Very clean, quiet, free parking

We recently spent four nights at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. Room was great. Very clean. Laminate hardwood floors which we like. Mini fridge in the room. A microwave would be nice but not necessary. There is a microwave in the lobby for customer use. We utilized the pool every day. It was clean. Could use some new loungers and umbrellas, but was sufficient. Breakfast was standard fare we are accustomed to at this type of hotel. Typical continental breakfast. Overall, it was a good stay. If you are staying here, check out the Victory Diner down the road. Reasonable prices and huge menu.

The hotel is clean ,modern and in a good location. Breakfast is good .The staff is friendly and accommodating. We only wish they have an elevator to haul our luggages to the second floor but this won't stop us from staying in this hotel next time. Thank you BW Orange Plaza

The room was clean and large. The staff was very friendly. Loved the pool. Only downside was the traffic noise, but the hotel can't control the crazies who rev up their cars or cycles. It was quiet after midnight.

Beds were comfortable, check in was smooth and front desk agent was friendly and outgoing. Breakfast was good, parking was tight but we drive a larger suv so we are used to it. Cali Tacos up the street has great food and Ralph’s across the street for groceries if needed.

The stay was pleasant with a great breakfast. But some of the bedding and towels had some stains.

The room was very clean. The front desk attendant was extremely helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at the Orange Best Western. We were there for 2 nights while we went to Disney (only 10mins drive!) the room was modern, clean, and bed was comfy! Breakfast was great and the service was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

The floor is tile and was incredibly sticky. We had to use two towels to mop the entire room. The cleanliness was sub par overall. The breakfast was one of the best in all our stays. Due largely to the very nice lady who helped serve and keep things organized.

Room had dirty sheets, changed the room and there was a huge but huge cockroach in the bathtub of the new room. Front desk (night shift was very friendly) gave me a 3rd room and apologized. The gentleman was upset, too. 3rd room was good and clean. Nice and modern. We called it a night. In the morning we went for a breakfast not long before the official breakfast schedule was over. There was no food left ( little bit here, little bit there). I tried to make a breakfast of the leftovers and things were going okay until the kitchen was stormed by all the cleaning staff. Whilst i was I was trying to pick whatever was left, staff members pushed through with an impolite "excuse me" and started grabbing whatever was left. Meanwhile i was unable to get food because bunch of them were in front of me. Literally stormed the kitchen. I allowed them a few minutes but they just ignored my existence, pushed me a side and grabbed everything that was left. Did not say a single word, left the breakfast area and went to take a cold shower. The night shift staff at the front desk was very friendly but despite that I am not coming back to this hotel even if they offered it for free. Paid the average price for a mid range hotel but got a bed and breakfast service ( with no breakfast). Whilst checking out nobody asked if everything was ok. Obviously didnt care. Very upset!

I stayed at Western and it was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness. I found a roach in my bed , which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. This raised serious concerns about hygiene and overall maintenance. Unfortunately, this completely ruined my stay, and I couldn’t feel comfortable in the room afterward. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they improve their cleanliness and pest control. If you care about hygiene, stay elsewhere!

This hotel was great because it offered a REAL two bedroom suite with two queens in one room and a double in the other. Perfect for families

We stayed here to visit Chapman University. Nice location close to everything. Newly renovated, comfortable beds, good showers, and great staff. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Hot food options and coffee to get the day started.

Clean property but very stark room with zero charm and ridiculously bright lights that are hot-white florescent or LED. Lights are so bright that they hurt the eyes and so I kept them off unless absolutely needed. Beds were okay. Air conditioner is a noisy wall unit but did work well.

Room was clean. Nice TV. Remodeled, but room floor was already starting to come up from the glue. Shower dispensers do not work. Pleasant desk staff. Didn’t try the free breakfast. Room was quiet. Pillows were terrible. AC worked great. Overall, nice room.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff! The room looked to be recently remodeled & was attractive and clean. It was an easy walk to the Orange International Food festival. Parking was easy. My only suggestion would be to bring your own pillow.

Room was clean and beds are comfortable- The only complaint walls are thin, so hopefully you have quite neighbors and TV is low. Heard footsteps above, but all and all it was a good place to stay, especial. I loved that the historic orange circle was walkable and so was the store, Starbucks and other conveniences of other places. The front desk clerks were nice and accommodating. The continental breakfast was good too

if you’re room is close to the street, then you can hear all the noises

It was a pleasant one-night stay for me and my girlfriend. The property is in good shape and has undergone an obvious upgrade. There are still a few things that they could stand to iron out for staffing the front desk and assuring that no six-legged critters get into your room, but I felt like what I witnessed was an anomaly not worth dinging them for. It's clear that they are working on improving whatever was going on before the upgrade.

Good location relative to Chapman University. Very convenient. Pleasant staff. OK facilties. Clean rooms. Have redone the rooms so they look better than before. Picks up a lot of road noise from Chapman Avenue. Air conditioning unit is ridiculously loud and runs all night - very dated piece of equipment. Interior LED lights are too bright and the wrong color. Should be Warm White instead of Daylight. They create a very harsh light. You feel like you are in an operating room at a hospital. Pillows are firm and unyielding, like they are filled with sawdust. Bed is also firm and similar interior texture.

Staff was was unhelpful in helping with disabled amenities,my fiancé has lupus and they would not help find a room with an ac that worked

I am not one to complain or write bad reviews even if I've experienced it but this time there were just way too many minor inconveniences and issues. First of all, we arrived and were able to check in a bit early. Check in is at 3 and we checked in around 2:50, which is great. But by the time we were done checking in, our room wasn't ready yet. First we were told maybe around 5-10 mins. Then the lady at the desk says "once you see that door close that means they are done". I go to check and ask one of the room service ladies and she says it will take an hour. I go back to the front desk and she confirms it will take an hour. 5-15 mins I understand but an hour after check in is just very inconvenient. then the front desk lady tells me rooms are upon availability, which I understand if we hadn't prebooked this room. Second, later then night we ask for 6 more towels. There are 5 of us in the room and only 3 given towels. I asked for 6 bc I just wanted a few extra to save myself a trip to ask for more the next two days but when I ask first thing the front desk lady asks me is "um why do you need 6?"I think that as guests, there is really no reason to ask that. Honestly if she just had said they were short and apologized for the inconvenience it would have been fine. But the fact she even asked that made me feel a certain way. She proceeds to tell me that a family of 9 went to the beach and took a lot of towels and said somewhere along the lines of I know this isn't your problem b

Service

The room itself is good for the price. The customer service on the other hand is not the best. The manager mainly appears to prioritize the money over the customer. There were overcharges made to my account that were removed once I noticed and decided to give them a call.

First off, Keisha at the front desk was amazing! She was so sweet and welcoming, and even ran out as we were heading back out to Disneyland Park to tell us where the ice machine was located! The room was nice and clean and smelled great, and the bed was plenty big and comfy! My only gripe would maybe be the water pressure but that's about it. We will definitely be staying here again on our next Disney trip!

Nice, clean and in a good location.

This is about 7 minutes to the Toy Story Parking, very easy! It is also a few blocks from Historic Old Towne Orange (steeped with historical markers) and just beyond that Chapman University. Plenty of out of the resort zone options.

Excellent location if your visiting Chapman University.

My fiance and I needed a room for New Years Eve, and luckily they had a room available. It was very clean and modern. It was only a mile away from Old Town Orange and its amazing restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend for anyone on a budget looking to stay in Orange and enjoy all the city has to offer!

Great location

We stayed here the night before going to Disneyland. This was so close to the park about a 14 minute drive. The area was quiet and the rooms were really nice. The bed was comfortable and the staff super friendly. They do have a breakfast in the morning as well.

Only part I didn’t like was the continental breakfast . Instead of help yourself , i had to wait for one person to help everyone in line ....then give a tip

The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was great, but the hours were limited. We would have preferred to eat earlier in order to get to the parks earlier. We also wished we had a microwave in the room and access to water to fill water bottles (water was only accessible at breakfast). We would stay here again.

The room was nice and clean, although the light bulbs were bright, cool light so not warm and cozy. The pillows were very lumpy but we slept well on the comfortable bed. Breakfast would have been great, complete with biscuits and gravy, eggs and potatoes, yogurt and waffles- just get there first thing because at 8:40 there wasn’t much left (breakfast ended at 9 am.)

The only thing what they need to improve is if they offer breakfast in a certain time period , make sure you have food between those hours. If you are getting empty and there is still 30 min left, fill up everything!!!! And don’t remove the empty food containers and leave the spot empty. Fill up everything and bring it back so we can enjoy breakfast.
