Pool looked like it would’ve been fun at almost 9 foot deep at one end but it was empty. (No water) Room was clean but old. Blinds were held closed with packing tape. Microwave had no tray and was burnt many times. Had a good, cold mini-fridge with tiny freezer that worked well. Tub was clean but had old grime and stains. Hot water and stream was great. Air conditioning worked well. NO coffee maker in room and none in lobby. Must walk to near-by gas station which had good coffee and creamer choices. Doors to rooms on ground floor are only 4 feet from parking so if guests leave early in the morning, it’s pretty loud. A little hard to find the entrance to the hotel. You must pull in and go through the Chevron station. Just know it’s clean but a bit run down for the price.

Unfortunately, the sink wouldn’t drain because you couldn’t unlock/open the drain. * The ice machine was broken. * I walked to the gas station for ice, they didn’t have bags of ice, and you ended up paying $2 for a cup just to get some ice. * No Wi-Fi. * The TV had a visible line of dead/missing pixels across the screen. The bathroom smelled like mildew I’m sorry but I wish I was kidding

This was a lesson in making certain to READ PAST REVIEWS and not rely on the really well done pictures. Apparently the advertised "recent renovations" applied to some but not all rooms, and we were not part of the chosen few. Room smelled. Gap in door that would allow easy access for pests and vermin. Bathroom was in disrepair, and in general everything felt old and dirty. If you were looking to lock in and smoke crack all weekend, this would have been the great choice. We were not. And when the event we were in town for ended early for us, and our sobriety was intact, we made the decision to abort the mission and drive back to Santa Clarita. Sacrificing the $140 was far better than hazarding whatever microscopic critters were lurking in the room. Total s@$%hole. STAY AWAY.

My 1st concern was when I received my room card there was an adhesive sticker on the front of it with my room number on it. The floor was absolutely filthy . My socks were black after walking across the floor 2 times. The air conditioner was adequate for cooling however it made the room smell of mildew. I did not use the shower or whirlpool tub for fear it had not been cleaned. There was a microwave and mini refrigerator in the room that worked sufficiently. No coffee pot in the room but a gas station next door for beverages and snacks.
