Par for the price. Large well furnished rooms. $12 per day parking fee is an irritant. WiFi connection was just shy of unusable.

Well…this place is a dumpster fire. Room smelled like mold. Had coffee stains all over counters. Very used condition on cabinets and counters. Just an old, dank place. Property was overall beat up. Elevator had missing wood chipped off corners, carpet coming up and stained. I will never be back. Amazing that Marriott has their name on this property. Positives, staff was very nice and the sheets were clean. That’s about it. They seem to be doing the best with what they have…which is an old and tired property.

The front desk was very friendly and my wife warned them that I’d be coming in later after a golf tournament and may be drunk. They helped me find my room and were very friendly. Thank you!! The bacon was just what the doctor ordered in the morning and of course a the big glass of water and coffee helped. $12 bucks for parking is stupid when you’re in the middle of nowhere however.

Elevator is tiny, dirty, rundown, smelling, making you fill like a very cheap place! We did not stay, wasted $186 by booking this place.

I've been staying here for almost 3 months, on a weekly basis. Each time my experience is really good, the staff is tremendous, and they will go out of their way to help you. My only issue is that the elevators are pretty dirty, is there a way to replace the carpet and clean up or replace the cab walls, lots of scratches. The grounds are great and feel good. Love that breakfast and free cookies!

Front line Corina was awesome and very helpful the rooms were great and everything was nice but my only complaint was the pool wasn't accessible for two days of my stay...too many children over capacity and went in finally. But no towels available and pool dirty with flowers

The elevator was worn and carpet was dirty. Noticed the last inspection was 12/22 and license was expired. Staff was efficient but no extra effort was made to make us feel comfortable with a 5 night stay. Our room was cleaned once after several calls. We were given a total of four towels for one week. Ran out of Kleenex first night ran out of towelette paper and had to go searching again. Breakfast was blasé. After second day we ate elsewhere.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff at check in. Room was great. Lots of room. Lighting in bathroom could be better. And the pool was lots of fun. Very happy with our stay.

At first I was going to rate the stay as excellent, then we opened up the sofa bed. We are a family of 3 so we need a sofa bed for this stay. When we open it up the mattress was stained and had food bits in it! It was only a one night stay and we got it late so we didn’t ask for another room since we just wanted to get to sleep. Otherwise it was a good stay, breakfast good and the staff made sure everything was stocked at the buffet as they kept bringing the food out. So if you don’t need a sofa bed it’s a nice stay.

The only complaint I have is that the garbage wasn't emptied from the previous guest

This Residence In was pretty standard and generally OK for an extended stop to visit family. But the cleanliness of the grounds did not seem to be a priority. We were there 4 days and saw the same garbage in the plantings beds each day - bags, food wrappers, clothing, even a mattress in the pet walk area. The room was OK, bed was comfortable, but there was a variety of stuff under the couch and behind cabinets, even a dirty fork in the drawer of one of the bed stands. Memorable in teh wrong ways!

location was good. ample parking & friendly staff. Hallways, stairwells & elevators smelled awful. Myself & others had cockroaches in our rooms but they we’re sold out.

Unfortunately, the bathtub was moldy. The bathroom smelled of mold. The sleeper couch was extremely uncomfortable. The desk lamp cord was taped up with electrical tape. Kind of seemed like a fire hazard.

The carpets had just been cleaned which was a good thing however, the carpet was damp in the room, and the thermostat wouldn’t go below 68 degrees so it made the room very humid.

From check in to check out staff was friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family.

Room was nice and comfortable. Large room with the mini kitchen was nice. -We were located next to a building entrance door (147). The door rattled the wall at the head of our bed when it closed. And it was noisy. Sometimes it creaked like a casket opening in an old Dracula movie. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Friendly, easy checkin. Sofa bed was super uncomfortable for our daughter. Bed was very comfy. We were in town for a celebration of life for my cousin, had a great stay. Property could use a little update.

Convenient location. Property is very dated. Smells musty, AC/Heat unit didn’t work.

We arrived at the Hotel around midnight on December 24th, later than planned due to a delay in flights. Only to be told that they had no rooms available because they were over booked. We had booked this prepaid stay through Expedia on November 25th. We couldn't believe this. They offered us a room in a different hotel but we would have to make out own way there. We had chosen this particular hotel because it was just a few minutes walk from our daughter's house and so we didn't have transport. The staff were apologetic and said it was a corporate issue. Shabby, who stayed after her shift had finished to help us got us an UBER to another Residence Inn 30 minutes drive away. She paid for this herself. We had not received any notification that there wasn't a room for us. We did not arrive at the alternative hotel until 1:40 am after 21 hours of travel. We felt very let down.

Unfortunately, they gave our reservation away when they had said it was secured. I have stayed at this property since April averaging 4 nights/week. Writing this review isn't easy as the daytime management here is exceptional, as my incident was at nighttime with the night manager. I was so surprised at how much he just didn't care. We had driven from Santa Rosa, about a 2 hour drive arriving at about 10:30. No suggestions or attempts to help us find a new hotel, they said that since we booked through a 3rd party, we needed to speak with them. Too bad this had to happen I guess financial gain over customer service takes priority. . . beware of the night manager. . . the security guard was more sympathetic when he approached us in the parking lot while we were trying to figure out where to stay, he was the one who suggested the Residence Inn in Morgan Hill just a short drive away. Again, this is just a heads up if you are going to be late for your room and you don't reserve via Marriott. The day staff is 1st class and always very accommodating, it only takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch. I'm hoping that the hotel takes this into consideration as I have to believe this has happened before.

Check in clerk was rude. No hello just , “ID” is all she said. Just not very welcoming. She needs to go work at a Motel 6!

Great customer service experience. Manager Sean ensures that every stay is very pleasant. Feels like home away from home.

Front desk staff needs training.

Just a very poor service, Josh at front desk staff was very dishonest and totally lied to me. He wouldnt give simple stuff like toothpaste, i requested just my room trash to be emptied out, he refused it. One of the worst location

This is a great place to stay for business or as a stop over with the family for a couple of days while making the big road trip. The front desk staff always goes out of their way to accommodate you and then some. House keeping and maintenance folks are always working and making sure the rooms and hotel premises are properly equipped with towels and the little things. I’v been staying here 3-4 days per week for the past couple of months so I should know(Ha). Oh, and the group handling he complimentary breakfast is first class! So, give them a try!

Went to check in Saturday after 8/23/2025 and the computer systems were down and we couldn’t get to check in. Had to find another hotel to stay at

overall it was what we expected. A clean well run operation located in that part of southern San Jose that we wanted to be at.

Really convenient location to the Plex sports complex. Lots of shopping resturants nesrby.

Water took FOREVER to get hot, waste of water! Cars being broken into in Parking lot. Security was chasing low life's away. glass in parking spaces from break-ins. bathroom had open soap bar and hair in shower. The hotel gave us a refund, which we appreciate- but due to crime- I would avoid!

I was easy to get to the 101 hiway.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay and would definitely return. The location is close to the freeway and across the street from a gas station and a grocery store, so very convenient. The staff was polite and accommodating - I very much appreciate the hospitality from the front desk, housekeeping, security, and breakfast attendants. I love having a kitchenette and that the hotel is pet friendly - Residence Inn is great for that. The hotel room decor is slightly dated and could use refreshing, but the cleanliness and hospitality more than made up for dated styling.

East to park and very quiet

The room was nice and clean everything 10/10 only disappoint was the breakfast you expect a good breakfast but this lacked from what I’m used to for a residence inn hotel no fruit nothing but eggs sausage bread so the breakfast fell short

It was close to our New Year's Eve party. The suite was great and unexpected. The phone in the room had a problem with the connecter and the staff for New Year's day breakfast didn't come to work.

Excellent rating. recommendation are: to have staff be prepared for breakfast rush. Everything were out , had to wait over 20 mins for simple items. Make waffle batter before run out, cook hot items when getting low…not when out. It’s busy but be on top of it so guests won’t have to stand around and wait. Sorry but even simple coffee was out. Leaving all these recommendations to improve business so future guests can be happier. We are about improvements not to bring down anyone. Thank you.

The free breakfast was great rooms were super nice clean and comfortable really liked the kitchen even though i didn’t use it.

Their continental breakfast is limited. No orange juice or yogurt available.
