ fredda visto il periodo. C’è anche una piscina ed una bella palestra moderna ben attrezzata al piano S. La colazione tutta di rispetto ben organizzata con dolci salati e frutta fresca in abbondanza. Unico neo se prevedete di mangiare pranzo o cena al ristorante, non c’è molta scelta, ma quanto offerto è comunque buono

The Hotel is nice, new, the front desk people were really good, but I chose the hotel because had a Indoor Pool so we could come back after a busy day and relax in a warm water, but the water was not warm and I complained 5 days in a row and nothings happened. My wife only tried to go to the pool the first day and did not go back. The outdoor pool has all the noise of the construction next door. That construction destroyed the view of half of the hotel. If you open the window you only will see another building 4 feet away. Breakfast was basic but good, the cleanliness was good, but I thought I would be able to come to the apartment and look outside. That will never happen at least in half of the hotel and in a couple months half of the dinning area will lose the view because the new building will cover that too. I have been in other hotels of the Marriott chain and I expected more of an AC. Other brands had a nice and warmer pool. It took away a lot of our wedding anniversary celebration. Next time I will go back to a real Marriott, maybe stay at the Westin or competitors like Hilton.

L’hôtel était très bien. Le service parfait. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine extérieure chauffée ainsi que celle intérieure également chauffée. La salle de sport était bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner était bien. Il manquait à mon goût plus de choix d’œufs. L’hôtel est très bien entretenue. Les seuls bémols sont que nous avons du attendre un peu plus longtemps que les chambres soient prêtes à notre arrivée et nous avions demandé conseil pour certaines visites à la réception sans avoir de réponse précise. Tout le reste était super. Concernant la localisation, c’était peu adaptée à des familles avec enfants en bas âge mais proche des bus pour aller visiter tout ce que nous souhaitions. Pour conclure c’était un très bon séjour.

Es un hotel bastante promedio para ser un socio del marriot, demasiado ruido en las habitacione, las paredes son muy delgadas y todo el ruidos de las habitaciones de arriba traspasa terriblemente, solo se puede descansar muy tarde por las noches cuando no arrastran las sillas y cuando las personas de limpieza no están arrastrando algo o reparando algo con algún taladro o martillo, para todo esto igual la zona tiene edificios en construcción y lo hace molesto para realmente descasar. La comida del restaurante es bastante mala y por un precio no accesible para lo que ofrecen, el desayuno durante los 35 días que estuve en el hotel fue siempre el mismo, con una calidad media realmente. aunque la atención del personal es muy buena. Buen gimnasio y alberca en el techo, más la alberca interior huele terriblemente a cloro, casi no se puede respirar.

The 2 small negatives there wasn't much space to put clothes for a family of 4 and the hotel wifi kept dropping once in the room so had to keep trying to connect to it. Great stay though and would recommend even more so for couples or people travelling on business.

This is a new hotel with central location in St. Julian. Couple of minutes walk to nearby facilities, the beach etc. Very good condition. Clean. Friendly staff. Fast WiFi. Good breakfast. Did not try any other meals here. Rooftop pool is nice, but small. Did not have issues finding a spot. Sunset view. Lots of contruction work in this area, so expect noise and not the best views from the room. No noise at night - stayed on the 7th floor. Comfortable bed. Overall - happy with the hotel, but the price is too high.

We had the best stay at this hotel and will 100% be back! The hotel looks exactly like the pictures, very new and clean. We got a free upgrade upon arrival, which was so lovely! We were staying for my husband's birthday and I had messaged the hotel before to let them know and I didn't expect anything but Georgia arranged a birthday treat of a bottle of champagne and brownies, so thank you so much to Georgia, she made our stay that much better! Our room was spotless and the cleaning lady on our floor was so sweet and had the biggest smile every time we saw her. The bed in the room was so comfortable, and the bathroom had everything you need (rainfall shower, towel options, robes, and big bottles of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel so you won't run out)! There is a fridge, kettle, and coffee machine in the room, and a supermarket only a 5 min walk away so you can store food/drinks in the fridge. You also get 2 complimentary water bottles and there is a water and ice machine on every floor. The pool area was wonderful! They play nice music around the pool and there is a pool bar there every day as well. The gym is beautiful, with all brand new equipment! The location was perfect as well. It's close enough to walk to the hustle and bustle of St Julian's, but just far enough back that it was quiet. The only critique is there was only one English channel on the TV, every other channel was in another language. Besides that, we cannot fault our stay at this hotel, it was amazing!!

After an incredible holiday in AC Marriott in Sitges in 2022, I decided to try the new hotel in Malta, St Julians. Unfortunately the standard of the Malta AC is no where near that of Sitges & I was really quite disappointed. I booked this hotel the day it opened, for my birthday week with a view of the city however the room I was first given was on the 2nd floor directly above the entrance signage which meant light beaming into the room, the in-room fridge light remained permanently on which was bright and the city view I expected was of a building site. My holiday was ruined by this and I asked within an hour of checking in, to get my money back. The gents at reception said they would get back to me, they did not. I had to ask again the next morning; this time to a lady to sort out an alternative room which she found me on the 6th floor which had a better view so I stayed, though I would not choose this hotel again for a 7 day stay as you cannot really enjoy the room with such a terrible busy road and building site outside. Also I notice a lot of noise from other guests in their rooms. The rest of the hotel is pretty nice - two pools however the rooftop pool has cheap plastic sun loungers and the cushions are all covered in sun lotion staines and the towels provided aren’t big enough to fully cover the beds. The staff in the restaurant and bar are amazing, they are very friendly, always checking if you need anything - pool side drinks and menu is also great value and tasty.

Our stay at the beautifully modern AC Hotel St. Julien’s by Marriott was near perfection and made our holiday in Malta one of the best stays ever. The absolutely incredible staff made our experience unforgettable with excellent customer service. The facilities were everything we wanted. There was a stunning rooftop pool & bar, outstandingly good restaurant, well equipped gym and inside pool. The rooms were super clean, quiet and cool, kept that way by our amazing housekeeper, Estrelita. Both the breakfast buffet and a la carte items were delicious, made special by Deon, Gabriella and their crew. All of the reception staff made us feel welcome and took care of us. The stars of the stay were the wait staff at the AC lounge: Jonathan, Amy, Laura, Janni, Leoni, Kyle and all the rest. The AC Hotel St. Julien’s has a 5 star staff who make you feel 5 star special. Overall, we had the best time and would certainly recommend this hotel for value and overall excellent service. We can’t wait to come back again next time.

Hotel impeccable a quelques pas des restaurants et des lignes de bus. Les chambres sont tres modernes et propres. Le personnel de la reception est tres serviable et à votre écoute.

The AC Hotel was clean, modern, and convenient. It's close to many restaurants, shopping and food stores. The breakfast was great with a variety of choices.

Perfect break, ideal location for st Julian and surrounding area

Great hotel, lovely and very friendly staff. The area is very good for youngsters, lots of clubs and nice restaurants in and Paceville, not so much for a family with small kids. Had a great sunset view from the restaurant balcony or top deck.

Bra rum - stora, rena och bra layout. Frukosten är bra - gott kaffe. Enda klagomålet är om man kommer väldigt sent till frukosten så är det inte alltid påfyllt med bestick etc men snabb hjälp från personalen fixar det
