The front end staff was great and so was the pool!

The hotel was overbooked; we didn't get a room with two beds (a bed and a sofa bed) even though we had booked more than six months in advance. We had to change rooms because the bed was in high demand. We went downstairs more than five times to have our key cards scanned. The sheets had hairs on them. The toilet was clogged, and the staff gave us the plunger to unclog it ourselves. The hotel was under renovation, so we couldn't access the pool, and there was construction dust in the dining room. We had no complaints. A truly negative experience.

It would have been more convenient if the hotel offered airport pickups for guests. We had to walk from the airport past 10 pm after being informed by a staff member with an Indian accent that transportation was unavailable. The room's carpet could benefit from a thorough cleaning. The gym was pleasant and clean, and the complimentary breakfast could use some improvement.

We had a 6:00 am flight out of TF Green. We were sound asleep; and at 11:07 pm the front desk clerk was opening our door to our room. We were very concerned; and didn’t get back to sleep. The room was not clean; and it was dated. We had a 6:00 am flight out of TF Green. I enquired about a shuttle. I was told we could get a FREE Lyft; so I scheduled. I was charged for the ride.

If you are going to just be staying for a quick trip it might be fine. However, the amount they are charging per night plus the $200 hold is insane. Brocken bathroom door, tiny fridge didn’t work and we have an infant so that was important. The heated in door pool wasn’t working. Just it looks so run down and dirty! It was not the best stay.

All you’d expect from a Hampton. The proximity to the airport is unbeatable. And they even offer to pay your Lyft to the airport!

There was an incidentals fee of $100 a night i wasnt informed.of until I checked in. The pool was under construction, and the elevators were a bit shady for service

Worst Hilton so far! Disgustingly dirty! Beds were reset with used sheets, hair all over bed, food crumbs, moved to a second room and both rooms had hair all over the beds the shower as well. Even shaven cut hair on the shower walls. The same filth so I asked for clean sheets so I can change them myself due to the fact this hotel had no housekeepers for any cleaning. Had to change the bed sheets myself just to have clean bed sheets. Black grime inside toilet and broken ice machines. Two different rooms and both dirty and disgusting! Pool water was black and jacuzzi was broken with green and black sediment. Algae usually grows in outdoor pools so what the hell is this!? No scent of chlorine at all the health department needs to shut this place down can you imagine getting that water in your mouth. One elevator broken and the only working elevator had the service certificate removed so imagine. It’s illegal to run an elevator without proper certification. This facility is a horror show! I advise Hilton to cancel it’s contract with this owner! Sell this place, the owner and GM obviously have to idea how to run a hotel and no knowledge of health or hospitality! I would have to believe that the person making food is not Serve Safe Certified. All the customers here were upset for all the same reasons, changing rooms trying to find a clean one. Do Not COME HERE especially with children! Complete robbery!! Dangerously unsafe and a health risk! STAY AWAY!! Danger around every corner!!

The pool was dirty, the bathroom at the pool is in need of repair. The toilet paper holder was rusty. The office chair in our room had stains on it. Our toilet barely functioned and when I called the front desk I was asked “do you want to move”. When I responded with a no, they said they would have maintenance come up. We had to call back in the morning to get someone to come, as no one showed up or called to advise when they were coming. The staff was great, if they were at the desk.

The hallways were so dirty and so is my room carpeting. I wore shoes inside my room. My sink sprayed water all over me and my shower curtain didn’t extend to either end and so the floor got wet. When I complained, they sent a plumber who did not fix either one, but asked me if I wanted to dance. This is a true story And I’m 71 years old. The room had a refrigerator but not a microwave. And I did not eat breakfast there because the rest of the hotel was so dirty and unkempt that I was frankly grossed out about the thought of eating there.

There was no light in the room very dark room. Television didn't work there was no tissue or toilet paper in the room. I had a double bed. The sheets on the second bed were dirty. The tub was dirty. The pool was not available. The ice machine on my floor was not working. There were spiderwebs in my room. I gave a great deal of Grace because the hotel was older. The hotel staff was wonderful.

The room was in disarray. After a long day of travel, we entered the room and the pullout sofa was still open from house keeping: the walls were dirty and the bathroom door would not completely close. We were only there for one night; however, I am grateful we did not have to stay another night. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns. The quality of this location was less than desirable. At 4:30am, there was a party across the hall. The guests were loud and the smell of pot permeated the hallway. To say the least, our stay will never be repeated.

The bathroom was very dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The shower had hair in it, and the shower walls were disgusting. The sink was dirty and the floor was not swept or mopped. There was blood on my comforter. I will not he going back there.

Upon check-in it was a nightmare. Had to switch rooms 3 times with my 2 daughters and me. 1st room couch was soaked and room had a stagnate smell 2nd room the door was locked from inside finally after up and down elevator to front desk we were put in a room front desk girl seemed clearly annoyed as if it were my fault. After finally settling in i took girls to pool as the pics on line ahow a beautiful pool and hot tub that was not the case both of them looked murky and gross, hot tub had 2 jets working and clumps of hair floating around. Top it all off with going down for breakfast this morning with zero food being brought out no juice for girls it was all water where it said oj and apple. I waited 40 mins with my girls for food to be replaced that was gone to no avail and still no coffee made. I have to say there were alot of unhappy people this morning. The worst experience ive ever had! I had no choice but to just check out.

The room was filthy and so dusty. The couch looked like it had been there for 25 years. I hate to complain but it was bad. The windows that did open didn't have screens and then the lock broke. Asked to change rooms but we were denied. I would not stay again.

Our stay was ok, but the hotel is really worn and dated. It’s not the staff’s fault, they were friendly and helpful. Our room was smelly and not all that clean tbh. There was chipping paint and actual broken furniture. The bed was comfortable enough. The furniture and decor in the breakfast area is just gross and unpleasant. The free breakfast is pretty decent. Chain hotels are usually reliable but this was a miss. I guess if you need a cheap overnight for a business trip, sure, but I wouldn’t stay there with my family.

The overall hotel was good but the room we stayed in was subpar. Some of the furniture was in disrepair and the flooring in the bathroom was a bit like a gym and the shower leaked water all over bathroom floor.

Three stars because AC would not shut off all night, though the off switch was pressed. Room temperature was okay, just noisy through the night. All other conditions were very good. I would stay again, if the room AC unit would power off.

Fair attempt at upgrading the room, but missed on finishing touches. The couch in the suite was obviously old and uncomfortable.

Our room had several problems. The bathroom sink leaked on the floor and the bathtub drain could not seal up to take a bath. The TV didn't work; apparently it wasn't hooked up properly. The internet service had to be repeatedly signed in again during our stay. Breakfast was OK, seating was limited and much of the furniture there was worn and shabby. The staff was very nice, but this hotel could sure use an update and repairs.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. However the pillows were flat. I did not get a good nights sleep due to how uncomfortable the pillows were. I stacked 4 on top of each other and they were still flat as a pancake.

1. No towels at the pool 2. No towels in the room 3. NO swimming until 3pm 4. Trash in the bathroom trash can upon check in Pretty disgusted in myself for choosing this hotel to have a ‘staycation’ with my grandchildren. They left upset and sad that they couldn’t swim in the morning and there was no way we were staying another night there.

**ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE**. I booked the king suite for a stay on 8/10/25. Check in was at 3p. We arrived at 3:23. ONLY to be told there was NO STAFF to check us in. The lady in charge of housekeeping was doing everything to console us but she said the person that was supposed to come in did show up. So she called the "manager". Manager said he was 30-45 min out. Meanwhile we call customer service. They were SOOOOOO helpless. I told the rep there was no one here to check us in. She couldn't believe so she puts me on hold to call the hotel. No one was picking up. She was extremely apologetic but it didn't help. After an hour and 20 minutes the "manager" shows up and checks us in. The rep told me to call back after the check out to see what they could do. Because I booked through Expedia they said there wasn't too much they could do. This almost ruined our special weekend.

The only issue i had was with the reservation. The hotel didnt see it in their system. I had to contact Hotels.com to get an internal confirmation number, which is different than the number they gave me originally. With that internal number, they were able to find me. Took me about 30 minutes.

Poor hospitality Late afternoon staff indifferent cold welcome, did not share towel information for the pool after I asked about the pool...chatting on phone (apparently with a friend) had to wait until the conversation was complete to check in with a young child. Morning staff was hospitable.2nd floor windows open with AC running and curtains closed... not safe for a young child in the room.

On the day of check in there was no front desk staff there to check anyone in. The 2nd shift person was a no-call, no-show, with about 10 people waiting to check in. No one knew what was going on. One person in back room had no idea how to check anyone in. Someone from Boston eventually had to come in to cover. We ended up leaving to go to dinner and had to check in hours later. There was no apology, nothing done for the inconvenience, nothing at all. Even the computer system was down when we were checked in but it had to be done manually. They said this had been a usual and ongoing thing with bare minimum staffing. The carpeted hallways were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks or longer. The condition of the furniture in rooms was horrible and very old and run down, as was the same in the lobby and dining areas. In fact never did we see any housekeeping staff anywhere on site. Did not use the fitness center or pool area, but probably glad we didn't. No clocks in rooms, which we also found very discouraging. Free breakfast area options were little and not very good quality. Condition of dining area furniture was old, stained and disgusting. The whole place needs to be shut down, health department brought in, and completely renovated. They won't do it though, I'm sure, because of their great location next to the airport. Being under the Hilton name they should this is not what anyone should expect. Will never stay at this location again.

we booked this hotel as it was closest to the venue of my brothers wedding we were attending close by. we arrived around 8pm with our 1 year old son who was extremely tired. I had booked, paid, and done mobile check in before to avoid any issues. at the front, the worker was inconsiderate and rude, stating she needed a card to physically swipe for incidentals, even though this had already been charged on my card. we just needed to get my son to bed, and we hadn’t brought our wallets with us from the venue, as in the mobile check in email I did said we were all set. we had to have someone from the wedding drive our wallets to us because she simply wouldn’t accept the fact I had already checked in to avoid all this. she kept huffing and puffing that we were then forced to wait for someone to bring our cards, we were trying to get our son to sleep in the lobby (because she wouldn’t allow us in the room!!) I’m not someone to leave reviews but i’m astounded at the lack of customer service and just how rude she was. we called the hyatt across the street and almost stayed there, as they had no issue with us booking online and not physically having a card. luckily there was someone willing to bring us what we needed, but it was just very unnecessary- clearly- as the other hotel didn’t require this.

We were just in for a quick overnight and we lost a sweater in the parking lot. When I called back a day later assuming we left it in the room, Jennifer knew exactly what I was talking about and took it upon herself to help me out! Thank you Jennifer!!!

The staff was completely unresponsive and rude in addressing an issue we had. Emailed and called management with no call back and no reply email. I gave up trying to deal with them and moved on with the loss. I will NOT be staying again in the future. Definitely not the Hampton experience.

Nice hotel very near Providence airport. Hotel is older, but clean and quiet. Room smelled very strong of bleach upon arrival.

Friendly staff. Clean property and convenient location to I95. Plenty of safe parking.

I enjoyed our stay. Modern, clean, and friendly staff. Very close to the airport if thats what you're looking for. Only negative was the breakfast buffet in the morning. There was at least an hour left before it was to close but they ran out of food. So get down there early if you want breakfast. At least the cooked items, like eggs, sausage, etc. We got the last bit but many people came after and were disappointed. They asked the staff in the kitchen and they said they were not making anymore. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Disappointed Stay – Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and was very underwhelmed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, clearly using old, worn-out mattresses. The toilet seat was completely faded and looked dirty even if it was technically clean—it definitely needs to be replaced. The room felt outdated overall, with furniture that’s fading and showing its age. For the price I paid, I expected better quality and upkeep. The only part of my stay I genuinely enjoyed was the shower, which felt clean and somewhat modern—though even that had a broken body wash cap. Breakfast was decent, but nothing special. Honestly, I regret not spending just a little more to stay at the nearby Holiday Inn. This Hampton Inn didn’t live up to the brand’s usual standards.

Toilet ran 24/7 Breakfast no coffee when we went an hour after it opened. Breakfast choice terrible we went down the road to a diner instead. Pool to cold to use, oil floating on top of hot tub water. Key to our room wouldn’t work. For women bring your own conditioner they had shampoo no conditioner

Breakfast was lacking, they couldn’t even supply coffee cups, and the brown sugar for oatmeal was regular sugar in the brown packaging…

Manager at this hotel was very rude and was not accommodating for any of the issues that were going on. Also pool was ice cold and they had the ac running so it was even colder when you got out of the hot tub that only had one jet working

Breakfast provided daily was excellent! Friendly staff and clean rooms. A win.

Breakfast had a good variety. Quality was OK. Better than our first stay.

Room was missing Kleenex and extra toilet paper. Asked for Kleenex at front desk but never received. Breakfast was good. Having stayed at other Hampton Inns, this one was not as good. My daughter’s nearby room actually had a mouse in it.

The hotel room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was terrible! The only good thing was the waffles.
