The room was filthy. The rug looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in 6 months. No soap or hand towels. Mold on the ceiling in the shower. Was not even able to sleep because of the bugs. No ice machine. 95 degrees out and the air wasn't even turned on. Was going to go swimming on the pool but that had a layer of scum across the top of it. We left at 4:00 am this morning. I just called to tell them we had checked out. The lady that answered the phone says "Why are you yelling me" Totally disgusting place

L'endroit est correct pour dormir un soir mais la piscine ferme trop tôt. Je n'ai pas trouvé la salle de bain propre, il y avait deux grosses araignées avec leur toile et une autre dans la chambre. Le renvoi de douche n'a pas de grille ce qui doit favoriser l'entrée d'insectes de bonne taille. Il y avait aussi beaucoup de moisissure dans la douche et le plafond de la salle de bain.

The property badly needs renovation. However, some cleanliness and caretaking could help in making it a little bearable. There were even cobwebs by the front door. Towels were dirty. Cigarette smoke dominated the room odor.

I’m not sure what room they used for photos but it looks nothing like the photos. I don’t expect perfection from a motel but I do expect cleanliness. There were cigarette burn holes on the bedding. Threadbare carpets with mystery stains. Peeling water stained wallpaper. Very unclean in general. Squished fly guts on the bathroom door and I don’t want to know what kind of stains on the walls. Not worth the high cost to stay one night.

The shower looked like you should wear sandals in it while using. There were cob webs in many areas. A large spider above one bed. The room smelled like it was sprayed down with cologne right before we entered. I felt itchy the next day and was paranoid about bugs.

The bathroom floor, walls, and radiator were not well maintained. It was hard to imagine they were clean when they were in such bad shape. The bathroom window was fully open without a screen, possibly inviting small animals in. I am disappointed that Orbitz would offer accommodations of such low quality.

It was really fine. There was not such a good reception of WIFI and there was also a smell of gas which was a bit unpleasant, but the service was overall kind. The room had a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and outlets in sufficient quantity and the air conditioning was good. There was hot water in the shower and overall it was spacious.

I booked for 3 nights i turned up to reception said i had a reservation he said no rooms avaible i showed him my reservation he then looked more and finaly foubd mine We then got to room and it smelled musty, We looked around and the ceiling had paint chipping ,the door didnt fit the frame gap at the bottom the door to bathroom looked durty,inside the bathroom floor was dirty the soap dispenser was filthy there was next to the toilet a filthy air vent, we decided to leave the next day as it was late

The hotel rooms had thin walls. We couldn’t even connect to the wifi when asked the owner asked us to keep the room door open for it to connect which is not acceptable. We didn’t feel safe and left only a few hours after we checked in

When I booked the room I did read the reviews so I knew in advance what to expect. The staff was quick in checking us in, and provided us with maps and brochures. It’s not a terrible place to spend the night.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel was extremely unsanitary. There was mold all over the the ceiling of the rest room, in the shower, wall paper, and AC unit. Pictures can be provided. Stains on the floor, walls, trim, furniture, and the bed comforter. This was the most disgusting hotel we have ever experienced. We did not end up staying in this hotel. After quickly deeming this hotel uninhabitable, we immediately returned to the "office" returned the room key and requested a refund. When confronting the owner and requesting a refund, the owner started yelling at me that I had already complained yesterday and then stayed in the hotel for one night still; mistaking me for another customer that had previously complained of the conditions. I was refused a refund from the owner but there was still no way we were staying in that place! Ultimately, DO NOT STAY HERE!

- Cleanliness issue - Insects and Flies in Bathroom and Room - WiFi connection not working - Staff was rude. One of the person who is the owner an old man was very rude. He asked to leave if you are not happy as I reported the issue and rating to expedia. When I went to talk about the issues he asked to stay if you need but they will not issue a refund.

This was the worst place i have ever been. The property didn’t have hot water. Super dirty blankets with cigarette hole.can’t even sit on the bathroom it was that congested. I stated there 3 nights 2 nights with not hot water. And I had to fight for hot water. The owner was lier. He intentionally turned off the boiler. When I complained he said no one else has problem why do you have problem. Very rude and disrespectful. Can’t explain how disappointing and disgusting it was.
