El lugar es muy bonito, solo que tiene un casino en la planta baja abierto 24 horas, y a media noche muchos huéspedes suben alcoholizados haciendo mucho ruido, algunos hacen fiesta en las habitaciones y los ruidos son demasiado fuertes, por lo demás todo excelente.

Excelente trato de todo el personal, habitación confortable y el desayuno rico. El único inconveniente es el volumen de la música en el casino que llega hasta las habitaciones y eso dificulta un poco conciliar el sueño

I booked two rooms for me and my family, for a whole week. Our experience was not great. The room offered a shuttle bus from and to the airport, but when trying to get it to be dropped off at the airport the front desk said it was not applicable since we didn’t book it directly with them. Second, there was no refrigerator, no Ice machine or disposable cups. Third, since there is also a Casino in the first floor anyone can walk in, the area where the guests stay had no security door. I noticed they have tenants that live there and they did have a security door. Fourth, food service is very slowwww. Fifth, the shower bathroom faucet was very old and it splattered everywhere when in use. Sixth, TV was not just a turn on and off bottom, you had to press various buttons in order to get in use and if by any chance you pressed on the wrong button it disconfigued the whole TV. For the price me and my family paid this hotel was not worth it.

El Hotel está muy agradable., se nota que hicieron una gran inversión en su decoración , lamentablemente no entiendo por qué no invirtieron en lo que considero mas importante, un buen colchón!! unos tabiques o el piso serían lo mismo y almohadas por supuesto ! Su personal no resuelve nada, se manejan con mentiras.... 4 dias sin agua caliente y un muchacho supuestamente de nombre "david" me mintio descaradamente ya que decidi solicitar un rembolso debido al pesimo servicio, asegurandome que me devolverian el dinero, jamas mandaron mensaje y mucho menos reembolso, le mintieron dias enteros a los huéspedes ya que fue el congreso montessori y todo mundo bajo a quejarse por la falta de agua caliente, jamas resolvieron y nos dieron largas, el hotel es basura en cuanto a servicio

Terrible el personal de recepción Andrea , una forma despota y prepotente una joven sin experiencia comentando con gran orgullo que es la jefa de recepción el motivo es solicite ayuda para algunas cosas bajar y se negó tolamente se olvida que trabaja en un hotel y que mucha gente en mi caso venía a disfrutar una estancia y que se nos facilite el mejor servicio y reitero , las palabras son las que no hacen sentido con su prepotencia la forma en cómo se dirige conmigo fue fatal , muy prepotente , espero que tomen cartas en el asunto porque la forma no está bien soy una persona que entiende y si busca el cómo tratar a un huésped cualquiera lo entiende pero de la manera grosera , levantándose de su asiento , encarar lo único que demuestra es educación y no he necesita capacitación urgente !!!! Gracias

Lo que me gustó fue la amplitud, la sobriedad, todo esta en un piso. Lo que no, es que el mapa del hotel en expedia nos condujo a una clínica en barrio extraño como a 2 kilometros del destino. Tuvimos que ingeniárnosla para llegar. Como esta en una plaza con departamentos, no esta claro dónde esta el loby y hay que andar cargando las maletas por el mall. Pedimos una toalla extra porque somos 3, nuna llegó. Sin embargo, ya conociéndolo, si regresaría. Finalmente me gustó.

Les falta calefacción a las habitaciones y mejores señales de la television y los colchones les falta más firmeza pero en general el hotel es bueno, el desayuno le falta más variedad y que inicie a tiempo ya que dicen a una hora pero inicia a otra, esto como sugerencia de tiempo de los huéspedes.

Un hotel muy nuevo con un diseño moderno dentro de un centro comercial pegado a otro centro comercial, en una zona donde encuentras prácticamente todo. Tiene 2 restaurantes muy recomendables uno oriental y el otro de cortes. Las habitaciones minimalistas, tienen lo necesario, el baño bastante limpio, yo recomendaría: mejorar el Internet, cambiar almohadas que son incómodas y agregar azúcar y crema al café de la habitación. Sin embargo el desayuno incluido es muy bueno igual que la atención de los meseros. La mayoría de los empleados dan muy buena atención en especial una chica que creo es la gerente. Sin lugar a dudas volvería nuevamente a hospedarme y lo recomendaría

I had a double room and hotel made me pay an additional $200 for my additional companion even though the room is a double, the A/C doesn’t work properly, the WiFi goes out every day, the tv connection goes out every 5 minutes, and got questioned multiple times at breakfast if I was a guest and what room was mine when nobody else got questioned, this wouldn’t happen at the holiday inn which is where I’ll be staying at next time and regret not staying their like usual.
