I love it. A swimming pool is nice, tiles on deck is broken, hot tub is working as well, water temperature is hot, pool's water temperature is warm and nice. My room is very good and nice. A breakfast is very good, they made a fresh and hot omelet A maid is friendly, and clean my room. Two Thumb Up....

Property was very clean. Staff was extremely nice. Love that gym was kept clean and that pool had plenty of towels available. Breakfast was always fresh and service of staff was great. Location also a huge plus as it is super close to some great outlet shopping and lots of restaurants.

I indicated that the sink in the bathroom was not draining properly. They sent maintenance, but it still did not drain properly. While taking a shower the tub filled with water. It took a while for it to drain. The Kleenex box emptied and was not replaced until the following day. One of the elevators was broken and caused a back up and delay for those trying to come and go.

We have been staying at this Embassy Suites for years. It has a lot of great amenities such as the made to order omelettes and happy hour. However, the hotel is ready for a refresher. The pool tiles are missing, the pool chairs are ripping, etc.

Liked the two free happy hour drinks. Bartenders were wonderful. Pool was nice and clean, concrete deck needs to be resurfaced it is sharp. Elevator floors were very dirty. Room was clean except for towels, they were dirty. absolutely needs music at the pool. Need to be able to get change in the guest laundry and not have to go down two floors for quarters. Or use the app for the machines. Filet mignon dinner came out way under cooked. Then came out overcooked, fresh green beans were horribly overcooked and mushy, huge disappointment. Chicken wings came out black the first time second time was better. Cheese burger was good. Up charge for grilled onions was excessive at $2.00, chicken quesadillas were very good. Lots of stuffing ..almost too much. Happy hour snacks suck...toddler food. Free breakfast was wonderful overall, close to outlets malls and airport. Great value if you consider the breakfast and the two free drinks.

Nice Hotel, and location. My only issue was I was charged for parking twice for everyday of my stay. The parking is only 7.00 a day, so it makes me wonder if it was deliberate. I did make them aware, and they corrected it right away.

We needed to do laundry but service was not available due to renovation. Breakfast was nice and also we were allowed to do late check out at 01:00 pm which was quite helpful, Overall, it was good experience.

I changed rooms due to finding the previous tenants belongings in my "fresh" room. upon changing rooms there was also a huge stain on my floor from a mess improperly cleaned, and the Tub was full of water. the concierges are not trained in anyway to be friendly or helpful with the area, they do not greet you as you come and go either. there was construction in the lobby my entire stay, and there was no compensation for such. the hot tub jets were broken almost the entire stay. the elevator buttons were broken and needed to be pressed multiple times or a certain way to call the elevator. will never be staying at an embassy again. hard pressed to stay at a hilton as well, but that is less avoidable with some travel plans.

The front desk agent was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was decent. The rooms were pretty dated and shabby. There were hairs in the “cleaned “ bathroom. The floor appeared dirty. The couch and chair in the living room had visible stains. Overall I would never stay there again. Needs a big facelift.

The property was extremely clean, the staff were friendly. They had a happy hour offer for members staying at the hotel that allowed them to get 2 free drinks between certain times. The outdoor space was nice. Overall a great experience and I wouldn’t mind staying again.

Have stayed here numerous times and watched the decline. Room was not very clean, including the clump of hair in the tub drain, and the bath tool with a large brown stain on it. Shampoo bottle dispenser was empty. Asked to have refilled, never happened. Only decaf coffee pods in the room. Asked front desk 3 times, was told: we have none, I'll have them sent up and then again we have none. Also asked the housekeeper cleaning the room next door, and she didn't understand English and handed me a cup. I could add more but hopefully you get the point. I will not be returning to your facility again.

We paid extra for a room with a pool view. When we got to our room it had a view of the roof one story below us with vents etc. When we went back to the lobby the woman host told us she would give us a room on the next floor so we could look over the roof down onto the pool. We told her that we wanted to look directly down onto the pool as the room pictures showed when we booked. She move us to another room looking directly down on the pool. Our previous room WAS on the other side of the building with no possibility of ever seeing the pool.

The staff was very friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room looked great and the bed was ok but we were on the top floor and the toilet was constantly gurgling and refilling i guess due to all the people showering. It was extremely annoying and make it nearly impossible to sleep. Also the walls were very thing and we could hear the neighbor's tv and phone calls.

Our room was a nice sized space but, the furniture was in very poor condition. When you sit on the couch you essentially sink to the floor. The room smelled so musty that we had to purchase air fresheners to make the room smell better. The toilet in the bathroom was totally broken at the base and would rock from side to side when you sat on it. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. Without exaggeration. You could not was a bug down the drain. The spray wouldn’t even reach the middle of the tub. We asked for these things to be fixed and all the staff of the hotel did was swap out the shower head. It made absolutely no difference. Everything else was left as reported. They didn’t even bother offering to move us to a new room. We stayed an entire week and spent more than a thousand dollars. See pictures below.

We really enjoyed how spacious our accommodations were. We had 4 people in a 2 bedroom unit. With the suite area we had plenty of privacy. Would definitely come back again.

We have been to this location several times and it’s why we keep returning. The staff is amazing and the bartender Meagan is the best we’ve ever had! She’s amazing and cordial and keeps up with the crowds she gets at happy hour!

We have stayed at other Embassy and always love staying . The room are clean and spacious and front desk staff are always friendly. What we disliked was that we get a two drink coupon per night for happy hour when prior stays at other Embassy’s gave unlimited. The bar tender was very rude and treated us like non guest. She was very short never smiled and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. And the only other thing was the pressure in the shower was low.
