We went to the hotel as normal to check in & they didn’t have a room available as there was construction work going on, also pool was out of action, apparently the room they had previously allocated to us the flush was not working & the worst thing was they tried to take the money from my account without my knowledge at the local time off around 3am the following morning, as far as I was concerned I was paying at the time off check in & they didn’t have a room for us & so therefore they shouldn’t of attempted to take the money out of my account

Horrible. Checked in Sunday 5 pm. At 5:10 Pm I realized the pool and hot tub were broken. Staff informed me they would be broken all week. 85 degrees and sunny all week without the pool I specifically booked the hotel for, I asked for a refund do I can spend my vacation elsewhere that has a working pool. Hotel would not refund. I called Travelocity, they got back to me three days later on Wednesday saying I was only entitled to a $77 refund for not having working amenities that I was promised upon booking my vacation. Ruined my vacation. Other than the above disaster: the hotel does not offer coffee, instead a coffee machine was placed in my room with coffee packets that were incompatible with the machine. What the hell?!? Who does that? The staff person I asked about that replied “I don’t even know how those machines work but I’ll give you extra packets”. Breakfast consisted of a “grab bag” filled with a capri sun strawberry kiwi juice box, Costco granola bar & an apple. Wow. I had to have the plumber snake the shower after my first shower as the drain wouldn’t drain. Wow. I could go on but reliving the frustration just angers me. Don’t go to this hotel. It’s aweful and the management doesn’t care. They’re obviously sucking this place dry until it goes out of business. They don’t care about follow up business.

Hotel was pleasant night. Pool was dirty with leaves. Our bathroom was missing tile on the baseboard underneath the sink.

The pool was great because there was no one else using it the weekend we were there. It would feel crowded if there were more than 8 adults. The breakfast was great! The staff in the breakfast room was very attentive and friendly. It was a large selection of breakfast food. The breakfast room did get crowded after 8am. In our room the outlet between the beds did not work properly. The lamp conected to that outlet did not work and neither did the phone. The carpet looked VERY worn. Everything looked clean except for behind the sidetable and the tv remote. Also, we couldn't get the tv to work but im sure if we would have asked the staff they would have fixed it for us. We did request extra blankets and they were clean and very warm. Our stay was short and overall enjoyed our stay.

The pool was closed and the ice machine was not working. We had to press the elevator button over and over again for the button to light up. The hotel is good for the price.

visiting relative at care home. Good value, HOWEVER, observed minors in pool without adult supervision, spa was dirty, Fitness center in total disarray. Internet speed at times lagged.

Good price, good breakfast, some indoor hotel-style access rooms, pleasant decor. Terrible area but we were ok, good security on access doors and stairways.

The people at the front office are very rude and unfriendly. The carpet in our room was soaking wet (the fridge leaked) and smelled of mildew. The next room wasn’t cleaner properly. The shower had hair in it, the towels smelled dirty and there was a pill on the floor. Which is very unsafe. Worst hotel I’ve ever been in.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Noticeable stains on the carpet and we woke up to ants on the night stand the first morning. I went to the front desk as we left for the day to mention it to them so they could spray. The room was not cleaned at all while we were gone. So I went to the desk again and they came to spray. Then the ants were in the bathroom. It was quite hot, but I didn't like I had to ask twice to get the room sprayed and that they didn't even clean the room when we were gone. It felt like I was putting them out asking them to take care of it.

My room smells like mold and the floors look like the carpet has been murdered on . Do not stay here

It look really nice, but found carpet dirty, a couple of roaches came out, tv didnt work. wouldnt choose again.

Clean room

This was a last-minute stay for us as we had misjudged our time. It was fine. The bed was very comfortable but it was a bit run down and showing its age. It was clean but the carpet needed replacing. They did accommodate our request for a late check-out which was nice.

It was alright. The bathroom was dirty and the walls were sticky. There were also flies in the room. The breakfast was great, they had eggs, sausage and omelettes.

There were roaches in the room. Bed bug mattress covers were not used. Roaches in the room.

The room was older and ac didn't work, thank God it was only one night stayed.

Very calm. Room was large and nice. Enjoyed the whole time i was there.

Large comfortable room. Shower great, towels thick. Bed comfortable, comforter the right weight, pillows very comfortable. free parking. A little out of the way for where I needed to be, but I would give up that bit of convenience for all the other comfort. There is a diner about a 3 minute drive where the food is good and the owners son is very accommodating I will definately stay there again. Michael

Loved the spacious room

Could hear lots of creaking on the ceiling anytime people upstairs walked.

Do not trust to WiFi if you depend on it. It’s been bad before (stayed many times before) but now it useless. Constant disconnect and no internet although connected to the router. Again - useless. Many guest that are working daytime it appears based on the night time activity. Wasn’t like that before either. Nice location but if you can’t work or sleep the rate better places around.

Tbh, the place was really nice. The only con is the Wi-Fi, but it was still useable. The room I was NOT expecting to be really decent.

I made reservation on 1/14/25. I arrive and there is no power to the hotel and no one in the office at 10pm. I call and there is no answer. I had to get another room at a different place. The company refuses to respond to hotels.com to give me a refund and I'm out the money for the stay that I was never checked in for.

When I arrived 20 mins after booking the room on hotels . Com they said that they are all booked up but they have a one room left which is reserved for handicapped travelers and doesn’t have a bathtub. I agreed then went to use tv and it did work I called front desk they quickly told me to press the red reset button on cable box and hung up . I called back saying “no such red button exist” then he came to the room and was surprised that he too could not find this button . Either way no bath no tv and no manager is there on the weekends .

The staff were kind, helpful, and courteous.

Mike checked us in and was very kind. Alma was making sure there was everything you needed for breakfast & kept the breakfast area tidy. Really liked the the security & safety in getting into where our rooms.

Terrible Customer Service - They Stole My Money I made a reservation and prepaid for a room. However, when I arrived, I realized I had forgotten my purse at home and didn’t have my physical card with me. Even though the room was fully paid, the staff insisted I needed a physical card to check in. I explained my situation and asked if they could cancel the reservation instead. They assured me the reservation would be canceled and that I wouldn’t be charged. Unfortunately, when I checked my bank account, I found they had charged me for the room I never used—despite their promises. I tried contacting the manager several times, explaining the issue, but they refused to help. Even Expedia intervened to request a refund on my behalf, but the hotel still refused. I feel completely robbed and deeply disappointed. This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

The first day i had TV problems which i fixed myself before the maintenance man came but then it happened 5 more times the next day i had toilet problems i called the front desk..He brought me the plunger ..i said i have to do it ? He said yes OMG such a gentleman POS and yes i had to fix it myself

The First Lady that checked me in was awesome The next day the guy was not accommodating at all. I had a 2 night reservation but the cleaning people knocked and told me check out was at 11:00. I told the guy at the desk I didn’t want anyone in the room and when I came back my room was cleaned. I specifically didn’t want anyone in my room- he assured me they wouldn’t go in there, but they did which wasn’t ok with me. The communication was poor and the free breakfast was subpar.

The front desk staff was very professional and attentive to detail, The housekeeping staff went above and and beyond to help me out when I had a medical incident.

Our check in clerk wasn’t very helpful had to scan a QR code for places to eat instead of any recommendation. Breakfast was amazing

the reviews kind of held me back at first but it’s really not a bad place. staff is nice, location is pretty central to a lot of shopping/food and less than a 15 minute drive to the airport. maybe this place use to allow smoking in the rooms and never changed out the carpet but it’s really not bad when you leave the AC on. wallpaper and bathroom in general are super dated but again, it’s all visual things that i had a problem with. bed was comfy, pillows were good, shower had hot water. nothing i can complain about.

The property is nice but After getting off the freeway, there are alot of homeless people and area looks bad. The hotel is nice and looks like it belongs in better area.

The hotel is convenient and comfortable, but it’s quite far from the main attractions.

The hotel itself is good. The room was nice, remodeled recently. The area it’s located in is a bit sketchy. You have to drive a mile or so to get to a better area for eating, etc. I would stay there again as it’s a good value and the rooms are good.

Hotel was fine. Breakfast was stupid. Capri Sun, yogurt, granola bar.

The room was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed with the "breakfast" that was included in the cost of the room. A granola bar, yogurt, and a Capri Sun is not our idea of breakfast. Also, the agent who checked us in was not very friendly. Customer service is important for any business.

Not a terrible stay if you need it between places or for a single night stay. Breakfast was pretty lackluster and the room was kind of damaged. Some holes in the bathroom walls and the tv was broken, had to spend about 15 min fixing it.

Breakfast area is cramped and crowded. Had a bad experience with a rude person who was staying there.

This place was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a waffle grill, scrambled eggs and sausages. Bread for toast. Cereal, yogurt, oatmeal and fruit. Coffee and orange juice. Front desk was very nice.

Not bad for a place to rest for the night. Night staff was courteous, clean/nice size room, and complimentary breakfast was good.
