We enjoyed our one-night stay. The hotel is conveniently located. The room was big and comfortable. The hotel is right next to a busy street, but our room wasn’t facing it so it was quiet when the sliding door was closed. The hotel has no restaurants or gym, but we managed without.

Very nicely renovated unit on 2nd floor. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Friendly staff who offers water and snacks at check in. The patio area with outdoor furnitures are very nice. We love the wood paneling all around the building. The game room with complimentary coffee and cold/hot filtered water was nice and eco friendly. It is pet-friendly and offers free parking. The two story building does not have elevator, it was not a problem for us. Our room has a balcony facing a busy street, traffic noise in the early mornings could be bothering for some but it was not a problem for us

The hotel was centrally located which made it easy to get everywhere. The front desk personnel were extremely fast and nice and offered snacks upon check in. There were also chocolates in our room. It was great that there was no charge for parking. And the Kuerig machine that served hot chocolate, lattes, coffees and more was a nice bonus. Overall, a very nice experience.

Good bang for the buck. Very nice room and fantastic staff. Stayed there before going on an Alaskan cruise. Was allowed to leave my car there for no charge. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a budget friendly hotel in an expensive metro area. Low end of the cost spectrum. Nothing fancy, but everything was as expected and we would recommend for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable room. Only drawback was lack of elevator to get to 2nd floor rooms.

The courtyard was fabulous, with very comfortable patio furniture. The coffee in the common room was delicious! We had several French vanillas every day. Although the property is located at a major intersection, there wasn't very much noise - the central courtyard was serenely quiet. Comfortable bed in a good sized room with a covered balcony. Very easy location to get to. Will visit again.

We stayed for two nights. We love the cleanliness, From the lobby to the room’s floor, beddings and bathroom. All clean and looks new. Big and comfy matresses. friendly staff. We will definitely will stay in this hotel again.

The room was comfortable and had apt space for all of our belongings. That being said, there were multiple spiders and flies in the room which hindered our comfort. Moreover, there was a leftover stained plastic container left in the microwave of the room. Overall, it was a fine stay, just little nitpicks that prevents us from giving the place a higher rating.

The staff couldn't be more friendly & accommodating, and they have worked hard to make the common spaces very attractive and comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable with quality beds and linens. My only issue is I slept terribly thanks to the constant noise from the adjacent noisy roads, and the AC unit was very loud each time it kicked on. The surrounding area is tricky if you are on foot - there are homeless camps nearby and busses are limited. Thankfully there is a Starbucks within walking distance, but very limited dinner options anywhere nearby.

Staff was great, Rooms were pretty good. Scuff marks on things but that is to be expected. Tv has two remotes, kind of confusing. Wi-Fi comes up and drops and then comes back. Slept well and bathroom was perfect

Overall this hotel is fine. Would I stay again? Likely not, if I had a choice. Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were clean and fairly comfortable. There was sufficient parking. It was easy to get to. Water pressure was good. There was a snack basket in our room. Big hit with the kids. Cons: it was very loud. The hotel doesn’t appear to be soundproofed, and being next to a busy road made for road noise all night. Also anytime a door slammed on a room or the lobby, or people came up the stairs our bed/room shook . We were in the room overtop the lobby and everyone coming or going could be easily heard in the parking lot, on the stairs and in the hall area. The room had a strong artificial air freshener smell to it. If you are scent-sensitive this is something to note. Just info: The sheets are microfibre.

The staff was amazing, very kind and welcoming. The property has had extensive renovations and the room was very clean and inviting. The decks and large sliding doors are very nice for enjoying views and getting fresh air. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall the quality of the room didn’t match the $300 I paid for it. The rooms have window shaker AC units that will keep you up at night. Unfortunately there was no hot water when we showered in the morning. I’d certainly not stay again for $300 CAD

We checked in on Halloween night after a very long drive with Uhaul touring a vehicle. The manager was beyond helpful and suggested a better place to park. He was very friendly and helpful. The room was great, clean and spacious. This hotel was a great layover spot for us.

The front desk Amabasdor, Rashida was incredible. She went out of the way to help us as the booking was made of a wrong day and got it changed with hotels.com and I had my dad with me who is a senior citizens where Rashida went over and above to make him comfortable while we were waiting on the booking sorted. She offered water and snack to my dad. To me it’s AAA services

Very clean property and rooms with friendly staff. Rooms are very large with good sized TVs and nice bathrooms. They are trying to go above and beyond with their service, having a espresso/latte machine available, small indoor longue area with games, an outside lounge area, 24 hour front desk and gifts on arrival. I do wish there was some kind of breakfast service even if it were just small grab bags or bagels ect, but there is a Wendy’s right across the street. Easily walkable to transit and sky train for hassle free trips in to the city.

This hotel was in a convenient spot for what we were doing in Vancouver. The hotel was clean, offered free coffee service and had a nice lounge area, as well as a nice outside area (but it was too cold the day we were there). The staff were very friendly and we were allowed to check in early which was appreciated!
