Room was aged. Bathroom outlet did not work. Bathtub/shower was not completely clean. Ice machine out of order - vending machine out of order. Noisy location. Small parking area. Breakfast was very simple - terrible juice. Bed was comfortable. If you are just looking for a place to sleep with very few amenities, this could be recommended.

Don’t stay here if your babies need cribs because they don’t offer them. We made do but if you need one for a small baby and don’t want to co sleep or make them a bed on the floor, book somewhere else. We also found several long black hairs in our room and the wall by the toilet was really unclean. It was an ok stay but I wouldn’t book again while I have young babies that need a crib.

Average price, average stay, average breakfast. Nothing great. You definitely pay for what you get. Only true negative was arriving to the hotel room at 10pm and the AC was off, it was 97 degrees in there. Took about two hours to get the room cool enough to go to sleep. Pool was not safe for swimming or use by kids.

The hotel is very different from the pictures on your site. The page advertises a lobby that customers can use. But it is locked up and we can only checkin at a plastic window in front of the motel. The room was okay. Looked much better than the front of the hotel. I actually almost called to change places. But it was only one night so I stayed. I wouldn't stay there again. I’d just pay the extra money and stay somewhere a little nicer.

Absolute worst motel we've ever stayed at. Total junk place. Bathroom floor was all wet, waste baskets were not emptied, TV didn't work properly, bed spread had cigarette burns (both beds) and torn sheets. I've heard of single and double ply toilet paper, but 1/2 ply! What a joke. They can't afford to stock good toilet paper? Towels had hair and other things on them, gross! This was not an affordable place to stay either. I want a refund or a credit for hotels.com. Hotels.com should not offer such a horrible place to stay. Don't they visit or monitor these places? Do they read reviews? This is 2024. Show some class and interest in these properties.

We arrived very late, the gentleman who checked us in was awesome, friendly and so very kind. The room was not very clean, the floors were dirty; the toilet did not work properly, the shower faucet was hard to work. Tub floor was slippery. Towels smelled. The room stunk like cigarettes smoke. Not happy

The property was ok, staff at the front desk was friendly. Our room had roaches, sink did not work and we had no iron. It should have been a smoke free room, but room smelled like cigarettes. One blaket had a red blood stain and holes on it. We will not stay here again.

Expedia reservation#73063363715805 Quality Inn Lake Elsinore #39703167= Our company representative(s) checked in March 25 returned to the Quality Inn Office and explained that the room was dirty and bed cover had food/blood stains. The Office gave another room. The other room was also dirty (food on floors) with a foul oder and our representative returned to Quality Inn Office checked out March 25 and put in a complaint. He went to another hotel. Our office was charged even tho we did not stay at the hotel. Our office reported this on "chat-bot Expedia" and later talked with EXPEDIA Agent(s). Expedia Agent Mathew contacted Quality Inn Lake Elsinore and they gave incorrect information. The Quality Inn Lake Elsinore said that our representative did not check out. Expedia Agent Mathew was able to get One of the Three nights refunded. Our office called (951)674-9694 talked with Gabriel at front desk. He told us that Nina is the manager. He would not connect us with Nina. Gabriel said that there were no notes on the check-out and no complaint notes on the dirty rooms. He was instructed to only give $99 refund on the $297 reservation. This Hotel should have refunded in full. Expedia should make note on this terrible experience. We feel that your Expedia customers deserve better.

The reviews were really good so i was hopeful but as soon as we drove up the vibes were giving motel 6. Kind of shady old motel the room looks as though it had been updated inside but we found things like dirt in the shower crums and dirt on the tables and counter and stains on bedding. It was 116 for the night but i think that was over priced . I am a woman and my young teenaged daughter was with me we are from out of town and she was nervous to stay here it definitely seemed more like a motel than a hotel. We wont be staying again

The room was not well maintained, as far as broken and worn out light switches. The towels were old and stained. The noise from the freeway was annoying. The continental breakfast was very very limited to cereal and waffles with the choice of orange juice or apple juice. That's it! Overall, it was just ok.

The room was very comfortable and clean ,I was very tired and was happy to be there with most of the comforts of home .there were Only a few problems that I found that night. One was the room was very loud the freeway was too close to my room. Another room on the otherside would have been quieter..furthermore the shower nozzle and tub were below average the drain was plugge d. but I loved the king size comfortable bed with 4 plush pillows. Nice wide TV, ,...with hbo other movie channels and wifi was very comforting ,and breakfast was nice waffles , cereal and juice ...over all I enjoyed my much needed rest at the quality inn .

when I got there, the Indian guy was rude. I know they’re funny lady. Very rude. I asked for a first floor cause I have my 75 years old dad and mom they didn’t care and then someone came and opened the door when I was naked. it’s a terrible place to stay. The people at the lobby is rude.

I drove straight through and arrived at 5 am for my Bridal shower only to be curtly told that since check in was at three we were considered no shows and therefore had no room to checkin to. When I booked it did not say I had to checkin before a certain time to be considered a no show. We showed up and our rooms were booked out from under us to not receieve our money back after we were told that we would receive a refund and no refund ever came. The service was terrible, unapologetic and frankly I feel robbed. Never have I received such terrible quality service in my life and I will certainly not be staying at another quality inn in the foreseeable future.

I didn’t arrive until the morning and they would not let me check in. All I needed was to maybe take a shower freshen up, etc. they said no basically you were charged but your reservation was canceled because you didn’t show up last night. I have done this at numerous times at other hotels and never have I been treated this way.

Expedia Agent Mathew was able to get One of the Three nights refunded. Our office called (951)674-9694 talked with Gabriel at front desk. He told us that Nina is the manager. He would not connect us with Nina. Gabriel said that there were no notes on the check-out and no complaint notes on the dirty rooms. He was instructed to only give $99 refund on the $297 reservation. This Hotel should have refunded in full. Expedia should make note on this terrible experience. We feel that your Expedia customers deserve better.

No dissapointments really. I stay often and I am relatively comfortable. Staff is wonderful. They are always attentive and eager to assist in with anything within reason. Everytime I return for few days stay I in a sense have the old feeling of Home away from Home.

Check in was easy, asked for extra towels and was told I needed to bring used towels if we needed more. No ice in the ice machine, linens were old and bumpy and bed was mushy. I went to return keys at checkout and waited and waited rang bell several times no response. Will never stay here again.

This place is super sketchy. We checked in late at 10 pm. Guys hanging out on balcony, people sleeping in vehicle, just felt very unsafe. Sign that said NO REFUNDS 10 minutes after check in. Never seen that. Checked our first room -stunk. Got another room. I had my own blanket and pillow and tried not to touch anything. Threadbare towels -stained. Appeared a prostitute was checking in after us.

The room was neat and clean the check-in and check out was a smooth process. It was conveniently located off the freeway close to shopping and dining. They also include breakfast. I stayed here with my family and I will stay there again I would recommend this hotel.

They had a 10 min refund policy stated on there window at check in. Went up to my room and noticed my door wouldn't lock. It was very hot and smelled musty. Went back down stairs and tried to get a refund and couldn't get one. Then had hotels.com call them and request a refund and they stated after three attempts they could not get the manager to approve. Area is shady and do not recommend staying here.

It was a last minute booking and I believe the price was fair with consideration on how this location was 0.4 miles from my tough Mudder OCR race. I didn’t need to worry about being late because of how convenient this location was. Parking was free but they require you to put a parking slip to avoid any towing. Check-in was a breeze and they even accommodated for my friend who came a few hours later. This is great because I happened to fall asleep as soon as I landed on the sheets from a 8-10 hour drive. The room was very clean, the electrical is really up to date which is impressive to see since it’s not common. The beds were really comfortable and I had no complaints. My ONLY concern was the water from the sink, it had a really weird odor. I didn’t use the water from the sink to brush my teeth. I was able to park my purple Medusa and my friends Mach E at this location without any negative incidents. This was a great place for a great price. The breakfast only had cereal and coffee, the waffle maker didn’t have any available batter to be used.

This is a VERY comfortable room. Well designed accessible room. The bathroom is huge, with a roll-in shower (including a sturdy built-in shower bench My room is quiet, the queen bed is comfortable (with four pillows), and there is a refrigerator and microwave. A simple. breakfast waffles, 2 kinds of cereal, and two kinds of juice, is offered from 6-9 a.m. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are no attrCtions or businesses within walking distance, but the motel has easy-on/off access to I-15. I stay in motels about 40+ nights a year, and I highly recommend this motel to travelers looking for a restful and relaxing room.....all offered at a great affordable nightly rate.

Because I am diabetic I could not eat breakfast because of the veriety. There could have been a larger verity of foods for breakfast. Sausage or bacon, diet syrup, different breads like english muffin or bagel, eggs scrambled or boiled etc. Bed mattress and pillows in my room were very uncomfortable. Towels were dingy and one hand towel looked used and hung back on rack.

The room was not well maintained, as far as broken and worn out light switches. The towels were old and stained. The noise from the freeway was annoying. The continental breakfast was very very limited to cereal and waffles with the choice of orange juice or apple juice. That's it! Overall, it was just ok.

I was there with my 15 year old daughter on Friday July 28th and the most disappointing part of our stay was the breakfast. I specifically chose this hotel because breakfast was included. My daughter was attending a softball camp at Rosetta Canyon Sports Complex so she would be needing a healthy breakfast. The only option at breakfast was cereal or waffles, nothing else. So sugar or sugar. I’ve never been to a hotel that advertises breakfast and that was literally their only choice. I asked the front desk and he said there were no other choices. I was so disappointed! No fruit, toast, or anything else except sugar. I then had to go purchase a breakfast for my daughter somewhere else which we didn’t account for with time and money. This hotel should not be allowed to advertise breakfast included. In addition, the room seemed dirty and the comforter had stains on it along with the carpet. We were very dissappointed!

I stayed out there for my daughter’s tournament. The sink was clogged, the bathroom had this smell, the blow dryer didn’t even work and the breakfast? What breakfast?!? There was nothing out but dry cereal which look stale, coffee tasted like filter was dirty, orange juice was nasty…nothing else was out for breakfast. I think if you want a place just to crash and not looking for anything fancy and affordable, it’s the place to go. Just keep in mind you gotta get your own breakfast even though they say they have some. Luckily my stay was in and out but i don’t know if i would do this again. I’d probably try the best western across the street next time

The young lady at reception was very professional, friendly and helpful. She secured a downstairs room. We are older and appreciated not having to climb stairs with our luggage. She also recommended a couple of restaurants. Very, very nice!
