I loved that the property was close to the airport and provided a free shuttle to the airport. Note that the shuttle seems to run on the top of the hour and every 30 minutes. Apparently, we had a shuttle appt for 4:15 am and then was told by the driver we had to wait til 4:30 pm. It did t matter that we had an appt. Glad we allowed the 2 hour window even if we were close to the airport. While Waiting for the shuttle, we saw a homeless guy going through the trash bins in the front. We decided to wait inside. The front desk clerks were nice and also offered us a breakfast to go bag but we declined.

Lighting outside at night was sketchy and made me feel unsafe. Property had several areas both outside (mostly) and inside that needed some updating and/or repairs. Definitely seemed rundown or poorly maintained. My biggest complaint is the continental breakfast options. There was NO cereal or muffin/bagel option. There was no protein option like hard boiled eggs or cheese sticks. There was NO decaf coffee option either. Worst continental breakfast I’ve EVER had at a hotel!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone and would never stay here again. Total WASTE of my money! Very sad!

The lobby was old and dirty. The room was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. That pathway to the room was poorly maintained and not clean. Once in the room there were red droplet stains covering around the light switch and sink by the bathroom. The tub was rusted and drained slowly. The toilet seat was broken and slid off to the side. The office chair was completely ripped on two sides and the cloth chair had suspicious white stains on the seat. The carpet was old and dirty. The sheets and towels seemed clean. Had I had a vehicle I would have traveled to another motel. For about $140 it was a terrible example of a hotel.

Great find for the price. Nothing fancy but it was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space in the room. Everything worked. Front desk was kind and efficient. Shuttle was great. No noise from neighbors.

I loved that this location was close to the airport and in my budget for last minute accommodations due to plan changes. There's no elevator, guest with disabilities would have to navigate stairs. My bathtub/shower had a cap from someone's disposable razor on the soap shelf, and there were hairs in the tub and sink. I have worked many years in the service industry, and stayed in many hotels and company dorms - I always check for bedbugs. When I pulled the sheets and mattress protector back, I didn't find bedbugs, but I found dead flies, quite a bit of hair, and dust. The lamps were covered in dust as well as the artwork in the room. A brief glance behind the chair and table in the room revealed more debris - crumbs, hair, dust. I didn't feel unsafe, I was disappointed with the lack cleanliness, however, it was late and I was tired and travel with my own bedding. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and professional, and having worked in the industry, I didn't voice any complaints because to me, it wasn't worth wrecking his evening. No bedbugs, no roaches, budget rate - I was able to sleep. If amenities are your thing - this is not the lodging for you.

There was mold speckled all around the bathroom ceiling and suspicious looking spots on the wall. There was used soap in the shower and holes in the towles. Front desk was nice enough. After seeing the condition of the room, I didn't have faith in their cleaning and passed on the free breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable perfect for our location. The drain in the sink and shower was terrible time you were done taking a shower there is 3 inches of water in the bottom of the tub when you tried to brush your teeth in the sink the water would not go down for at least five minutes.

Room was ok for the price. There is some airplane noise and fairly thin walls so bring ear plugs if a light sleeper. My air conditioning unit also had a weird squeak but I tried to ignore it. I was only there one night passing through so it did the job. Breakfast consisted of oatmeal packets, peach yogurt, bananas, and a pancake maker. Was disappointed with that.

It's a pretty average motel. Booked it for really cheap so I can't complain too much. It was clean, the staff was nice, the area was surprisingly good and despite being near an airport it was pretty quiet. The breakfast options were abysmal and the TV in our room didn't work. There was also a light in the room that wouldn't turn on. All-in-all, an OK experience. Not terrible, not awesome.

When I arrived I waited about 15 minutes while the front desk helped other customers. When it was my turn I was informed that I must provide a $200 CASH deposit. When I said I thought that was weird and that I didn’t have $200 CASH and turned to speak to my partner, the clerk said she would be happy to cancel my reservation. I told her that I had made a reservation through Hotel.com and that it was not refundable. She kept insisting that she would be happy to cancel my reservation if I couldn’t come up with $200 CASH. I asked her if there was an ATM there to use and she said she was just going to cancel my reservation so I could go somewhere else. She assured me that she would make sure I was refunded my money. At this point I asked for some sort of document stating this policy or that she was going to refund my money. She told me she didn’t have to do that and that I should just trust her. She said that it was stated on the reservation site that they require a $200 CASH deposit which I disagreed with and could not find anywhere. At this point I was pretty upset and we ended up going to the LaQuinta next door. I see that I have been fully charged for this reservation and I am going to demand a refund and I hope they have a large safe if they require a $200 CASH deposit from every room in that hotel, that is a whole lot of CASH money sitting there every night.

It may have been somewhere in the small print but I was not made aware of the need to schedule a return shuttle. Instead, I asked how often the shuttles run the night i checked in and was told every 30 minutes. So upon my return I made the assumption this would hold true, which it did not. I waited around a while before calling, and then the response I was giving was. "sir, the shuttle will arrive today" I'll let you decide for yourself if this is the sort of service you want.

Front desk service was poor. The man checking us in was not polite or knowledgeable. Wished I had paid more to stay elsewhere. Location was fine, but shuttle runs 4a-2a so be mindful if you have a red-eye flight that you may need to find different transport. Room was clean enough. “Blackout” shades did not black out the bright lights from parking lot. There is a portable crib available but not everyone at the front desk knows about it, apparently. Took over an hour and the man at the desk was incredibly rude about it even though I had called to confirm the day before that it would be available.

Stayed here many times. Clean , convenient and reasonable. If you don’t like airplane and traffic noise don’t stay here go further away. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast could be better.

Five stars - convenient to access both the downtown of Portland and the interstate highways to get back home to WA. Polite and helpful staff. Easy parking. Clean room, everything was functional, no weird smells, plenty of towels, good lighting, easy chair and desk, tv and wifi - met our needs nicely.

Was somewhat disappointed, although I know Super 8’s aren’t 5 star. Front desk was excellent! Room was kind of shabby although bed was super comfy. Burn holes in the bedspread, no place to hang used towels in the bathroom, very limited breakfast (front desk did warn us). Seemed overpriced at $100.

Friendly staff, clean room and bath, has air-conditioning. Breakfast included pancakes, yogurts, oatmeal, bananas granola bars. For the beverages: coffee, tea, orange and apple juice. Clean area. There is a shuttle to the airport.
