Well The pool was closed saying covid ?. The room smelled. At check in i waited 10 min with someone behind the computer with out even looking up to say anything. Area around the hotel was littered with trash looked like it has been there for years. Bathroom fan cover was clogged with lint, Not cleaned in months. No Room service no staff. The only reason we booked the hotel was for the indoor pool. It has been closed for at least a year and no remarks to let anyone know its closed.

Excellent stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and easy to stay in. Breakfast was fairly good except that all the milk was expired. Very friendly staff. Easy parking. Easy exit. Safe neighborhood. Wish we’d had more than 1/4 roll of tp for our group though!

Staff was excellent. Breakfast starts at 5:30 am which was wonderful because I had to drive a bit each morning for my meetings. The facility is older and not quite as nice as most of the surrounding hotels.

Pool closed Been closed for atleast a month Should have read the reviews before paying $200 for a hotel without a pool . Child very disappointed. Please put pool closed on ur sites before u false advertising that u have a pool . I’ll never return to holiday inn. Been better off at motel 8

The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The hot breakfast was awesome! I appreciate that this service is offered. I had friends at neighboring hotels that didn’t even offer coffee. I will always choose Holiday Inn when traveling.

An emphasis on friendly customer service would be beneficial. We arrived between 9 - 10 pm.. there was no one at the front desk. The employee who was sweeping the floor went to the back and after a minute, a young woman came out to check us in. After we completed check in, I told her we were IHG members, and she asked for our membership number..we didn't know it...(the night prior, we stayed at a Holiday Inn Express IHG in Missouri and the desk attendant looked up our membership number using our cell # and email)..we told her we didn't know it but could give her our cell# and email but she said she couldn't look it up that way. (When we checked out, I had located our membership number and asked the AM lobby attendant, who was very friendly, if she could apply our stay to our IHG acct and she did). The breakfast buffet attendant also lacked customer service...she did not greet us or smile and when my husband picked up a biscuit with his fingers, she loudly told him to "use the tongs", which were not at the station, so she pointed to a pair at the bacon platter. I will say the buffet and breakfast area were well maintained and clean.
