Bathtub was old. Charged $50 on check in to make sure you didnt damage stuff. Was not disclosed until check in. You get it back but takes 5 days. Workout facility closed and swimming pool was torn to pieces. Managetr real friendly conveient tp restarants. Onle got 1 muffin and small 4 oz yogury

Parking was a little difficult. We had a second floor room, but neither parking area was close to our room. There was no elevator either. Having limitations to mobility made the t difficult to get my items up to the room.

Called and asked for rooms together was told they would hold two rooms together for me then was told we couldn’t have it because we had pets (which I mentioned on the phone. Gave us a room in back of building and said it was an excellent room and we would be very pleased with it. The air conditioner didn’t blow any cold air when I requested another room he kept asking to go and check the room. I requested to have a new room so I could go to bed but he continued to ask me if I gave it time to cool off. Advertised pet friendly but that doesn’t mean pet free. $20 charge per pet per day. Advertised free breakfast and said they no longer offer it. Also advertised pool and pool is cemented in. Very run down/shady hotel.

The TV would freeze up constantly, the maid walked into our room twice unannounced without knocking while the do not disturb sign was on the door. She came in and changed out the towels after I told her that we did not need anything and that we were good, while we were out. It was a non-smoking room yet the bathtub had cigarette stains all over it. A sign sign at check in said, "sorry the pool is closed" when it had actually been filled in with concrete. A sign also read that the "gym" was closed due to covid restrictions. Pretty sure they didn't have a gym either. Overall the room wasn't bad. The refrigerator sounded like an airplane taking off but at least it had one. The main thing was the maid blatantly ignoring our request and just walking into our room. That is unacceptable. You expect privacy when you pay for it.

A lot of false advertisements at this location. They advertised swimming pool its full of cement. They Advertised 57 channels with premium channels. There was 7 mainly news i had to go home and get my roku just to be able to watch anything worth watching. They advertised breakfast was told we no longer serve breakfast. I have a service dog and by law they are not supposed to down grade my accommodations based on the dog but i was put in a run down room with rips in the covering on the bed a refrigerator that drips water and a bathtub that seen better days and a moving toilet seat. Very very disappointing and i left the room exactly how i found it. Only good part was the warm welcome the family owns and operates the motel were to me. But false advertisement is a lawsuit waiting to happen!

Showers were below average. Not much water pressure and knobs were hard to turn. Otherwise, the room was clean and in good shape, service was great and bed was good. No Breakfast is served even though it is listed as an amenity and the pool is closed.

Limited parking, ice machine didn’t work and no pool. The only luggage cart that they had was housing a big potted plant that made it unavailable for use. The owners clearly live on the property. It didn’t feel like a hotel. More like we rented a room in someone’s home. That maybe cool to some, not so much to others.

I can do dirty, but I draw the line when I have to fight roaches off just to eat my food. Holes in my blanket, stains on the bedding. But i slept well. The neighborhood looked safe as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room had a Smokey / musty smell. There were burn marks in the comforter. The sink leaked causing the carpet in front of the sink and bathroom door was very wet, the toilet was borderline not held down and rocked back and fourth. The shower was very dirty and not usable. Was very disappointed

My sister & I were traveling & needed a place to stay, so we chose this place for price, however the saying you get what you pay for came into play. Originally in room 118, I pulled the sheets back bc I noticed a stain on the side of the mattress. Upon further inspection, when I pulled the rest of the sheets back, I unveiled what appeared to be a mattress from a crime scene. Upon alerting the front desk, and stating the issue, no apologies were made, but we were moved to room 208 and the mattresses appeared newer and completely covered by a zip on mattress cover. However, the bathroom had peeling shower walls, hair on the floor and low end accommodations. Upon check out, we made the morning staff aware of the situation in room 118 and they instructed us to send the picture of the mattress we had taken to their corporate offices. I am hopeful that they will remove said mattress. The experience will definitely make me more leery of Super8 motels. In the past, I have never really checked mattresses, however this will be a routine at any hotel I choose to stay at. Safe travels!

When we entered the lobby first of all it looked nothing like that photos on the website. The gentleman at the front desk was ok, nothing extraordinary. When we got up to the room it was a smokers room- it’s stank and we were told that there were no other rooms available. The bedding had burns all over. In the bathroom the floor and toilet were filthy. As well as the rug. I looked under the bed and it looked like under there hadn’t been cleaned in months, there was still debris under there and in the corners or the room. It was evident that room service did a poor job. And speaking of room service, when they came by they only changed the towels and left. The beds weren’t made, the room was not tidied. Also when my girlfriends and I were leaving- the inconvenience of lifting our suitcases downstairs was very strenuous. Overall, this will be our first and last time booking with this hotel no matter what state we vacation to.

The railing was about to break, staff very rude, looks like family of Indian’s live on property. I’m an above knee amputee, I booked with notations that I had to be close to room, even called them to confirm. They put us upstairs (no elevators) and on the complete opposite side of hotel, like a five min walk from car. ADA needs to be notified! Room was barely clean, cigarette burns in comforter, no coffee pot, hair dryer broke hanging on wall. The only thing I can say good is there was at least hot water.

Stayed 3 nights in two different rooms, first room doesn’t have ventilation fan in the bathroom, the second room doesn’t have smoke detector, and no ventilation fan in the bathroom as well. Television channels are spotty on and off ( streaming on the internet) and bad internet connection.

We left the original hotel we booked because it was so bad and booked here! The front desk people were nice! Everything looked pretty clean. The beds were super comfortable. The only thing we ran into a problem with was the water.. We let the water run for 10 minutes before it got warm/hot but other than that it was a great stay!

There was nothing that stood out to make this a great trip. The room served its purpose. The only real issue I had was I requested a late checkout on the app. However the front desk person came to my room and told me I had to leave because they don't allow late checkout.

There was no breakfast and internet. It was marketed in Hotels.com as having both. Also, when I arrived, the reservation system was down. I could not get a room for several hours. The front desk receptionist was not friendly, and the owners sat around and did nothing, even after I approached them directly.

I had complaints with the room and the staff helped and gave us a really nice room and were willing to accommodate us in any way possible even though they were fully booked. I did leave a previous bad review which they fixed so I’m very thankful for that and do recommend this property given their customer service is on point!

Ac leaked water non stop onto carpet. Notified management and nothing was done. Nobody present as management at hotel. You are checked in by video kiosk. No in person interaction!! Extremely displeased!!!

Won’t ever stay at this place again. They CHARGE for the incidentals-not HOLD- and it can take up to 10 days to come back to your account. The room was at the very back of the building. The carpet felt damp. The bathroom door didn’t have a latch so it wouldn’t even close. The shower was clogged and the toilet took forever to flush. Don’t count on breakfast as a perk. It’s a crappy cup of coffee OR orange juice and you get ONE tiny muffin. Nothing else. I do not recommend this place.
