The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They truly made our stay more enjoyable and always went out of their way to help. The hotel has a great atmosphere and feels very well cared for.

Service was excellent. The hotel has a characterful warm cosy non corporate feel. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The room was well equipped and we had a good nights sleep.
