Staff was friendly but the room stinks, rugs are black and smelly, shower water smelled like pee, roach was on the wall, dead bugs on the ground and mini fridge smelled like mold. Tv size was miniature. Towels and sheets were clean & lots of parking thats it.

Ice machine not working (part on order for a while) and no breakfast as advertised. They told us that this has been going on since Covid and they have not gotten permission to start breakfasts again. I fel tit was false advertising. Also, the pool was out of service.

The pool was green with algae, there is NO breakfast offered even though the web site says there is. The towels were thin and scratchy and only 2 offered with 1 wash cloth. There are many other properties in the Paris area, go there.

I had to clean the bathroom upon checkin myself. No housekeeping on staff that day(Friday). The pool was closed, the breakfast area was closed. The side door of the office was broken. I have never seen a more rundown hotel. The next morning the toilet stopped up and overflowed onto the floor. Tried to call office, phone did not work. Went to office to tell them about the toilet. They sent plunger and old sheet to fix that. No maintenance people on duty. We decided to go to another hotel. It was just too much. The pillows smelled so bad we could not sleep on them. We will never go back there.

Nice quiet property in area that seemed really safe. The Magel's Restaurant a very short walking distance had really excellent food and service. The Eiffel Tower was not too far of a drive from the hotel. The big drawbacks were the swimming pool was shut down in July in Texas! The furniture was a little tattered.

Where to start... When advertising this is listed as "breakfast included" it was not and was very disappointed in the false advertisement. comforter was so dirty I saw white marks on it, grass and some just random dirty marks. threw off the comforter to get to the sheets and thankfully didnt seem dirty.... (we all know how that can be though) The TV in the room was broken with a lot of pixels out, lights in a lot places are out or flickering. (try to laundry in a coin laundry area while the light is flickering non stop at night... yeah-no.) could easily tell the floor was not vacuumed on top of which corners and edges where piled with dust/dirt.

It was really bad. It took us almost an hour to check in because the clerk didn’t know what he was doing and couldn’t get the funds from the reservation we made online. Put us in the first room was very dirty every wherever including floor, walls, ceiling, blood stained on floor, towels was very old and discolored, then changed to the second room and was the same and had no water, by this time it was already about 1:30 AM so we settled in the third room which was in the same condition. We will never stay at America Best Value In Paris again.

Had to get moved to a different room due to smell and cobwebs. The toilet leaked. 2nd room had to go buy air freshener and the toilet was loose so rocked. The toilet woukd have to flush 3 times for it to work. Tv cut on and off. Door lock was not working properly. Ac would blow cold than hot than cold again constantly

The room was really dirty like nobody cleaned it before i showed up. The bed sheets were full of stains and hair. Good thing I brought my own bed sheets and pillow. The towels where old and the restroom dirty. If you come here make sure to pack your own stuff.

The manager of the property is rude and if he ask you a question and your honest he gets mad and banned you from the hotel. Have the time you get room tv is broke or shower is broke. Ac or heat don’t ever work. Place needs to be shut down really

We needed a dog-friendly hotel and found this one. It could really use some updating and a deep cleaning. The bathroom door didn’t shut because of foundation issues. We turned the ceiling fan on and were afraid it was going to fall down, it was so wobbly. Lights didn’t turn on and some outlets didn’t work. Expedia said this hotel offered breakfast but it does not.

Great location. Decent price. Friendly staff. Light bulb in the closet kept flickering, turning off and on Water in the shower came out the showerhead and faucet at the same time. The water pressure was fine but the water collected around my feet.

Ask for receipt was told i had to get it from Expedia when i said they gave me one last week he didnt care i said i would never stay here again. The man behind the desk told get out Which i wasnt happy then chase me out the building say he was going to hurt me if i didnt leave

The room was filthy, bed spread, pillow cases, and sheets were both stained and dirty. The fridge had mold in it, the mircowave had burnt cheese in it, the lamp cord was spliced, the bathtub was dirty and had a razor top in it still. A guy walked up to me as soon as I got checked in and asked me if was looking for any drugs and he could help me if I was he was the man.not just weed, he had it all. And apparently lived there

This place was advertised as comfortable and safe but was the opposite. The room was dirty, smelly and not the safest in the area. I wasn’t impressed but couldn’t cancel because it was pre-paid. Not recommended especially if you are traveling with the family.

We really liked that we had our own private entrance to our room. It was clean and to our satisfaction. There were enough things to do in the area. The Hobby Lobby was across the street about 1/2 mile away, along with many other outlet shops. There was a walmart nearby, and restaurants close by. Had to drive to the downtown. Breakfast was fantastic.

Conveniently located, friendly staff, clean room. My room had a couch, which was really nice. Commode was low to the ground, which is great kids and short people. Being that I’m 5’10” it took some getting used to. The only issue was noise from young kids driving loud vehicles along Loop 286 at 3:00am.

Property was convenient located but that was all the positive. Room furniture was worn out and sagging, the television was not working properly (wide lines across screen), towels were stained and dirty looking, no amenities as advertised (breakfast, coffee, iron, safe etc). Cheap but you get what you pay for.
