The room is nice and comfortable. The area is quiet. The fridge in the room was a bit older so it was a little loud. I needed my noise canceling headphones to sleep otherwise I might have unplugged it. The listing says there is a hot tub, but I didn't see one. The staff didn't give me any info on the facilities when I checked in, but I also didn't ask. They could be a bit more welcoming. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would stay there again.

There was loud noise from the street and from neighboring rooms going in and out. The pool is quite small and advertised as heated but was quite cold. The staff was friendly and kind. They allowed us to check out early given our needs. The breakfast was delicious.

The staff was great. The rooms were amazing and clean. The trash outside around the facility was over flowing in all outside trash cans. It looked like they completely forgot to change the trash for several days. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

The bed was comfortable. The room was dated, there was not a luggage rack nor a dresser to put your clothes in. The kitchen was functional but the appliances were very old. It would have been nice to have the room serviced daily rather than every other day. We would have to go to the office to get coffee because that was not replenished. Could not see out the windows because they were that dirty. Probably would not stay there again.

Staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. Selection was done nicely and always restocked.The only thing worth mentioning is that while the room was very clean and bed was comfortable, there was an odor in the room I had a bit of trouble with. I finally turned off the heating/cooling module so that air wouldn't come in any longer. I did let the staff at the front desk know.

The bed was hard and pillows a bit flat. But the rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful and accommodating. We forgot a phone and a blanket, staff held on to it for us for a couple of days since we live out of town. They made our stay a positive one for sure. Thank you staff!!

Let me start with, I NEVER leave reviews! I stayed 4 nights at this location. When I checked in and entered my room there was an extremely strong, pungent smell of carpet cleaner or some sort of cleanser. I left my window open and the bathroom fan on for the 5 hours I was out that evening. When I returned it still was so strong. The smell never went away the entire stay. That was awful. The bed was super uncomfortable. Nice pillows, but the bed was hard. As a side sleeper, I couldn’t sleep all night. Some people might prefer that type of mattress. The breakfast was decent. Varied. Overall it was decent, but someone’s got to figure out how to air out that cleaner smell. It’s horrible!

Third time staying here for business travel. Apple is close, makes a nice stay. I usually travel with a business partner, we always get the double room option. Unbelievable how much space, large kitchen, quiet and cozy. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in this area Book Now!!

I like that it had a full kitchen, nice to have a stove and dishes. The breakfast was really good, spinach and Swiss quiche, breakfast sandwiches, waffles, oatmeal with many choices of toppings, among other items. Staff was very helpful and pleasant, I would definitely stay here again. Area has many restaurants within walking distance.

Whenever I get a chance to stay here, I do. Staff is great, rooms are clean, and it’s quiet for the most part. Every now and then you get a loud car driving by but not often. The rooms have you feeling like you’re in an apartment and it’s extremely functional. Thanks again guys for another great stay. Your the best :)

We left an airbnb after one night because of a number of issues and stayed at TownePlace Suites. We wish we'd have booked this place right from the beginning! The ac wasn't working in our room so we let the front desk person know. They called later to say it had been looked at and couldn't be fixed right away so they would switch us to a different room. The woman brought our key card up and we moved to the room across the hall from ours. They addressed the issue and made it as convenient for us as possible. It was such a stark contrast to the frustration we experienced from the airbnb. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend staying here!

The AC did not work in our room. We were so hot. The temp was 97° outside. We did have maintenance come look at it but it wasn’t fixed. We did open a window but it was so loud outside that it was a miserable 3 nights. The staff were very nice and room was very clean. The breakfast was always out of things and they were very slow at re-stocking hot items, coffee and milk (both for cereal and coffee). Overall it was fine.

The beds are very firm and not comfortable to sleep on, they should be replaced with a very soft mattress so we can enjoy a good nights sleep. The area was pretty clean and the staff was wonderful. Wish you had an actual waffle making station as the pre-packaged waffles are horrible. Please consider taking those off the breakfast menu.

Everything was great… it’s only shortfall is a small breakfast eating area. With that said the food was excellent for a hotel free breakfast. We were happy with the variety of good choices. Get there a little earlier than you would normally to grab a table and guests filter through.
