Very pleased with the property, excellent helpful staff, amenities (swimming pool & bar) and convenient dining options. Self parking was a big plus. We will make this our “go/to” place while visiting the grandchildren in Portland from now on.

The hotel had everything from on-site parking, an 8 minute walk to the convention center, heated pool Jacuzzi fully operational & open until 11pm, bar open until until 11p; the room had refrigerator microwave blow dryer, coffee maker, cable TV… etc.

My kids wanted to use the pool but we did not because it was very dirty, we did not stay after the first night. Staff were wonderful though! The beds were very squishy for my liking but room was clean enough

Our tiny room was mostly clean, but the black mold in the shower was not okay. The safety lock was busted off- very unsettling. The in-room coffee maker was a huge disappointment in the morning when I discovered all pods were for tea, not even a decaffeinated coffee. The area was sketchy and all hotel parking was full. Not up to IHG standards and we definitely would never stay there again.

Greasy fingerprints all over room, filthy bathroom floors, bed linen obviously was not changed from last visitor, sheets smelled like filthy mop water, just about everything was dirty. Room service trays all over the hallways at 4 pm, with flies swarming, still there at checkout at 11 am. Disgusting place! Outside, homeless roam free. A good place for a stabbing with no visible security.

Checked in with woman whom was less than personable. After getting into our room we find a dirty cleaning rag on the floor, dirty mirror, and stains on my top sheet. I called to the front desk and spoke with a gentleman named Orion. He came right up with keys to another room and was apologetic and kind. Our new room didn’t have the same issues, however about 30 minutes in we realized we left a backpack in the last room. I called down and spoke to a lady. I told her we left a bag and if someone can come up and let us retrieve it. We were only around the corner and said I will wait at the door. Well I waited about 10 minutes before calling back down to the lobby. Logan answered the phone and I filled him in on what happened and how I was waiting there. At that time I hear someone telling him to talk to the lady about it. She proceeds to tell him that someone went up there and looked into the room and nothing was there. I expressed how this isn’t possible as I have been waiting here and no one showed up. At that time Logan said he would be right up and he was. He opened the door for us and the bag was right there inside. I thanked him and he was the only person putting forth any effort to help us retrieve our personal belongings. These were my personal items, my clothing, medication, ect. and they lied right to me because they didn’t want to go up and check. Huge thank you to Logan, whom is the only honest and reputable employee you have.

Had a really easy time getting checked in. Did have some issues with noise throught the night and connecting to the wifi. Being in walking distance to the Moda Center was the big reason i booked here. Was really happy to find a nice breakfast place with better prices than the hotel. Overall experience was ok. Nothing really special

Beautiful hotel. Restaurant food is very good and at good prices. However, room was noisy from highway and HVAC produced alot of noise as it cycled off and on. "fan on" was not an option.

Both expedia and this hotel would not shift reservation for a night when a major concert was cancelled that very day. This hotel houses guests who attend the next door arena and convention center. Terrible customer service. Each placed blame on the other. I lost all my money, and for something which could have been so easily rectified and repeat business would have been generated.

I felt like the majority of the staff were very friendly and cared about the guests. The hotel was clean and the rooms looked nice. The hotel is walking distance to the Moda Center, which was good to me since I went to two NBA Blazers games. The hotel has parking outside and easy to access elevators. I liked that the rooms had a microwave, small refrigerator and an easy to use safe. I want to thank staff members Tatiana, Randee, Zach, Brian and Marlin for making my stay more enjoyable. Marlin even took the time to help me with my rent a car heating system when it was the weather was "freezing rain" and there was snow and ice on the roads. I will stay at this hotel when I come back to Portland in the future.

We stay at this hotel for events at the Oregon Convention Center. The staff is fabulous and a main reason we keep coming back. Steven at the front desk is super helpful and always goes out of his way to take care of our needs. In the restaurant/bar, Dylan and Michelle are the best! They make great drinks, get your food orders in a timely manner, and are friendly and attentive. The food at the restaurant is fabulous, nothing disappoints from all the items we have had. We love the mussels, shrimp tacos, wedge salad, vegan eggplant Parmesan with Polenta and the Portland Rose cocktail. The rooms are nice, beds are comfy. The pool area is nice and good sized pool and hot tub. Definitely our go to hotel for convention visits. Would 10/10 recommend.

Pros: Despite the area around the hotel, the property itself is very clean. We loved the onsite outdoor basketball hoop and ease of self-parking close to the entrance. Check in was a breeze at 7 pm. Cons: We had a few issues with service. There were 4 of us in our room and we requested extra towels and 2 pillows. They gave my husband towels at the front desk and said they would send pillows up. They never arrived. The phone in our room didn’t work (we had to go to the front desk for the requests). And during our stay, we needed a plunger. Asked at the desk on the way out for the day, 4 hours later it had not been dealt with. Having to use the washroom in the lobby, only one stall was clean (with feces smeared on the seat of the other). A day later when we checked out, I popped into that washroom again and it had still not been cleaned. Restaurant was alright, but slow with not wait staff for how busy it was. Food quality was ok, not worth the price they are charging. The only redeeming quality is location. If you are going to a Trailblazers game, this hotel is a close walk.

The area around the hotel does not have much restaurants and grocery store to go, only 7-Eleven’s and a couple of fast food restaurants nearby, and the area has some homeless tents. However, we are very satisfied with the hotel room itself, and the location is walking distance to the NBA arena, which is very convenient.

Property had a pool and spa, as well as a fitness center that were all very clean. I was able to workout without a problem and it’s open 24hrs. The restaurant in the building had some bomb food! It was so delicious and we tried various things, but the chilaquiles were my favorite! Never have I tasted some that good! They also have a bar to get drinks and hangout. The hotel room was very clean and overall the whole building was clean. The staff was awesome!

Room wasn’t ready when we got there, had dinner at the hotels restaurant, then it was ready. Night of Billie eilish concert in Portland. No parking at hotel had to park on the side of the parking lot thanks to a worker that saw us looping around parking lot. Next morning my friend got sick from food poisoning she had the turkey club from there and I had burgers and nothing else at the concert and it was just not fun. Room was good, front desk staff where still very pleasant and accommodating when they forgot to give us our free breakfast vouchers due to all the mess at check in but the guy at the front desk helped us with that no problem.

The hotel and the room were ok, the only comment I have is about the restaurant: the breakfast and lunch were not served according to the time mentioned on the menu, but much later. On Sunday the lunch was open only at noon, after I was told to come back at 11:30am, then at 11:45am, and finally at noon. One morning the restaurant started serving the breakfast only at 8am instead of 6am because there was no chef.
