The elevator was broken, the garbage can outside of the back entry door was overflowing, the windows all had heavy amounts of cobwebs outside, etc. The service people were all very kind, the place just needs a huge refresh.

Although located in a nice part of town, the hotel is marginally maintained and there were many guests who made me uncomfortable. Limited parking. Breakfast for all 8 mornings was just marginal, maybe what you would expect at a discount motel. Price was way too high for the quality.

Property was pretty well maintained, in our room the shower head was not working fully. The free breakfast was good, rooms seemed updated fairly recently. Gym was small but good. Nice hotel for the area, also accepts pets.

Very very dirty, from arrival there was beer caps in sofa bed. Women’s hair clips, garbage on floor. Bathroom door handle broken. Couldn’t get room serviced/cleaned until 3rd day after complaining several times. Will not stay or recommend this place at all.

If you want to only sleep 3 hours, choose suite room 305. I have no complaints about cleanliness. However, the AC unit is located inside the room! In a closet-like space near the window!! It was 100 degrees 8/22 and had to have AC on. Mind you.. I am not a light sleeper. However, the AC unit was extremely loud making it hard to sleep. I slept like 3 hours! For the price I paid, I am extremely disappointed with the noise level. I even took a video of how loud the unit was. I plan to post this on other media sites to warn others about this

I stay at this hotel for two weeks every year visiting the branch I oversee in Stockton. I travel an approximate 110 days in a given year and I always feel at home here. Its all because of the verry friendly, attentive, hospitable and professional staff this hotel has. They are by far the best a hotel could have.

Very bad experience from a very beginning. First, something was going on with the system (so I was told) that I had to insert my credit card multiple times. I didn't realize until later however that each time I put my card in, there was a pending charge on my account. After I was finally able to check in, I was charged 5 times for $190 each. Which I later realized I should have been charged for, because I paid for my reservation through Expedia. After getting to my room, I saw that only a bed was made, even though I made reservation for me and my kids. I had to set up pull out sofa myself, get downstairs for set of sheets and blankets and make a bed myself. Not really worth the hassle for the money I was charged. I was told a manager would be calling me about the multiple charges, but I haven't received any calls yet.

The building is in a quiet neighborhood but still close to shops and restaurants within 2 mins of driving; it can be walkable as well. The amenities are all in good working order; the full kitchen is a great plus for a family getaway; the included hot breakfast in the morning has nice selections; the staff are all very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly appreciate their flexibility in accommodating our situation and allowing us to stay until 1pm. Our one night stay here has been 5 stars all around. This will be our go to place when we are back to the area again. Highly recommended.

Excellent staff! I will always stay here for business travel. The hotel is quiet, the staff is top-notch, and the area around the hotel is safe/scenic for a run or walk. Just off the freeway, but you can't hear a sound. Quiet, large rooms!

The best hotel staff I have ever encountered. They are kind courteous and professional. Nicole Nunez was especially helpful on my previous stay too. The building is very old and in need of sever upgrades. Not only as guests a staff as good as this needs a better place to work.

It was very quiet. Our toilet leaked the first night, but once we reported it that morning, it was fixed immediately. We came in the back way, and the staff was extremely helpful to help us find our way to the front office. Great place.
