The hotel was very clean which was a big plus and staff was friendly. Breakfast options were good. I gave it 3 stars because we could not use the pool and were told if we wanted to use the pool we needed to go to their sister hotel. I was not going to drive to another hotel and swim and then change and drice back. The pool was one reason why we chose this hotel.

Place is a dump compared to other hampton inns. Got stuck in a broken down elevator that was allegedly fixed the night before. Breakfast was the worst experience ever even in comparison to no name branded hotels essentially ran by other countries. This experience has guaranteed that I will never stay again at anything with the Hilton name to it.

The bedsheets on one of the beds smelled dirty. The way you advertised leads you to think there is a hottub by indoor pool. There is none and besides the pool is suposed to be heated and is very cold.

I had the pleasure of staying here for about a week and a half for business reasons. During that time, I had the pleasure and honor of meeting all the staff (from the manager to the receptionists and even the housekeepers) and they were all very welcoming/courteous. I would rate the staff an 11/10 and would like to send a special thanks to Ahmani Taylor for accommodating all of my requests. Both Kat's & Anthony at the front desk were wonderful to work with. As far as the hotel rooms, they were clean, quiet, and odorless. The complimentary continental breakfast was also surprisingly good for a hotel, and I had no issues eating it every day during my stay. Also, the indoor pool & gym were a welcomed addition that I enjoyed during my stay. The pool is small but was heated enough that I could enjoy it with the weather being 15 degrees outside. The gym is no 24hr Fitness, but it had everything that I needed to do my typical basic workout. I know I will be back in PA for work again in the near future and there is no doubt that I will be staying here again when I return.

Room had a broken window shade that made it dark. Room had no safe and when we reported it we did not get one. Hotel internet was out or difficult to reach. Was told that it was because of the rain. We won't go back

This was our first time staying at this hotel. We go up to visit my family and usually stay at the Hilton home2 suites which was more expensive so we tried this property. Honestly I think this is probably the nicest of the hotels of this level that we have stayed at in this area. My only issue is the bed was not very comfortable and the pillows are so soft it’s like you’re sleeping flat on your back I will definitely stay here again but I’ll bring an extra pillow from home. Everything else was great. The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was nice (I hate the stupid sliding barn style bathroom door but everywhere seems to have that now and the breakfast was really good

Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was quiet. Rooms were clean. I would say you guys need to HET NEW PILLOWS!!!! The pillows were not so great and for someone allergic to feathers and having only one of four pillows to choose from due to feathers, was a little well UGH! I Loved the restaurant next door and the pool I had all to myself ☺️

Nice place and have stayed here before but it seemed the pipes were old or not secured in the stairwell and were banging all night. Very noisy and didn’t get a wink of rest. Headphones don’t event help. Very disappointing.

I came to check in and no one was at the desk. I called the hotel twice and no one answered . After 10 minutes, I stepped behind the desk to see if anyone had left a note. The front desk clerk appeared and she aggressively asked me what did I think I was doing. I said thru g to check into my room. She calmed down and checked me in. She said she had to take a pillow to a room . She should have left a note. I’d like a full refund for this stay.

I immediately reported (4pm) my tv wasn’t working. No one did a thing about it. When I was leaving the next day, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience “. The staff should have checked out the tv or move me to a room with a tv. The room was not cheap. Skimpy breakfast.

I will not stay at this hotel again. They put me into a room where the heater would not sufficiently heat the room. Then I had to move to another room, which was inconvenient due to the fact I had all unpacked. Then the manager said he'd give me a $50. gift card which he did not follow up with, despite me calling him a second time.

Kudos to Kat from the front desk for her excellent service and professionalism. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the front desk called after I checked in to make sure that everything was in order and I was happy and didn’t need anything. She was amazing! I appreciate it very much.

The property was the perfect location for visiting our daughter who attends Delaware Valley University! Brian at the Front Desk checked us in and could not have been nicer! The hotel has a very homey and welcoming feeling. Our room was very nice and cozy! The breakfast was super truly enjoyed! Thank you Hampton Inn Doylestown! ❤️

This hotel was above what we expected. It was easy to find. The room and all areas of the hotel were very clean. The beds were comfortable, well supplied with towels etc and it was quiet. The location was perfect for us to visit local points of interest. Many restaurants were available close by. We agreed we would stay here again

It was very convenient to where i needed to be. The location and signage wasn't visable to see where it was located. But that was a little nerve-racking after many hours of driving and then we couldnt find it. But really glad it wasnt dark when we arrived. Also the front desk was not manned when we arrived either. Again, a bit unnerving.

The complimentary breakfast was better than at similar hotels where I have stayed recently. The room was very clean as were the lobby, elevators, public bathroom, and eating areas. My only complaint was the shampoo bottle would not dispense easily and the conditioner was out. I am very glad that hotels have mostly stopped using all those small bottles, but too many times I have trouble with the large ones or they are empty. This is not something a guest should have to call the front desk about, and of course, a guest is not going to after she/he is in the shower.

Overall, it was fine. However, when I went to the lobby to get some coffee in the morning, there was none. A staff member was out, which disrupted the breakfast/coffee service. These things happen! Staffing can be an issue, I understand. But the hotel should have a better contingency plan.

We stayed overnight…..the Sunday morning breakfast was more than expected! Tia really impressed us with her hustle and commitment to making sure all guests received what they wanted .She was very quick to get things refilled and cleaned up! Will recommend and stay here again!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating with TV 'issues' . . . seems the hotel changed TV sources and there were several problems getting the TVs to work. Facility was clean. Breakfast was good. If back in Bucks we'd stay there again.

Booked a king bed but got a queen instead. We checked in, dropped our bag and went out for the day. Didn't realize the mistake until our return later in the evening. The breakfast needs work. Eggs and sausage were cold and tasted reheated. Shame, because I've stayed a plenty of Hampton Inns and food was always good
