Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Paris by IHG

I only booked for the indoor pool and hot tub which was not functional or hot. The pool was warm. Housekeeping skipped our room in between nights and was early to clean at check out. I feel like I over payed. $150 room for $78 service. I do not recommend.

Great stay

Breakfast was amazing. Several options. Hot tub in room was clean and plenty big.

Room was okay. Outlet plugs in lamps wore out. Had to use available wall outlets and take turns. There were 4 of us.One of the elevators is a bumpy ride. Tried to avoid using. Called week before and asked if pool was up and running. Grandbabies wanted to swim during stay. Told her dates to confirm reservation for 4 nights She said yes and was heated. Day of check in, pool closed for maintenance. Was told that we could use sister hotel’s pool. Really!!!! Left Hotel last night of reservation instead of next morning. Breakfasts were good though.
