Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent and location close to centre of Douglas. Parking much easier than expected. Only problem is lack of lift. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everyone on Isle of Man so nice

Clean, comfortable room, looking out onto the park. A quiet area, short walk from the seafront, with parking close by the Hotel. Staff were delightful, helpful and friendly. A lovely, plated breakfast with a good selection of cereals and juices, eggs, sausages etc. , as well as Manx kippers. We were also provided with a 'takeaway breakfast' for the early ferry - very thoughtful!

We stayed in the apartments, they were basic but decent, good location for douglas prom, beds were comfy rooms were clean and tidy. The shower was terrible got fixed once which made it slightly better but still not the best. But overall a good stay
