The Loom Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Unfortunately we arrived around midnight and only had time to sleep and check out; however we were greeted with great friendliness when we arrived

First of all, as soon as we arrived we had 2 toddlers and luggage and nobody even opened the front door for us. The service was terrible. We weren't able to shower for 2 days since the shower in our room was broken. We called the front desk and someone eventually came the next day and the shower was still not working properly. For a room of 4 people, only 2 towels were provided and we had to keep asking for more. After sharing that our stay was very bad, they offered us 15k points towards a future hilton stay. On the upside, the coffee was good and the restaurant inside the hotel was very good and had good service. It's a good pick for someone who missed their flight but not someone visiting Rhode Island, in general.
