When I arrived at the property and got my room, it was 31c inside the room. The property has no climate control or air circulation system. I had to open the window which made it very noisy and a lot of light came in at night. One afternoon I was taking a nap and the door opened a stranger walked into my room. Thank goodness I was not undressed or worse. They saw me and left. Nobody contacted me I had to go down to the lobby to complain. They said it was a mistake and apologized, it was insincere. They don't respect the privacy or security of the guests.

This is a GEM of a hotel to stay at while in Paris. VERY friendly and kind staff, clean and well designed rooms, and the breakfast was excellent. 2 blocks from Paris Metro! I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Wir haben eine Nacht mit unserem kleinen Hund verbracht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber für eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend. Die Zimmer waren jedoch hellhörig und die Fenster nicht gut isoliert. Und die Regendusche hat immer wieder getropft obwohl man die Dusche seit Stunden nicht benutzt hat. Die Lage war sehr gut. Man ist zu Fuß in ca. 25 Minuten am Eifelturm. Das Parkhaus in der Nähe war in 5Minuten erreichbar. Hat am Tag auch nur 16 EUR gekostet. Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Close proximity to Commerce Metro and couple of bus stops, very convenient. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Good News Coffee Shop down the street and La Chouette nearby are good spots for breakfast. The staff are always fantastic. They even prepared coffee and croissants for us for our ride to the airport!

Das Zimmer war ziemlich eng und schlecht isoliert, man hörte alle Geräusche von Nachbarn. Das Bad hat fast keine Tür, (hat eine gehängte Tür). War sauber und die Lage war gut. Personal war auch freundlich!

직원분들이 아주 친절하셔서 기분 좋게 여행할 수 있었어요. 항상 밝게 맞아주시고 비오는 날엔 우산이 필요한지도 여쭤봐주셨어요. 프린트도 언제든지 가능하다고 하셨고요. 방은 정말 사진과 똑같았어요. 침대 옆은 큰 캐리어 길이 만한 공간이었지만 서랍장이 있어서 괜찮았어요. 근데 방음은 정말 약한 것 같아요.
