Francisco was great, he kept I touch with us throughout our stay. The breakfasts were more than I expected to see. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate available all day and night. The room was spacious ( Not very sound proof as my wife heard someone snoring in the room next to us)and the bed was comfortable. If you don’t like a soft pillow I would suggest you bring your own with you. I would stay here again while traveling.

The room was spotless and staff was very friendly. We were disappointed that there were no housekeeping services on New Year’s Day. We should’ve been warned in advance and our rate should’ve been adjusted for the inconvenience.
