Good Morning City Copenhagen Star

Used to be my hotel of choice. I think this is my last time staying at this hotel. Checking in was not that smooth. I arrived late almost midnight (have informed the hotel beforehand). The entrance door was locked. I could see the receptionist inside drinking his coffee while looking at the cellphone. I rang the doorbell 3 times, no reaction. He saw me standing outside. Another guest arrived, and we were outside waiting to be let in. Another couple of times ringing the doorbell. The receptionist was too busy sipping his coffee and looking at his phone. Eventually, like a slow motion he opened the door. On the positive side, the hotel's location is superb. But there lots of hotels nearby, which will be my choice the next time i am in Copenhagen.

The staff is very helpful & friendly, excellent breakfast with plenty of options. Room is very bright and clean. Great location, close to the train station and walking distance to the main attractions. My only complaint is that the bathroom is quite small. Overall, it's a great stay.
